Perfect home, all new, clean and with a team always ready to help. The Arete condominium is new but very well structured, for us it was good because we fled the chaos of downtown, normal on New Year's Eve. We will be back!!

The location is wonderful!!! Right in front of Foguete beach, which in my opinion is one of the most beautiful in Cabo Frio! And to watch the sunrise from the double room window!! Simply perfect!! The house is on the way to the cape camp. The house is big, cozy and has everything we need. We will definitely return!

We are a couple of nomads and the loft of Cristina pleased us a lot. Tranquilo, quiet neighborhood.. The backyard practically the beach. We love our time by Cabo cold, by the rocket region, you are next on the road to Arraial, you can go to the city center of uber. It has market, bakery, delivery also nearby. Cristina was a sweetheart and made us at ease. All safe and quiet. The location very close to the beach and you have an entire view of the wide strip of downtown beach. We love it, we definitely recommend it!

The stay at Simone and Fernando's accommodation was very good. The site was identical to the described and the photos being a quiet and great place to rest after a busy beach day. The excellent and quiet air conditioner, the big tvs to keep the series and movies up to date, the structure of the kitchen very good and finally the amazing heated hydromassage perfect to complement the relaxation after a day of plenty of sea and sun. Highlight the attention of both from booking to check out. They were always available to answer questions, give helpful tips, and even mobilize to help guests mired in the sand! I highly recommend and it is a good option for those visiting Cabo Frio and Búzios.

Great house, very comfortable and excellent location

Great accommodation, all well cleaned up and a great Luciano reception! The swimming pool was very clean and conserved, all Appliances working perfectly, as I am a civic engineer, I looked a lot at the construction itself, all perfect to spend an excellent weekend, even with all the air conditioners working the energy remained stable, there was no lack of water, all toilets working well, dropping of the drains of the great boxes, my family members were all very pleased. Wonderful weekend!

the town hall is very clear and ventilated , the armchairs , sofas and chairs are beautiful and comfortable . The garden area is very pleasant to spend hours , whether to drink , eat and chat or to make a delicious barbecue. Quite cozy locale, surprised us, that is to say above our already good expectations.

Celia is an excellent host. He welcomed us with open arms and made us feel right at home. I was consulting 3 houses at the same time and asked the 3 if there was a microwave, because I have a 3-year-old baby and I take her food where I go, so I needed the microwave. Celia immediately replied, “There aren't, but I can buy it.” This already made me decide for her house and it was a wonderful surprise to meet her. Just gratitude! I will definitely stay there again and I will say with my eyes closed! House clean, comfortable ,very accessible, with everything needed for the amenity .
