Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Arnhem

We look back on a lovely week in Huis Ewijk. We have 3 labradors (13.5 , 11 and 5 years) and a complete and solid fenced garden is therefore very important to us and that is definitely the case here. The house is very beautiful, tastefully and cozily decorated, exactly as in the pictures. Really everything has been thought of, really nothing is missing here to be able to make it a nice holiday. Upon entering the house, we were immediately pleasantly surprised by all kinds of delicacies on the table and in the fridge that Justin and Carleen (nice and attentive hosts) had prepared. Besides, not only we were surprised, there were also sweets ready for the doggies and 3 delicious pillows. The beds (really good nice beds) were already made and there are plenty of towels ready. The windows are easy to black out with roller blinds and there are mosquito screens everywhere. In any case, it is worth repeating for us, we'd love to come back again!

This is how you do Air BnB the right way! Having stayed in a number of Air BnB's this is without a doubt up there as the best yet I have been to. Kimmie was extremely welcoming, responsive and helpful, we couldn't have asked for any more from our host. The house was extremely clean and we very much enjoyed the hot tub and bath! The beds were comfortable and the house had everything we needed. We enjoyed ourselves so much we will be going back soon. Kimmie had kindly set up a safe sleeping cot with appropriate bedding for my daughter along with a high chair and toddler cutlery, it's this attention to detail which made the difference for us. If you are looking for a place to stay on a lovely lake with everything you need, do not hesitate to book!

We had a very nice weekend with two couples and 4 small kids in Bart and Bas's cottage. The house is cozy and there are lots of toys available for the kids which was very convenient! Also quick and clear communication with the hosts which was very nice. There is an outdoor and indoor playground, a petting zoo and a swimming pool in the park. So we didn't have to go far to entertain ourselves and the kids. In short, with all the facilities nearby and the nice house we were able to have a very relaxing weekend together!

Antoine’s place was perfect for our little trip to the Netherlands, perfectly situated for what we had planned. The location was also peaceful and a tranquil environment for when we were not out and about. I particularly enjoyed a morning run around the lake.

Super cozy and very practically furnished 2 person cottage. Fully equipped. Nice rain shower, lovely bed and hidden in a closet, mini kitchenette, equipped with all necessities. Recommended for those who love silence and tranquility. ps. also the homemade wine tastes like more.

the cottage is top! Lots of facilities for children, the garden is beautiful. Everything was great, we spent a lot of time outside in April! Everything is everything!

Jacqueline and Martien's cottage is a super nice cottage to stay in. It has all the comforts and you can stay there for a few days without having to arrange or bring anything in advance. Very clean and cozy. It is a very beautiful area where all kinds of things to do. Even if it's a bit colder. Communication with Jaqueline and Martien was very nice, they are very involved and make sure you feel at home. There was some goodies when we arrived, super sweet! We will definitely come back again! Thank you very much for a nice time!

We really enjoyed our friends weekend here. The house has every comfort and with nice weather you can sit in the backyard. The jacuzzi was a real luxury that we liked to use. As well as the cozy place around the fire basket where we roasted marshmallows. Nearby, everything is also nice to do if you want to get out of the cottage. Really a top location!

A Perfect Nature Retreat – Highly Recommended! Our stay here was absolutely wonderful—one of the best ways to unwind in the midst of serene nature. Our son especially loved playing with the chickens and feeding them, which made the experience even more memorable. Agnes and her family were incredibly warm and welcoming. They even invited us to join their Easter fire in the garden, a special touch that made our stay truly unique. Agnes also prepared a delicious breakfast, including some yummy treats for our little one, which we greatly appreciated. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway surrounded by beautiful landscapes, we highly recommend staying here for at least two days to fully immerse yourself in the tranquil beauty of the place. It’s an ideal escape for families, couples, or anyone seeking a refreshing break in nature. We’ll definitely be back!!

Céline is clearly an experienced hostess who, together with the beautiful stay, ensures that you can spend a weekend in peace.

We as friends of Brigitte's daughter and Rob, really enjoyed staying with them. It was lovely and a beautiful area. The Apartment was great! Enjoyed a day at the pool and well closed with a cozy BBQ on the water! Brigitte & Rob are super friendly and cozy helpful people to stay with. We will definitely come back again!

We stayed here for a weekend and enjoyed it, super welcoming, everything clean and tidy. Backyard under construction but a beautiful side/front garden with various seats where you can relax. We had a small problem and this was immediately looked at! Great stay!

The place was great, very modern and looked like the pictures. We felt very comfortable. The pool was also great!

We had been looking for a place to stay for a spontaneous 3 days/2 next break, from which we could do a few shorter things to do. It should be not far from home, we didn't want to drive long. We had initially planned visits to Goch and surroundings (Moyland Castle, Goch Ness), but then also found that it is also very nice on the NL side. A little walk on the Meuse, ferry ride, buy Dutch specialties in the supermarket that do not exist in D. ;-) An all-around successful short trip. 1000 thanks Marian and Harrie for the great accommodation!

Easy to find. Parking on site. Riekie was really helpful. The accommodation is quite basic but ample for my son and I. Beautiful setting and area great for nature lovers and dog walking.

What a wonderfully spacious apartment. It was more spacious than it looked in the photos. In the evening very cozy with the stove on. All amenities were good. For us the perfect base for a few days of nature and city. We were there in summer winter but for other seasons also a really nice place to stay. Thank you!

It was very nice three days that we were allowed to spend in Gert's accommodation. Fantastically idyllically furnished with a lot of love and there was everything you needed to have a relaxing stay. We were particularly surprised by the technical equipment. The bed, sofa, and music system were equipped with technical highlights. We will be happy to come back.

Our stay with Carolien and Leo was fantastic! Wonderful in nature, our own cozy place. The tiny house has everything you'll need. We were able to use the sauna - which they prepared for us - and gave us the perfect tips for our short stay. The area is beautiful, you can enjoy hiking and restaurants are also easily accessible in the surrounding villages/cities. In the morning we woke up with the bird sounds and at night we received a beautiful starry sky as a gift. Extremely welcoming hosts, we certainly don't exclude a second visit!

We had a lovely relaxing time in the cabin. Host left Easter eggs for the kids which was very thoughtful. They enjoyed doing an Easter hunt in the garden. Lochem is a lovely town to visit 👍😀

We had a fantastic time in the beautiful forest house of Mirte and Paul. We felt right at home and enjoyed the time in nature very much. The house is super well equipped and extremely clean. We will be happy to come back!

Lovely cottage with all the comforts. Very nice that basic things such as salt, pepper, oil, enough toilet paper and enough towels were also provided. It's definitely different at times! Furthermore, everything was clean and the communication was pleasant. Recommended!
