Vacation rentals in Arlington

A few things worth noting and possibly swiftly addressed: -provision of bed slippers or room slippers since host requires shoes be taken off. - TV installed too high as sofa is low.

Kevin’s place was super convenient for our group of two couples and two toddlers while we visited DC. The house is super spacious, very clean, and was well-stocked with games, cooking necessities, towels, etc. The neighborhood was very quiet and easy to get to. We’d definitely stay again! I also really appreciated the nice pack n’ play and extra mattress with a sheet. We’ve often found other places that have a really cheap/uncomfortable pack n’ play, but Kevin had a quality one that made it easier for baby to sleep well.

We stayed at Rob's place during the presidential Inauguration. There were two couples for an extended time. We found the place to be very convenient for all of our travels. Rob was a very attentive host. We had another snow and when we left that morning the porch was already cleaned off. Hats off to Rob!!

Had a nice stay at Millian’s place. He was responsive and accommodating. The place was perfect for our needs. A quiet location near shops and restaurants.

Kevin was an extremely gracious host! The house was in pristine condition, and the amenities were just as described. Everything we needed (dishes, silverware, etc.) was there! The house was exactly what we needed, and we will definitely be staying here again. Shoutout to Kevin for being so nice and helpful!

We enjoyed spending the week at Joseph's place as a group of 10. We particularly liked the location. We were within 15 mins of DC, 5 mins off the highway, 15 mins from Old Town Alexandria, and within 5 mins from grocery stores, gas stations, 2 Targets, and a mall. The neighborhood is quiet and you can tell it's a wealthy area. The house is beautifully renovated but of course old, so you could hear everything (footsteps, water pipes, talking, etc.) once people were up and moving about. Another consideration was the heating. Some rooms were warmer than others despite being controlled by the same heating system. We had an issue with property damage and communicated it to the host who was understanding. We did pay the fee through Airbnb.

The home was overall great. Tara was responsive and willing to try to accommodate my last minute change of coming in early by a Day. Would happily stay at residence again next time I’m visiting the area.
