first of all, very comfortable check-in, both apt and apartment are encrypted, you are not dealing with anyone. The apartment is a little difficult on the 5th floor. The house is very comfortable, clean, there is even a TV. The armchairs and bed are very comfortable. I am quite enough to stay in the bathroom and kitchen for a long time. There is a washing machine and working.

the house was very nice and clean. We stayed as 3 families and I wished we would stay for another day, even if it was available. It is an easily accessible place in terms of location and there are multiple chain grocery alternatives to provide needs in the immediate vicinity. The heating of the pool was very good, we were able to use the pool at night. We did not have any heating problems in the house. Ms. Merve was also very interested and answered all our questions in a very short time. When I want to stay with a large group and the location is deviant, it may be the first villa where I will check its availability.

From providing local tips to being responsive to any questions I had, their hospitality made all the difference. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again. It was as pictured with everything. The house was very clean and very comfortable. The surroundings were quiet and peaceful. We were able to accommodate eight people very comfortably. Mr. Ali answered all of our questions without getting bored. The only thing that upset us was that the thermal pool was not operated in the evening, but since we were in the summer, everything else was great. When we go to Sapanca again, this will definitely be our first choice.

The place we stayed offered a very nice holiday for a family. The house is spacious, the amenities are very nice. The hot pool makes a difference. Since it is on a hill, we thought it would be okay to reach, there was no problem. Of course, in Sapanca, it can be foggy in the evening hours, then it will not be the right time to drive. Everything was great as it appeared in the photos. Mr. Serkan quickly intervened no matter what time it was even for the slightest problem or question, and made sure that we had a smooth holiday. For those who care about privacy, the house was far from other bungalows and in a very sheltered location. Although the weather was bad, we were able to use the pool easily. If we come back to Sapanca, it is definitely a place we would prefer again.

The house was very clean, the linens were clean and sufficient. The view is beautiful and night, and there is a spacious environment in the house and in the garden, most things have been considered. Rest assured about the heating, we didn't need to turn on the interior of the house, we didn't need to turn on the air conditioning, we didn't have any problems with the hot water either. While it was snowing outside, it was pleasant to look at the lake view and enter the hot pool, and the pool garden was very big and the pool temperature was very good. There are bungalows on the left and bottom of the house but no one does not see anyone is completely sheltered and privacy is taken care of. The kitchen and bathroom were also smooth. Every question was answered quickly and they were solution-oriented, and we had an enjoyable holiday, and we thank them. I recommend don't miss this house, especially when there's snow

We stayed at Muaz’s place as 6 adults and 4 kids. The place was heated before we checked in. Heated pool operated well without any issues during our stay. Photos of the rooms at the listing should be updated, representing the each room with clear bed placement. Kitchen was very equipped. We enjoyed our stay.
