Very well-equipped and functional studio. Close to the beach, village and restaurants and beautiful walks and hikes by the sea between cliffs and coves. The owner Chantal is available, welcoming and friendly as well as her husband and also very good advice I would recommend this place for a couple.

We had a pleasant stay. The accommodation was comfortable and convenient, very well decorated, with all the necessities. The home has a sunny, unoverlooked exterior. Very peaceful accommodation, beach within walking distance, convenience store and restaurants nearby. It is very hot in the accommodation during the day, the 2 fans were appreciated. Self check-in and checkout with very simple and quick lockbox, clear explanations. We had a great time at this place for two:)

Ideal for this short trip to All Saints' Day, with our two children. The location is impeccable, the accommodation matches what is promised, the hospitality is flawless. Private parking is a definite advantage. Florence is very nice and attentive. We thank her again.

The property is 100 m from the sea, offers a locked courtyard parking space - entrance approx. 1.85 m - be careful with roof boxes and bicycle racks, balcony on the north side, kitchen equipped with everything you need, including small oven and microwave, dining table sufficient for 4 people, sofa bed, bed approx. 1.9 m is between apartment door and living room and the underlying extended 2nd bed blocked somewhat the access to the bathroom/toilet or completely to the exit. Since we were there in winter, the floor was freezing cold and only accessible with shoes. Heaters for bathroom and anteroom were available, the air conditioning heated the living room. Approximately 100 m away there are small shops with baked goods, fruit, vegetables, a bar; a little further away a Lidl. The beach was clean and you can walk to Séte along the beach. The neighbors were friendly, it was quiet in the house. We found it narrower than the pictures and description suggest, but were always on the go during the day, so we can recommend it

Very pleasant stay. Very well-equipped apartment, down to the smallest detail. In addition, not only is the sea close (no need to take the car which remains in the private, free and closed parking lot) but the residence is in the immediate vicinity of the forest, which is very nice when you have a dog! Danielle and her husband are available, friendly, welcoming. Human contact for the key exchange is much warmer than a key box! Thanks, much appreciated! We recommend it 100%. We had a pleasant stay. The residence is secure and very quiet. The location is perfect and the private parking space was really convenient, we did everything on foot, the sea, the city center, the seaquarium, amigoland.. Letitia who welcomed us was great too, thank you again. I would recommend it in a second.

Really nice villa with a stunning view. The house is very convenient for a group of friends as it allows privacy for each couples and amazing corners for the diner. Last but not least the petanque corner is so cool !

Fully equipped, beachfront apartment with beautiful views, in residence with private pool. Very clean pool with lifeguard and convenient beach access. Parking space (in different facility from apartment - 5 minutes walk) not very convenient for large cars. Very good communication with Jean Marc and his daughter Mathilde. Highly recommended

Clean and well-equipped accommodation. We only spent 2 nights in Cathy's place but we found everything we needed there. Cathy provided us with all the useful and very clear information for our self check-in. Close to everything: beach, shops, restaurants, city center, activities... We can do anything on foot even with a toddler. We would not hesitate to return for any future stays.

We had a lovely stay with family and friends in the cabins. Accommodations are spacious and comfortable. The environment is quiet and relaxing. The passage of the train nearby is not very disturbing as there is not much traffic on weekends. We'll be back with pleasure in Mathieu's place.

We felt comfortable. Two apartment keys were provided, which was sometimes very helpful. The apartment was handed over to us clean and is modernly furnished. It may be important for German vacationers. There is a normal filter coffee machine available. A tiny shortcoming: the number of outlets is manageable. It can't hurt to bring a multiple outlet.

We had the pleasure of staying at Yann's house which is situated in a very lovely and quiet neighbourhood which was a nice change for us from the hustle and bustle of London. The home is beautifully maintained, sparkling clean, and thoughtfully decorated. The living area, with its comfortable seating, is a large open space with access to a beautiful garden equipped with table and chairs where we had our meals and a spacious jacuzzi where we relaxed after a day at the beach and visits to the area. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. Yann was an exceptional host always available to answer our questions or offer local recommendations. Together with Marie, his warm hospitality made us feel welcome and at home. Overall, our stay excellent and if you're looking for a peaceful retreat or a base to explore the region by car we highly recommend this property.
