Rose and Mzee are a lovely couple, easy going and pole-pole changing the place in their local heaven.

Getting there was quite tricky as the dirt road leading to the location was in a very bad state after all the recent rains. But super friendly staff member came on a motorbike to meet us and guide the rest of the way. Everyone we met was very friendly and helpful with anything we needed, like doing the laundry for example. Highly recommend staying here!

My family really enjoyed their stay. Evans was flexible when we ended up having more guests than we initially expected. Evans’ parents prepared very good food for my family at a fair cost. They were also very kind and accommodating. We shall definitely be recommending Evans’ place and will book again in future.

Staying at Ericks place was great, wonderful, very amazing! The views were out of this world and Judith really helped and guided us with anything we needed! She also makes the best guacamole in Kisumu! I 100 percent recommend this place to anyone and I myself will surely be back to Ericks place, sometime in the near future!

We had a wonderful stay at Ian's place. The little house is located in a nice and quiet area close to Kisumu. The rooms were really clean and cosy. We loved to cook in the kitchen and to chill in the garden. Ian was also a very good and friendly host who helped us around a lot!

The hosts are very friendly and helpful! We have stayed here twice now because the location is very relaxing, the hosts are helpful in anything that we need like transportation into Kisumu or food deliveries, and the home is very spacious and clean.
