2 Bedroom Rural Cottage

JayRating, 5 stars4 days ago
Linnett was lovely, really responsive and the cottage was squeaky clean. A home away from home. Couldn’t recommend Hurst Cottage enough if you want an idyllic, little getaway. Lovely surroundings and walkways and local pubs that are very accommodating with pets and with great food. We tried the talbot as recommended by linnett. Thank you!

Jack's Cottage, Curbar

LauraRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Really loved our stay … the cottage is very private even in its central village location. The cottage had everything needed for a self catering stay. The opening times of pubs should be researched before you book if you’re depending on these for a walking distance meal or drink. We walked a 17 km route direct from the doorstep across Curbar edge and Baslow edge taking in the Devonshire arms pub on the walk back and a stop at the coop there for supplies so we didn’t need to use the car at all but not sure young kids would tolerate that length walk so best to take what you need with you if you don’t want to use a car. Hot tub was spotlessly clean and was refilled prior to our stay. Slippers a must as floor is a tad cold as you’d expect and there are some provided but I like my own. Tastefully decorated. Note no microwave so meal plan appropriately. Plenty of towels. Sitting room very cosy and it was lovely to sit and watch a movie with the log burner going.

Jacks Cottage with hot tub & Alpaca Walking

AlexRating, 5 starstoday
Lovely place to stay, it was beautifully clean and very cozy. The hot tub was lovely. Would definitely recommend. Only issue we found was parking was a bit tricky outside the cottage as there were a lot of cars and the door was a bit difficult to lock/ unlock.

Peaceful cottage in Parwich village with hot tub

CarlRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Lovely cottage (attached to main house) lots of charm. Hot tub is located in the lovely garden. Do note the Bathroom is down original steep stairs, one to be aware of if reduced mobility. Recommend to book the local pub, food is great but they are often booked up in advance. Clean and well provisioned. Recommend.

We had a fabulous stay in Tibshelf! The photos did not do the accommodation justice, it was absolutely beautiful! We did lots of hiking and everywhere we went was within an hour of Tibshelf. The hot tub was a lovely treat at the end of the day :)

Beautiful, private 2 bedroom Annex with Hot Tub

AnnaRating, 5 starstoday
We loved our stay, the cottage was beautiful and very clean, and the surroundings and views were just amazing. The hot tub was great for the evenings. We enjoyed walking into Ashford in the water and Bakewell easily from the house, and the Aldi nearby was very handy.

Peak District village cottage with stunning views

LindaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Beautiful cottage, clean and comfortable. It has been modernised but still retains character. Loved the log burner and had that on every evening. Bed very comfy (we used the one at the back because the views from the bed were stunning). Three great pubs in the village, all do good food. Would definitely stay again. Only issue was parking on the road can sometimes be awkward, you’re only talking 50m max to walk though.

Chatsworth Cottage, Little Longstone

RoseyRating, 5 stars4 months ago
We had a wonderful stay at Sam and Annie’s place. The cottage is so spacious for two people, and was very comfortable. Lots of hot water and plenty of firewood to keep the fire going. Just down the road from the Monsal Trail, we enjoyed walking into Bakewell and exploring the area. The local pub does great food too! We would happily return. Sam and Annie were always reachable and willing to help with whatever we needed. Thanks again!!

Cosy Little Cottage in the Peak District

ClareRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Had a great stay at the cottage, it was a great location to get into Buxton and surrounding areas. Allie and her family were available when needed and were friendly and showed us the cows up close but gave us plenty of space. It didn't feel like you were on top of each other at the farm. The cottage was really nice itself and clean with the surrounding areas really beautiful. Would recommend the cafe at the bottom of the lane (2 min DRIVE) and the red lion pub in Litton( 5/10 min drive) the food in both places were really nice. Would definitely recommend this stay and I will be back if I'm ever visiting the area again!

The Old Toffee Shop

KateRating, 5 stars3 months ago
An amazing property, best I’ve booked on Airbnb. Beautifully presented, extremely clean and very well stocked. You can tell the love and care that has gone into creating this rental and Julie clearly has very good taste. Everything you could possibly need - Julie has included it and she’s gone the extra mile with lovely extra touches. The cottage is well located right in the heart of Tideswell with walks and restaurants on your doorstep. If you have a dog, the boot room outside is fantastic with its warm shower and Julie even supplies dog towels and shampoo. I cannot recommend this property enough and we’ll most certainly be back!

Woodys Retreat Cosy one Bed Cottage

JamieRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Loved everything about the house. Even though you’re on a road it is quiet inside. Clear instructions for check in. Few little points, the wood on the back of the kitchen door is loose, the bathroom was freezing, even with the heating on. No tv in the bedroom, we like to lay in and watch tv in bed at night so this was missed. Apart from these niggles I would recommend it

Rocking Stone Cottage - Idyllic Rural Retreat

RebeccaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had a fabulous stay at rocking stone cottage! The cottage is superbly done out to a very high standard with 2 very large bedrooms with comfy beds and beautiful en-suites. The place has a cosy, yet luxurious feel. The surroundings were beautiful with lots of walks from the doorstep and a pub within walking distance. The hosts were fantastic. Very friendly and provided us with delicious brownies on arrival.

West Croft, the Relaxing, Quiet, Homely Cottage.

JohnRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Very conformable and well equipped cottage in Youlgrave, easily walkable to all the amenities of the village. Youlgrave itself is a great centre for any Peak District visit whether walking, with multiple footpaths and the limestone way accessible from the door; or touring, being just minutes from Chatsworth, Haddon Hall, Bakewell, Matlock and much more.

SnapTin - a lovely cottage in beautiful Bakewell

HeidiRating, 5 stars1 week ago
There are no words that do Helen's place justice. From the gorgeously designed spaces, to the home comforts provided just for us, this little bolt hole in Bakewell felt like the most luxurious stay. Stay at SnapTin and you'll fall in love with the beautiful touches, like the local goodies left in the fridge, and wake up with a stunning dawn chorus with beautiful views of Bakewell. Helen was the best Airbnb host we've ever stayed with - attentive and determined to make my mum's birthday celebration in her cottage special for us. Thank you Helen, Ben and Tracey for such a memorable long weekend x

We had a great New Year's Eve in Winster - Rod's place was just what we were after. Comfy beds, lots of hot water after our walks and a very well equipped kitchen to cook up a storm! Winster is a lovely village, and an ideal jumping off point to explore the local area.
