The apartment was very clean and tidy, very well equipped. Guillermo was a gentleman, we had a confusion and even without corresponding, he helped us. I am very happy. This place is worth it.

What I liked most about this home is how spotless and clean it was. Despite already having a time on Airbnb, it looked like they had premiered it the day before! I reject the "best" airbnbs just because of how the bathroom looks, it's the first thing I see, but this one is perfect. The location is not even said, it is one of the best areas in Santo Domingo and close to everything you need. There are 1A hosts. They make sure you don't miss anything, they are excellent conversationalists and give you recommendations from the area and the city. They had extra courtesies that were not their obligation! ***** I recommend it to any traveler, but to those who get along well!

Pascual Airbnb apartment is the most wonderful and comfortable establishment to stay at when you're in Santo Domingo, I felt so very safe and secure with the private gated establishment and the 24 hour security guard services, plus the surrounding area is a very nice place where people are curious and polite, I would definitely come back to stay and will consider this establishment to others who's needs a place to stay while in Santo Domingo thanks Mr Pascual for everything.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Jose's place. He is very response and proactive as well. We forgot one of our phone at the apartment when we left and was able to allow someone to collect it hassle free. The apartment is in a great location with lots to do. I would recommend anyone to stay there.

Amazing home that is very spacious and so much natural light. It is centrally located in the Zona Colonial. A few blocks from Calle El Conde and to many amazing restaurants. There is a coffee place and gallery next door that is cute and a church in front. The street is quiet and peaceful and there is also a security guard in the street. Judith is very responsive and left detailed instructions for everything. We are coming back here for our next visit to Santo Domingo!

We had a great stay, house was super cute, walking distance to supermarkets and restaurants. Absolutely gem in the heart of the city, the garden area is absolutely beautiful with the little pool was super charming. Kitchen equipped with everything someone would need. The only thing we could suggest is comfy pillow upgrade :) and the bed was a bit hard, but some definitely prefer that! it's a personal preference for sure! Thanks so much, we will definitely be back!

I can only say this place is way bigger than the photos suggest and can confortably fit a party of 10. We were 3 adults and 2 children and there was a room we didn't need. The house is well equiped and in a quiet neighbourhood which trust me is really hard to find in Santo Domingo! I loved the place and will definitely be staying again! Host is super responsive and there is so much to do in the house, gym, pool and a very handy games room for the kids!

We loved this place. It is very private and we did not have any issues upon arrival. The hosts were very responsive with all of our questions. The pictures are very accurate and getting to and from the building where this apartment is located was also very easy. We also liked the fact that there was so many options regarding places to eat, shop, and easy access to the main roads out of Santo Domingo so that we could enjoy the beaches. We also loved the fact that they provided us with plenty of amenities (water, trash bags, toilet paper, etc) so we did not have to make a mad dash to the local supermarket. The last time we stayed in Santo Domingo the place we stayed at was not accurate regarding the pictures. The pictures that describe this place is VERY accurate. When we come back we will definitely consider staying here again.

This Airbnb is worth every dollar. It is safe, relaxing, private and clean for all travelers. Met some great folks in the lobby areas as my group was English speaker. Apartment have all the amenities you will need for a week long stay. Easy access to uber it’s in the city and the area is peaceful and clean. All the best restaurants and clubs are close by. The property is great for taking photos as well. Serge is the best, anything you need he will get it done as well as accommodating. We all enjoyed the property and the fact the WiFi is everywhere and there is always someone in the lobby.

We stayed at Dieugrand’s property from December 29th to January 3rd for New Year’s, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish! Dieugrand was incredibly responsive and provided excellent recommendations for nearby places, which really enhanced our trip. The property looked exactly like the pictures—everything was clean, stylish, and well-maintained. The location was perfect, centrally located near great restaurants and attractions, making it super convenient for us. One of our favorite aspects was the 24/7 receptionist on-site, which made us feel very safe and comfortable when coming and going, especially as a group of women. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like the abundance of hand towels and other essentials—it’s the small things that really make a difference! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a seamless and enjoyable stay. Thank you, Dieugrand, for hosting us so wonderfully!
