Beautiful big house with a wonderful interior. Everything is as in the photo. Very clean. Huge bathroom, gorgeous library. Great view of the mountains from the terrace. Projector with a good picture. You can go hiking right from the house. There is a place where you can make a fire. There are a couple of small shops nearby. Overall, I recommend it.

Great place. Dogs, cat - come periodically to say hello and pet (if you love them like me). The hosts are creative people, a musician, an artist, and a documentarian. Very nice friendly attitude to guests. We also had a very interesting and sincere conversation. Thank you very much! There is a veranda with a sofa, where guests periodically intersect and chat. Guests were young and intelligent. As per the terms, everything matches the description. Most rooms with a condo, cheaper (I think one) - without. Inside was everything you need, including shower, stove, kettle and iron. The washing machine is shared by several rooms. The interior is pleasant, especially decorated with the paintings of the host. It's a 10-minute walk to the center. You need to leave the house, cross the road, walk 20 meters to the left and there will be a staircase to the center. The height is about how to go up to the 9th floor.

I had 17 nights stay in Meri’s place which was really great and unforgettable for me. The house is suitable for families or friends with maximum capacity of 7/8 people , the Beds were not really comfortable and they can be changed but I’d rather to deny it because the house and host had lots of positive points so that was not a big deal. You can find several small shops near by the house and the nearest hypermarket is just 15 minutes by walk. There is no pavement but honestly We waked a lot around the house you just need to be concentrated and with the taxi you can reach the centre of Yerevan in 15 minutes. At the end I would like to appreciate Meri because of her responsibilities and accommodation which made my trip amazing.

A very nice apartment, great location . But it's not for someone who is poor on foot, a lot of stairs. Very quiet location , nevertheless very central and a very kind and friendly hostess, we are even allowed to check in in the morning at 6:00 am, thank you again for that.

Our stay with Tigran was absolutely flawless. The property was spotless, well equipped, and exactly as described, providing everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. Communication was prompt and friendly, making check in a breeze – we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

The location is excellent, the room size is large, and the facilities are complete even though it is not used, the Ruben host contacted us in advance to meet the location, warmly introduced the use of various facilities and taboos, etc., it would have been better if the bed sheets and pillows were not very pungent!

We had an incredible time here (5 weeks). This is a super modern apartment in a new building in a quiet, peaceful, safe, and less polluted area of Yerevan (higher in elevation by a few hundred meters compared to the center where all of the air pollution collects). The photos correspond exactly to how the apartment looks in real life, so I will only mention what you can't see in the photos. The bed's mattress is quite comfortable (not too hard and not too soft), even though it's just a double bed. The couch and chairs are very comfortable. All of the appliances (heating, water, washing machine, drying machine [!!!], coffee machine, toaster, microwave, blender, espresso machine [!!!], etc.) were super new and worked perfectly. Food delivery and taxi apps worked very well. The host Anna was absolutely outstanding!!! She was prompt and helped us with any questions or requests we had. She even installed *additional* dark window blinds upon our request, which was amazing for us night owls.

Nice apartment with all the facilities Very quiet yard. For someone, the view from the window may be a disadvantage, but the location of the apartment is so convenient that you will not spend time just looking out the window 😊

Highly recommend Arpine's place. Its <10 minute from the skiing resort and market, additionally you can find a snacks store in the building itself. Apartment was clean and organized.

My friends and I were absolutely delighted with this apartment. Very cozy, even the construction outside the window did not interfere. Really enjoyed climbing 700 steps every night. Very helpful after dinner. The host responded quickly and resolved any questions that arose. If we return to Yerevan, we will definitely stay in this apartment again.

We had a great experience a this place for the past 16 days. The apartment was spotless, cozy and warm and felt like home right away. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with plenty happening in the neighborhood. Michael was incredibly responsive, answering any questions we had within minutes. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Yerevan!
