Farmstay vacation rentals in Arkansas River

This was a fantastic gem. We absolutely loved it here. We have children of varied ages and there was something for everyone. Theresa is a phenomenal host. Also, the goats!!! That made all of our day!! If you're in the area, we would 100000 % recommend.

This place is absolutely incredible! Not only the views out the back but all the things needed for a comfortable stay. Everything needed to cook a good meal was in the kitchen and even the bathroom had toiletries for guests. Mike & Taylor were incredibly helpful during our stay. We cannot wait to come back! Seriously, we’re already looking at dates :)

This was the perfect little escape from the usual day to day. The house was cozy, the area was beautiful and Eric/Hope are just the best!! The lack of tv and wifi was just as nice a the walks by the river. We got to see and join in the milking process and collecting eggs. We want to make this a reoccurring vaca location.

We loved staying here and getting to meet the horses and very friendly cats! The apartment is cozy and clean and we appreciated the bathrobes and breakfast items and country views. Steph kindly helped us meet her beautiful mustangs and told us about the farm, and the cats were incredibly cuddly. A lovely experience!

We had a wonderful stay at the farmhouse! John and Jenny are the best hosts-they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. By far one of our favorite Airbnbs ever. The farm is beautiful and peaceful, and the animals were fun and friendly. Our city boys loved feeding them treats and watching their antics. The house was easy to find and had everything we needed. We loved learning about the history of the house and seeing all the vintage pieces they have preserved. We only wish we had been able to stay longer, and hope to return in the future!

The facility was absolutely beautiful and the home was awesome...well appointed, comfy, had extra treats, coffee pods, wonderful gas fireplace...all located in a beautiful and tranquill setting...this is my most favorite Airbnb I have ever stayed in and I will definitely be back when I am in the area! Mark was an awesome host, and was always punctual with any questions I had. He even accomodated an early morning check-out, as I had a super early flight, and took care of some things for me that I would have typically taken care of myself...OUTSTANDING venue, all kitchen utensils, ingredients, appliances, etc. were on site...clean towels, linens, etc. on site...washer and dryer with laundry soap and dryer sheets on site, which were very nice to have...other Airbnb's require you purchase your own...I only went to the grocery story once the entire week, as this Airbnb was so well stocked...beautifully decorated as well, and awesome country setting...I would recommend this to everyone!! :)

If you are after the illuminations of the stars, - the peaceful heat from the jacuzzi or perhaps the traditionalist hunting cabin interior this might be the spot for you. Its great at every level and the hosts were always responsive, even after I locked myself out. Not far from Goodland. highly recommend the Brick House for their pancakes and waffles.

My stay was wonderful! Everything was clean, worked well, and was as described! Pamela was kind, helpful, responsive, and generous in sharing her farm animals for pettting and fresh eggs for breakfast! I would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed staying at Jane's place. It was rustic, cozy and quiet. It's not every day you get to visit with a friendly, resident horse!

We had a great stay! Google maps did take us to a house one driveway past the right one. Luckily a nice gentleman directed us where to go. He said he frequently gets people at his home looking for the Airbnb. We loved enjoying the hot tub and mornings watching the cows. Though the area is quite private, it is still a working ranch. In the morning and evening, a gentleman on a gator was driving through the nearby pastor doing his work. Just be mindful of that possibility, I had the curtains drawn one morning as he came by and was standing in the kitchen in a shirt and my knickers. 😆 This place is perfect for a recharge and is close to great restaurants and plenty to do. The Mid America Museum was an awesome visit along with the shops in Hot Springs. We will absolutely be returning!!!

This was a great place to get away for the weekend. We picked this location because of it's distance from any major cities. There was very little light pollution. A perfect place to set up our telescope., and look at stars.

This place was a beautiful spot to stay at. We enjoyed our “guard” sheep, the chickens, and ducks running around. It was a great neighborhood as well and stores are close by. The host, Trevor, was very responsive and quick. He made the instructions clear and made sure we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

I’ve rented many places but this was by far the most personalized. Our Host was amazing and accommodating and very caring. I always felt like I was talking to a best friend.

Home was clean and felt homey. Rooms were spacious and the outdoor spaces were a bonus. The house is better than pictured and host was very responsive and friendly which made us feel welcomed. Would definitely stay again!

We felt at home in the rustic old farmhouse. Being on the farm was beautiful and peaceful. Wevenjoyed going for walks on the farm. I got up early and sat outside with my coffee one morning. Through the e-bird app, I discovered there were 22 different birds chirping and singing. Very cool. We brought out kayaks and were able to take them to Eldorado Lake. I had a great visit with Craig who was friendly and informative about the ranch. My husband and I came home well rested. We hope to return.

Absolutely amazing. If you like a country, peaceful setting this is the place. Kristy was no doubt the best host we’ve ever had. 100% will book with her every time we plan a trip to the Ozarks!

This was a perfect place for our girls' reading weekend! We enjoyed the views over the fields from the picture windows, and loved walking over to the winery tasting room in the afternoon. We'd definitely stay here again!

This was an excellent experience. Levi accommodated us in every thing we needed. Though the place was not listed as a place to hold large groups, he made it possible for us to celebrate my grandmas 95th birthday. Also the longhorns were so awesome and loving, we literally had to pry the kids away from them! We will definitely stay here again.

They were very flexible with allowing us to reschedule in response to the storm too! It’s not every day you find a host who genuinely cares about your safety and well-being. Their communication was clear, timely, and reassuring, which gave us peace of mind. It really set the tone for the entire stay and made us feel like we were in good hands. We had a wonderful stay at this home with our group of six women. The house was roomy, giving everyone plenty of space to relax and feel comfortable. It was spotless and beautifully decorated with such cute and thoughtful touches. The beds were comfortable, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep.
