We enjoyed a very comfortable three nights stay in the apartment. We used it as a base for visiting Puy du Fou. The apartment is very clean and spacious and the kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge freezer. Although we didn’t need to use it, it was nice to see that there was a washing machine and a tumble dryer available The shower was particularly good with lots of hot water and really good pressure The apartment is up several flights of stairs with no lift which was not an issue for us, but I think this information could’ve been clear in the property instructions There is a local shop just a two minute walk away which provided all the groceries we required and there were several restaurants locally that we could’ve used Thank you for a very enjoyable stay

Beautifully renovated apartment. Natural stone wall, stunning kitchen and bathroom. My daughter could totally work on her university assignments peacefully. In the heart of the city. We loved it and Harold was a great host, very flexible with the check out. I highly recommend it.

We came for a day at Puy-du-Fou the studio is very well located in a quiet area. Jacqueline and her husband are very welcoming. We have nothing to say about the listing. Everything was very good with lots of care. We recommend this studio for a visit to the area.

Perfect night for 2 in the center From Cholet. Charlotte was flexible on schedules, thank you to her. Only small downside on cooking utensils (stove a little outdated).

We had a lovely stay in Cholet, Genevieve’s house was in great location for both Les Halles ( fresh food market) , the centre of town and aslo my sister’s home who we were visiting for Christmas. The house is spacious and bright and airy, plenty of room for us to have everyone over for dinner etc. Large garage with utilities was great for washing n drying clothes which was perfect for us as here for a few weeks! Only feedback for us would be the option to pay the cleaning fee if possible if staying over a few weeks, but Genevieve did let us check out late to get cleaning done as well as packing up for long travel by car home. Would definitely recommend it if you are visiting Cholet! Thanks Genevieve, Alison

Alright! All the information is received on time, very clear which allows a self check-in and check-out without any problem. The house meets expectations very well, perfect for a good time for families or groups of friends. The bedding is great, we all slept very well!

We had a great stay of 3 days of family reunion with 14 adults and 7 children in this superb very warm and unusual accommodation. A quiet and friendly environment while being close to Bressuire with all amenities and activities. The house is extremely well equipped with everything you need. The bonus are the two dishwashers suitable for large groups It's also the children's home: a play paradise for all ages in vast spaces where they take care of at all times. Finally, Sophie and Jean-Marc are real great hosts , very attentive to your expectations. Responsive, you have all the answers to your questions to prepare for your stay. I spent one month in the apartment, working remotely as a change from Ireland which was still very much in COVID lockdown. I could not have been luckier with the apartment, the beautiful building and garden, the town of Saumur and with Christiane as my landlady. I had a very, very special time there- the apartment and building is timeless, beautiful, safe and tranquil. It’s location is perfect in the old town of Saumur. Christiane was the most wonderful, welcoming person who is spent some quality time with and it was an honour to get to know her. It was a fantastic place to call home when I was there. And I have taken back some really wonderful memories. I miss it already. Thank you Christiane!

Perfect cottage for a weekend with friends with children: bright common room well suited for a group (2 tables, large sofa), a large number of bedrooms and bathrooms, many games for young and old. The city of Saint Loup Lamairé is very beautiful. Between meals, games and walks, we had a great time.
