Family-friendly vacation rentals in Arrentela

We had a wonderful time at Jorge’s place. The house is wonderful, has everything you need. The pictures really don’t do it justice! It’s huge and beautiful and very comfortable. We travelled with our 2 young children (2 &4) and it was perfect. The outside space is also lovely, nice pool and outside seating with sun or shade. The area was lovely, supermarkets etc nearby. Also went to an amazing beach and restaurant on Jorge’s recommendation. Communication throughout was easy and helpful. They even stocked the fridge for us with dinner on our first night. Couldn’t ask for more, thank you! We’ll be back.

Miguel’s place is spacious, modern, and in a prime & central location. Highly recommend!

Great location at the heart of Sintra. The apartment is tastefully decorated and well-furnished. Guest should be aware that there is no parking nearby during day time and that the stairs to the apartment inside the house are very steep.

We had a great week at Teresa's place, who is a very welcoming host! Everything was perfect, as downtown Sesimbra is within walking distance. We loved the sea view from the building's rooftop, not to mention the pool and hot tub! We will be back with great pleasure. Beijinhos!

João’s lovely home was perfect for us! The house itself was everything we had hoped it would be - absolutely lovely with plenty of room to relax alone or with the family. We took advantage of the tennis court, the sauna, and the pool. The master bedroom was also amazing with its sitting area and outside (furnished) veranda. Although it was in a quiet area, the house was close to two supermarkets as well as the fine restaurants of Sesimbra. I would highly recommend João’s home and would definitely stay again whenever we are in Sesimbra. Thank you, João!

We were staying almost a full week with my wife and son. The hosts Ana & Jorge were super welcoming, helpful and supportive - one of the best experience we ever had on airbnb! Thanks a lot to Ana for the hospitality- we were feeling like at home! The apartment is very beautiful and has everything you need. The location is not in the most touristy center and this is so great - you have a great experience of calm and cozy neighborhood, with great small cafes, restaurants, and shopping mall nearby. Very easy to reach the touristic center and other must visit places like Sintra and Cabo da Roca. I highly recommend this option for your stay in Lisbon!

This is the second time me and my family stayed at Paulo's place because we had an excellent stay the first time around. With young kids its good to know in advance that I'm going to stay at a great place, plenty of space for the the kids to play around and also unbeatable area with super market literally just below, plenty of restaurants and bars, and the beach a less than 10 minute walk. Since I go often to Lisbon to visit family, it is good to know that we have an excellent and reliable place to stay close by.

Stayed here with a group of 13 for my 25th birthday and had an amazing time! The villa was beautiful and was the perfect setting for an amazing weekend. Very clean and all amenities as listed. Back garden and pool area is quite heavily overlooked by surrounding houses which wasn’t issue for us but might be for a group of girls. Thank you! Would stay again 😊

Pedro's flat was clean, large and exactly like pictures and description. Fast internet...at least 200Mbs d/u speed and direct access to router if one needs to plug directly via ethernet. The location in Alfama is very central and is on main road with the 28 trolley running directly in front of the building. The noise from street and trolley is minimal. For those who don't know Lisbon, the city in extremely hilly and Alfama even more, so be aware that you will be walking uphill or up stairs very often if you choose this neighborhood. There is another vacation rental upstairs from the flat and depending on how those guests may walk, there could be noise as it is an older building with wood floors. We were aware of small shower...which is accurate...but the volume/pressure of water and very hot temperatures made the shower better than most. Overall, Pedro's flat is great choice and met all expectations.

Mafalda is a very welcoming host, her apartment is very well equipped (like at home) with all the essentials to cook or wash. The apartment is tastefully furnished, it makes you want to settle in and appreciate, even the ambient smell is a real pleasure: a cocoon under the roofs, close to everything (train station and metro 3 minutes walk away). Shopping square within walking distance too. I really recommend to visit Lisbon and rest in a quiet place in the evening.

Annemie is charming and very kind! The accommodation is a true dream of natural beauty. All super organized and exactly as you see in the pictures, actually better than the pictures.

Lady Host is impeccable, always available for any matter. The place is great, supermarket, laundry and other nearby services. Easy accesses. We stayed for about two weeks.

Apartment is as described. We stayed here for a month. Nuno is the real gem of this listing. I ended up sick in the hospital the day of checkout and Nuno was flexible in my check out time at first and then when surgery was scheduled he had no problem extending our stay until we were able to leave. He was also responsive during our stay if we needed anything.

We stayed 2 nights, the place have everything you need from soap to basic cooking condiments (if you need to cook). Parking space and easy, flexible check in. Big enough for 2 adults snd 2 kids . Would definitely stay again.

We have spent beautiful time in Lisbon during New year eve, Juan is an amazing host. He made us feel like home , the house is very cozy and perfect for our stay. Juan gave us lots of instructions and recommendations , he also checked on us that everything was good and we were okay. Will come bank definitely to stay there again!!

We had a great stay here, it was perfect for our family vacation. The house is beautiful and very well taken care of, with spacious bedrooms, a large family room and well-equipped kitchen. The garden and pool were also lovely - private and quiet and a great place to hang out. The beach and train station were both a short walk, and Estoril is well-situated for trips to Lisbon and Cascais or to explore towns along the coast. Catarina was a fantastic host and Dona Gilda helped with anything we needed during the stay.

Great Stay during the festive period in wonderful Sintra. That Fireplace was such a cosy bonus in the winter Christmas of Portugal. Thank you Maria.

Impeccable exterior for this kind of rental, sun, swimming pool, terrace, fireplace-barbecue, house "like at home" with everything you need to live there, well equipped with household electronics, quiet despite the "Portuguese" dogs who often bark at night but almost not in our case, quiet in the neighborhood, the market 100m from the house and supermarkets that are not very far either, my favorite beach (Princesa) 5 minutes by car.

Was a very nice place to stay and ideal for two families

The place was very quiet, with a nice garden area. We didn’t even feel that the owner’s family was living upstairs, since we didn’t hear any noise at all. We had all the amenities needed, and slept very well in comfy beds. The fact that we were allowed to use the parking inside the house was very handy. The communication with Angelina was very easy and she responded promptly to our questions. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a nice quiet neighborhood, with easy access to Lisbon and Cascais/Sintra areas.

Exceptional views of the ocean and sunset every night. Very good times with the family in the unmissable place of the house: the pool, a real pleasure when you wake up, at noon for an aperitif, and in the evening when you return from the beach!! We spent a wonderful time at Cristina's beautiful house. There is a lot to explore in the neighbourhood - very nice beaches, beautiful views at the oceans, close to Sesimbra and Lisabon - a perfect stay for some days. The house was very convenient for a family with two teenagers. They had their own rooms and separate bath. It is very nicely furnished and has very private touch, which we very much liked. Cristina's parents welcomed us and gave us helfpul advices on the area. She was very responsive whenever we had a problem. I can highly recommend Cristina's place and would are considering coming back in summer time.
