Beautiful home. Very homely and cosy. Close to the seafront.

These guys came to my rescue, as I’d managed to lock myself out of our house in Worthing. It was quite late in the day, but they were understanding and professional. The front entrance is deceptive, as once you get through the small entrance. There’s a whole lotta flat. The garden was my favourite space, cool with fairy lights around the fence. Looked great!

Marie is a great host, very friendly and responsive. We had a great stay: the apartment is spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated with lots of little touches to make your stay comfortable. Easy walking to town centre, seafront, supermarkets, restaurants and bars and only 5 minutes to Worthing station with regular trains to Brighton, London and Chichester. I’d be happy to stay here again.

We both loved the place, it was great for a little weekend getaway. Perfect walkable distance to the beach and a multitude of shops and restaurants. Great host as well, provided clear instructions and all the amenities we required. Would recommend to all.

We only stayed for one night but could have easily spent more time there. The flat was spotlessly clean. Lyn was a great host with clear instructions & provided all essentials including tea, coffee, bread etc. Bed very comfortable, had a great nights sleep. Thanks for a lovely stay.

There was everything that we need. Clean and a peacefull property. Chen is responsive. It will be a great option to stay if you have a car.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Mark’s house is beautifully decorated spotlessly clean and has absolutely everything we could have needed. The house and the surroundings are perfect and we felt at home. Mark was helpful and responded very quickly to messages. We had a wonderful stay at Bramber Fox. The property has big airy rooms with all the equipment you could need. The house is kept in fantastic condition throughout. It was nice and warm our entire stay and had plenty of space for all 8 of us. Plus the hot tub was amazing after a day out walking. The only downside we came across was we didn’t want to leave the property to go out for the day. We would thoroughly recommend this home to anyone coming to the area. A big Thank you to Kate & Bob

Excellent property. Owners were really nice. Can’t wait to go again when the pool is open. Went to a local pub called Coach & horses, excellent food there. We took our dog and owners kindly asked if we kept her on the lead when in garden of property as they have sheep but there’s a massive field with a woodland walk out back so was fine to let off the lead then. Barn is exactly as described. There’s some good little board games there and our kids got a bit obsessed with cluedo. Was expecting to be chilly as it’s a barn but the underfloor heating makes it really warm and cosy. Will definitely come back.

Location, location, location! The house was perfect for our stay. Absolutely wonderful location for exploring Brighton and yet quiet and incredibly peaceful. Parking is included which was a must for us and the house provided everything we needed for our stay. Michelle was incredibly responsive to messages and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay ☺️

Wonderful family weekend in a super house which is ideal for a large gathering. Pippa was great - proactive communications and readily available to answer questions. The house easily accommodated our nine family members aged from 15 to 60. Storm Bert did its best, but we hunkered down with a fire, the cinema room, table tennis table and darts. Oh and plenty of home cooked food ! Kitchen is huge and welcoming for a large party.

Strikingly stylish, spacious and modern. So tastefully decorated. Loved the extra touches of chocolates & sweet jar. It was great having tea & coffee provided and other useful bits for cooking. Close to beach, shops and centre of town. Perfect for a seaside getaway.

Location is fantastic, close to bus, great little Co-op, Nick very responsive and patient with us. It's a very secure and safe flat. Found a perfect pub, The Florence for a smash-up Sunday dinner, it's on Florence street. The flat was very roomy, well kitted kitchen which we didn't use because we ate out. The view of the ocean was better than watching tv. We came during a stormy week and had a wonderful time. This is a good spot to do daytrips to Chichester and Winchester and of course Portsmouth is full of things to see even in a rainstorm. A fantastic stay.

The apartment was more than what we expected, absolutely perfect, also had a EV charger that I was allowed to use which was so helpful.

Great flat with modern kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable bed and area is quiet.

Stephen & James are perfect hosts. Communication 1st rate. The apartment was fabulous and view totally awesome. Though the weather was cold and damp at the time of our stay, the apartment was always a comfortable temperature. The location could not be better. I'd defiantly recommend this Penthouse Penthouse apartment and will happily book again when returning to Brighton.

We had an amazing time here. The flat was absolutely perfect for our family. The girls loved the bunk beds. All the little extras that were included were really thoughtful and extremely helpful. Location super central for everything Portsmouth and Southsea has to offer. Really comfortable and clean. We feel like we found an absolute gem - we will definitely be back to stay again.

Deborah was the perfect host, and responded within minutes to queries and there was a lovely welcome pack at the apartment when we arrived. It was such a lovely relaxing space and the apartment looked very clean and new. The outdoor space was great for the kids, really safe and contained! And the view was amazing. We loved being able to use the back gate to get onto the cliff path and we were down at the beach in 5 minutes. Lots of lovely cafes between sandown and shanklin and plenty to do along the pier and gardens. We will definitely be back, it was such a quiet convenient location to be able to see the island or just get to the beach easily
