We really enjoyed our stay. The place made us feel like we were at home. It was really spacious and clean. When we had any issues John responded so quickly and was able to get us what we needed. Our kids loved the piano, the theater room, the disney touches, games and most of all the snow storm we got the day after we arrived just made the trip for them and myself included perfect. There was plenty of space in the yard for the kids to explore and play in the snow. Would definitely stay here again.

Robin’s Nest is exactly what you’d want in a Big Bear stay. The place has a really great layout - we loved the den area, along with the two accesible bedrooms on the first floor. The views are the star, of course, with amazing views anywhere from the first floor common areas. Doria was a great host - she was really proactive, super accommodating, very responsive, and provided a nice welcome basket. We definitely will stay here again.

Let me start with how helpful Hugo was anything we needed for the house it was done that day or the next. The house is really nice and in a quiet neighborhood id book again no hesitation.

Mike’s Airbnb felt like a warm hug from the moment we arrived! We stayed during a high wind warning, but the house has a generator, so we had power while others didn’t, staying cozy and comfortable the whole time. The kitchen is gorgeous, with a spacious open floor plan and high-end KitchenAid appliances—cooking while watching the inauguration was such a special memory. Every detail in the house is so well thought out, from the adorable salt and pepper shakers on the table to the beautifully decorated rooms. The handwritten cards scattered throughout the home were such a sweet touch—it felt like your grandma had left little notes just for you! The smart lock made it super easy to come and go, and the big driveway was a great bonus. Plus, the location is close to everything. Mike has truly created the perfect mix of luxury, charm, and comfort. I can’t recommend it enough!

Mike was a great host providing clear instructions and helpful reminders. the house was well equipped with kitchen items and the heater worked well. We were right at the base of snow summit which was awesome. The backyard would have been perfect for snow play ( important to note that it is not fully enclosed for little ones and pets) but climate change is real and we didn't have a white Christmas. Nevertheless the house was great for our family and we enjoyed holiday.

The kitchen was really well-stocked, the bathrooms were clean, and the beds were super comfortable. The variety of children's toys and games was a huge bonus—our kids loved them so much that they hardly asked for screen time during our stay! The only issue was that the maintenance team forgot to leave paper towels, bathroom tissue, and dish sponges, but Mary Grace was incredibly responsive and quickly provided everything we needed. I would absolutely love to stay here again!

This place is so cute a cozy! It worked well for my little family (kids 6 and 4, my husband, mini labradoodle). Lance went above and beyond to make sure we got settled. He checked on us throughout the stay, which made us feel welcomed. The place is pristine! First Air bnb unit that is actually CLEAN. We walked on the floor barefoot and our feet remained clean. I have high expectations when it comes to cleanliness and I will say this is the first place where I felt at home because nothing grossed me out. Water pressure is great and water gets warm quick. There were board games for the kids and a first aidkit, which was convenient as I did need to use it. The location is great but if you’re trying to get to Snow Valley or Big Bear you must leave early. Lake Arrowhead is awesome with a very friendly neighborhood! We appreciated the high quality kitchen utensils. The fire alarm is hyper sensitive so be sure to open windows when cooking! Neighbor offered us a fan to clear the air.

This home was really wonderful. The view and access to the lake in addition to the gas fireplace made it a very cozy and comfortable stay for us. Home was very clean and the washer/dryer worked very well. Very conveniently located with the village very close by. Will come back again! My daughter and I loved it.

The listing was everything it was described to me. Natalie was an amazing host and gave us a heads up on everything. Made check-in super easy and flexible because we arrived about a half an hour early. Made for a great weekend get away for the family.

Perfect spot. About a 10 minute walk to Snow Summit. Kitchen was well stocked. Really enjoyed our time there. Will definitely be back.

My family and I stayed there two years ago. This year, when we decided to go up to Big Bear for Thanksgiving checking to see if Shelly's place was available was a no-brainer. Thankfully, we could reserve it and had a great time. Shelly is super responsive and makes every effort to see that the needs of her guests are met. Thank you, Shelly! Linda is very helpful and responsive. Although her host couldn’t meet us to check us in, Linda was very responsive in giving us instructions on how to enter the rental. The condo is very nice, clean, and definitely an upgrade from the normal rustic cabins we typically rent in Big Bear. Felt more like a nice hotel. Also the kitchen is amazing! So organized and well stocked. Makes it fun to cook, and make it your own!

Children enjoyed exploring the surrounding frozen lake and swimming in the indoor pool. Close to Big Bear Village, restaurants and of course, ski slopes--making Casa de Lago a great and convenient stay . Wish we could have stayed longer. Basem was responsive and great communicator.

We enjoyed every minute of this family trip. Part was thanks to Amanda the host. Very helpful and responds within less than 5-10 min. A binder with things to do and where to find in the area was Included which was very helpful and thoughtful. Recommend.
