2 Bedroom Rural Cottage

RosieRating, 5 stars1 day ago
Absolutely beautiful cottage, garden and area. The house had everything we needed, the garden area was breathtaking especially when sat in the hot tub. Nice and private location. Communication was always responded too fast and approachable. Our children didn’t want to leave. Will definitely be returning, thank you very much.

Luxury Peak District Cottage with Hot Tub

LauraRating, 5 stars2 days ago
This was a perfect place for what we wanted. Very peaceful but plenty within easy reach. The grounds were beautifully kept and the court yard with the hot tub was such a nice place to be. The Stables had everything we needed - lovely touch with the treats provided on arrival - and the hosts were friendly and helpful. We visited the local pub which was only a 5 minute walk. We would definitely visit again and recommend to others. Thank you

Jacks Cottage with hot tub & Alpaca Walking

TonyRating, 5 stars3 days ago
We had a fantastic short break in Peak District and Jack's cottage was the perfect place to stay. Very quiet, peaceful spot in the lovely village of Brassington, but central if you're looking to visit Matlock, Bakewell and Buxton. The cottage was very clean, well maintained and had everything you need - including robes for when you get out of the hot tub! We didn't find parking an issue at all, with plenty of street parking just up the hill towards the Miners Arms pub. Speaking of pubs, the Miners Arms (which is the closest pub to the cottage) appeared to have closed down, but we'd highly recommend The Old Gate Inn which is a little further (3-less than 5 min walk), but has large garden, good ales and great food. Natalie and her husband are friendly, quick to respond to any queries and offered advice on local walks and places to go. Would love to stay at Jack's cottage again, perhaps in the winter with the log burner going!

Peaceful cottage in Parwich village with hot tub

Thomas SebastianRating, 5 stars3 days ago
We had such a wonderful stay at Caroline’s beautiful little cottage, it was everything we wanted and so much more! The photos really don’t do it justice, it is a stunning little cottage with everything you need for a lovely weekend away. It felt equally homely as it did special, it was immaculately clean and everything was provided for a comfortable stay. The village of Parwich is beautiful and peaceful with a lovely pub which serves great food and another for great drinks. The hot tub was a real bonus and Caroline’s garden was absolutely beautiful, listening to the birds from the hot tub and patio was just lovely. Couldn’t recommend enough and will definitely be back. Thanks again for a wonderful weekend Caroline!

The Old Coach House, Wheatsheaf Mews

KarenRating, 5 stars2 days ago
Another lovely holiday at one of our favourite places to stay! Such a comfortable place giving room and space for family gatherings . The hot tub was a welcome addition and a treat after doing numerous walks along the trails which are literally on the doorstep of the property. Great butchers for bbq and handy well stocked co op just down the road and the Chinese in the village was fantastic! A great place to stay and I would recommend to others! Jennie is a great host and easy to communicate with.

Beautiful, private 2 bedroom Annex with Hot Tub

GeorgiaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had a fantastic 3 night stay here. The personal touches with the Prosecco, folded towels with toiletry minis, gowns and slippers were a real luxury. The whole place was clean and decorated to feel like home. The views from the garden are lovely and the hot tub was a bonus. There’s even a bbq if you fancy it. Although the house is attached to the owners house, it feels very very private as you have your own private area of the garden and we didn’t see the owners. The cooking facilities are perfect we cooked and had everything we needed. The location is perfect for a base. We did Mam Tor, walked into Bakewell, a walk around Monsal Head, Castleton and Chee Dale gorge and they were all within 30 minutes of the cottage. Would 100% recommend to anyone and would definitely visit again.

17th century cottage in Matlock

ChrisRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
What a wonderful space to meet up with family and be able to relax. Jane was very flexible on having dogs and responded quickly when there was a plumbing issue that needed sorting. The weather was fab and we were able to make great use of the conservatory area. The house was warm and the hot water never ran out. Jane was friendly, helpful and accommodating. All on all a wonderful week for us to reconnect, in a beautiful area of the country with great walks and eating options to suit everyone. Haddon Hall is a must. Thank you very much Jane for a lovely stay.

Chatsworth Cottage, Little Longstone

RoseyRating, 5 stars5 months ago
We had a wonderful stay at Sam and Annie’s place. The cottage is so spacious for two people, and was very comfortable. Lots of hot water and plenty of firewood to keep the fire going. Just down the road from the Monsal Trail, we enjoyed walking into Bakewell and exploring the area. The local pub does great food too! We would happily return. Sam and Annie were always reachable and willing to help with whatever we needed. Thanks again!!

Maeve was there to welcome us when we checked in and was very helpful with making sure we had everything and gave us some really good recommendations! The air b&b was lovely, clean and in such a good location to walk to castleton and hope. Also close by to a lot of great places to visit! Having the view of mam tor from the back garden was just amazing! We didn’t want for anything while we were there and we can’t wait to come back :)

Traditional Cottage on a Working Hill Farm

VivienRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We stayed at Jill’s cottage for a girls weekend and had a fabulous time. The cottage is even more beautiful than the photos show. The beds were all super comfortable and everything was spotless. Jill recommended the Paper Mill for a Sunday lunch which was amazing. I’d highly recommend this cottage and would certainly stay again.

The Old Toffee Shop

KateRating, 5 stars4 months ago
An amazing property, best I’ve booked on Airbnb. Beautifully presented, extremely clean and very well stocked. You can tell the love and care that has gone into creating this rental and Julie clearly has very good taste. Everything you could possibly need - Julie has included it and she’s gone the extra mile with lovely extra touches. The cottage is well located right in the heart of Tideswell with walks and restaurants on your doorstep. If you have a dog, the boot room outside is fantastic with its warm shower and Julie even supplies dog towels and shampoo. I cannot recommend this property enough and we’ll most certainly be back!

Rocking Stone Cottage - Idyllic Rural Retreat

RoyRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Rachael has a top AirBnB rating because her place is superbly located and thoughtfully set-up. The cottage is very light, spacious, super comfortable and clean, and has all that you could want for a relaxing stay. Standout details are the list of walks and places to eat and drink, the views from the house, the really well equipped kitchen – and not forgetting Rachael’s greeting with a tin of home baked brownies, 2 ponies and 2 dogs! And the stag with antlers running in the next field… We will be booking our next stay at Rachael and Gerry’s cottage soon and hope to book the neighbouring Stables Cottage and superb looking cabin too for a visit with family.

SnapTin - a lovely cottage in beautiful Bakewell

VickyRating, 5 stars4 days ago
We had a wonderful stay at Snaptin! The cottage is absolutely beautiful and we loved how cosy, welcoming and full of character it is. All of the little details are so well thought out and everything is provided for a comfortable stay with a little bit of luxury. Helen is a fab host and was so friendly and helpful, we really appreciated all the little touches like the homemade bread and chocolate that were left for us on arrival, they were delicious! Snaptin is in the perfect location for exploring the Peak District and is only a short walk from Bakewell's lovely town centre. Thank you for a fantastic stay!
