Friendly host! Cozy and warm place!

The house has an *amazing* view and terrace to view it, so if that's the one and only thing to book this apartment, do it! Konstantinos/Polytimi is a great host and communicative, and made us feel really comfortable. He also provided us with fruits, juice, coffee and milk, which was really thoughtful. Location is perfect, with great food options in the Monastiraki area, the station is less than 10 minutes walk away.

The place was great. It is exactly as shown. It is 10 minutes from the airport, and Alkis provided me a ride to and from the airport at a reasonable price. Beautiful place.

Everything was incredible! We felt just like home. Konstantinos was very helpful and kind. The house was just like the photos. Small and cozy. Everything you will need was there! Also it had a parking spot that fits every kind of car. So don’t hesitate to book this place!!!

Wonderful place with everything to make you feel at home… Stocked with cleaning supplies and fresh linens, updated kitchen appliances… loved the homey feel and beautiful artwork…patio was lovely and has beautiful friendly cat visitors… loved that it is closed to the beach and in a friendly neighborhood. We stayed as a couple for 6 days and found the place perfect for our us. If you want to be in the centre of Athens; literally 2 minutes walk from the Acropolis; yet quiet in the accommodation then this is perfect. We did not use the Kitchen as there is an abundance of fantastic restaurants within walking distance and there are local shops and bakeries if you need anything else. The accommodation has a key fob entry to the main door and key entry to the apartment and is well lit so feels very safe. The bed is very comfortable and the electric shutters at night give a very good nights sleep. Good pressure in the shower which runs of solar but does have a back up if needed. The host was very responsive to any messages we sent and check in was very easy with the photos provided. We hired a car and parking can be a bit tricky but we did always get within a couple of streets from the apartment. Overall I would highly recommend this apartment for your stay we really could not fault it.

Just Perfect! Great Location, Beautifull Apartment, Amazing Host!

My stay at Dimitra’s apartment was really awesome. She was always available to help with everything and she also organized perfectly my late night check in. The apartment was really nice, clean, modern and cozy! She offered also breakfast that amazed me! I fully recommend Dimitra’s place to you if you are looking for something close to the city center, well connected with the metro line and feel like your home! You will definitely enjoy your stay there.

Nice big comfortable space. Noise is as described, but the windows do a decent job of blocking it out. A great choice for a central location.

It is a unique and very charismatic home, spacious, has a great garden, great bed, great heating when needed. The area has a lot of stores of all sorts (food, pharmacies, clothes, jewelry...you name it). The bus station is very close. Communication with Timmi is great and the treats and advices provided were very appreciated. I have enjoyed the stay a lot so thank you very much.

Absolutely great apartment with just a few minor issues. The area it is located in is good because it’s just 5 minutes walking to the center and it has an amazing view, that exceeded my expectations. However the street the apartment is built is kinda sketchy at night so watch out. Bathroom is beautiful but you might get burnt with the water haha. Overall, great experience, definitely recommended!

Nice apartment, everything in working order with cleaning supplies etc. Working space is just enough for a laptop and keyb/mouse but internet speed was more than sufficient for work, calls and some gaming. Pet friendly home and neighbourhood, and a new supermarket that is open until 22:00 incl. Sundays has opened recently which is extra convenient for those days.
