Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Ashokan Reservoir

Our stay at Marcel’s was amazing. Everything looked exactly as posted and described. Marcel sent very thorough information and instructions for use of everything. The beds were truly the most comfortable beds ever! We had the best sleep. There was so many items in the kitchen to use and condiments in fridge etc. The wood burning stove was the perfect part to the weekend. We didn’t use the hot tub but it looked beautiful. We did notice mice droppings around the house, mostly in the kitchen but we were made aware of that prior. We just made sure to keep all food away- no issue there! Our two dogs enjoyed the stay as well.

We loved staying at Bengisu’s home for the holidays. It’s even cozier and more welcoming than can be seen in photos, and the location is great - just a few minutes walk into town to enjoy everything Beacon has to offer. Bengisu was communicative and helpful leading up to the trip, and her home was the perfect place for us to spend a few days relaxing and exploring. We would absolutely stay here again on a future trip.

The home was very attractive and comfortable. There is a great flow between the entry, living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, etc. We loved the decor and plants and special touches. And the access to outdoors was amazing. Such beautiful and fabulous views.

An easy and comfortable stay! Their place had everything you might need and they had detailed instructions for anything you might have questions about. Ilze was quick to respond about check in questions and the house is within a 5 min walk of the chief diner and a cool old cemetery. While the weather didn’t cooperate for using the outdoor spaces, the fire pit and deck area were awesome. We didn’t use the downstairs TV area but the upstairs areas were cozy and perfect. Thanks!

Our stay at Marcello's beautiful home in Hudson exceeded our expectations! There are many amazing aspects of the home: from gorgeous period details to the thoughtful amenities Marcello has stocked that made our stay incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was pristine and has everything you need to cook and set up for meals at the spacious dining table. Each room felt warm, inviting, and clean, with cozy touches that made us feel right at home. The location was perfect—as we could walk to incredible restaurants and shops, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private with a HUGE backyard. Marcello was a fantastic host, responsive and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed. He was super sweet about us bringing our dog and gave us a long list of recommendations in town. We can’t wait to come back and experience this gem again!

My friends and I had a lovely stay in Sarah’s home to bring in the new year together. Sarah was very kind, attentive and responsive! Check in was seamless and the home was just as pictured. A great well equipped & cozy space overall. great location as well and would def recommend to others. thank you sarah!

Rachel's house is ideally located off the main road in Tannersville, close to downtown and 10 minutes from Hunter mountain. It's spacious, squeaky clean, modern, perfect for a group. We were two families with kids ages 4 to 11 and appreciated the 3 beds, 3 baths, washer/dryer and open communal room layout. Rachel was very responsive and check out instructions easy to follow.

We have stayed here more times that I can count. Bob and Jacki's place is a great get-away. Comfortable, cozy and so clean and well stocked for a longer stay. If you see how many times I left a glowing review you will see I mean it since we keep coming back. It is our go to spot when staying in the Catskills. Thank you as always, Bob and Jacki!!

Johns place exceeded expectations. Nice fenced in outdoor space for the dog. Easy walk to breakfast/coffee. Very clean + tidy space! Felt safe, private and like home!

Orna was so welcoming and easy to communicate with. The apartment is cozy and well appointed. We were visiting our daughter and family for Thanksgiving. They recently moved to Kingston . Great location! This would not affect most people, but my 90 year “young” dad was with us, so the old fashioned tub/shower was a bit of a hazard for him. Really a gem of a place if you are traveling through or visiting loved ones in Kingston.

Kim was a wonderful host!! She was active in terms of replying and very much helpful when needed. The Airbnb was amazing and matched the pictures perfectly. I had a very relaxing stay, away from the city. Very much recommended to anyone who would like a private and quiet place to unwind. I would love to visit soon🥰

This is the best Airbnb I have stayed in Poughkeepsie and overall in New York State. The place is very clean , it was recently refurbished , has good equipment for cooking, it is spacious. The parking is easy and convenient. Check in was smooth. Owners are responsive. Very strongly recommend it.

We had a great weekend in Newburgh visiting family! The apartment was lovely, clean, peaceful and in a great location. Using the soak tub to relax is a must! I appreciate being able to bring my pup and the neighborhood is great for short walks. Many hiking trails near by for longer walks, which we didn’t get to do this time but on my list for when we come back! As for food, there are so many options nearby. I would recommend Blacc Vanilla for breakfast and Hudson Taco for dinner or lunch, both about a mile or so away. I would definitely come back again!

This condo is absolutely beautiful and comfy! We especially love the bed and pillows.

An excellent place to stay for a ski trip. Perfect location right at the base. Wonderful building with a great pool and hot tub. Excellent for a great ski vacation!

This is my second stay at Daniel’s, and it was just as good as the first! I love the location of his place in relation to the mountain. It’s a quick walk up the parking lot to the trails/lifts. Most importantly, my pups feel right at home, and they know his place now! His home is always clean and the linens/towels always smell fresh! I told him I will be coming back multiple times throughout the snow season to go boarding. He is very responsive and helpful and would go out of his way if need be! Overall, 12/10 recommend Daniel’s spot!

Perfectly set up and spotless. The unit is supplied with everything you could possibly need. By far the best organized, supplied and clean Airbnb we have ever stayed in.

Wonderful, clean, spacious condo 5 min walking to the slopes. Our family had a great time. Renate is a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful. Would love to stay again!

Hannah was extremely responsive at all times. She even provided us with Oat Milk for our coffee! The water does have a sulphur odor but no worries there is a big water dispensing for drinking if so desire. Place was clean, quiet and perfect for our stay in the Hudson Valley.

Poornima’s place was exactly as described , everything was clean and well maintained , perfect for 3 guests for a weekend at Hunter. Only 3 minutes from the mountain was great! Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Nicole’s condo! Clean, cozy, comfortable, and so convenient for skiing. We loved being able to walk to the lift, and loved sitting in front of the fireplace in the living room after coming in from the cold. The condo is a very good size for a one bedroom. Highly recommend and we will definitely look to stay here again when skiing at Hunter.
