Perfect home, all new, clean and with a team always ready to help. The Arete condominium is new but very well structured, for us it was good because we fled the chaos of downtown, normal on New Year's Eve. We will be back!!

The house is huge, it is in front of the Pontal beach, and has a terrace with a wonderful view, it is exactly as shown in the photos, with 3 floors and 5 bedrooms, it served my group of 20 people very well, the pool area with the barbecue is spacious and wonderful, we enjoyed the shower very much, the children especially, we had a wonderful time. We didn't know the beach of Pontal and we were amazed, the beach is super quiet, especially at the end of it, which is very close to the house, there is a trail on the rocks that leads to a wonderful view, there is a lagoon also called the red lagoon that the children enjoyed very much. Abigail is a very kind, flexible and proactive host, we had some unforeseen events in the house but she and the caretaker were readily available and resolved everything. We plan to return soon, we love our stay! I highly recommend it!

We stayed in the house in 6 adults and 3 babies (1 and a half year, 11 months and 4 months) and the experience was surprisingly good! The house is super spacious, it has everything we need — utensils, good equipment, everything working properly. The condominium is also great, with 24-hour concierge, good swimming pool and a very cool gourmet area, both private and common. The location is excellent: close to the beach of Geribá (2 min walking!) and about 10 minutes drive from any famous point of Búzios. In the rooms we slept super well and still fit the cribs quietly. We love the stay and we definitely recommend it!

The location is wonderful!!! Right in front of Foguete beach, which in my opinion is one of the most beautiful in Cabo Frio! And to watch the sunrise from the double room window!! Simply perfect!! The house is on the way to the cape camp. The house is big, cozy and has everything we need. We will definitely return!

The house is very well located, close to the Rocket Beach and close to Arraial do Cabo. The space is very cozy and we didn't miss anything during the stay. On the 1 day we had a problem with the air conditioning because it was not working, when we alerted Cris about it, he promptly searched a technician to arrange (this at 10 pm), that is, Cris is a very solicitous person and always asked if everything was right. I have nothing to complain about the space, just compliments and recommendations.

Monique's Airbnb is cute. Small, but can accommodate up to 4 or 5 people for a short stay. There are 3 single mattresses and a sofa bed for up to two. The small house is well structured, has air-conditioning in the living room and in the bedroom, blindex and hot shower, smarTV and full kitchen. It also offers a large freezer and wifi. Communication with Monique was clear and she responded every time quickly, very helpful. Monte Alto is a village a little far from the centers of Arraial and Cabo Frio, so it's not easy to find Uber, especially at night. The site does not have large markets, shops or paved streets, part of it is on the sand of the beach and is very small, with some grocery stores and bakeries available. The downside of this is that the energy dropped for much of the night and the morning, but since I went to a wedding and needed just to sleep, it was great! Indico! Despite the lack of local structure, it has a welcoming and friendly people!!! Adorei (:

We were in 10 people and the house accommodated us perfectly. Quiet and cozy place that made us feel right at home.
