The apartment is excellent, all brand new , modern and functioning. I found the site a little far from the center , but the hospitality and quality of the apartment are worth it . Hosts respond promptly. The access to the apartment is modern and without difficulties to enter or leave. I only have to thank you for the welcome in your apartment. Arequipa is amazing for sightseeing and having a safe place helps a lot in the course of the trip . Ahhh the view of the volcano at the end of the afternoon facing the windows is undoubtedly note 10.

The house is as it is advertised even better, the tranquility and security was key for this trip, Mrs. Mery gave us the directions and I was always attentive to everything, we had a great time in Family. I would definitely stay again. the pool is exclusive use and is large.

1. The area is quiet and safe, you can walk comfortably and make use of sports fields and playground for children 2. Wifi is good 3. Place with store nearby and free parking 4. The host and co-host are constantly communicating, the instructions are clear and they solve the needs as soon as possible 5. The only thing I don't like about the area is that there are many insects that enter the house, it is important to carry repellent and do cleaning often, it is manageable. In conclusion it is a good place to stay, I would definitely come back.

The accommodation was really comfortable, everything was as described, clean and tidy... the young Oscar was kind, I definitely recommend it and would come back again.

Mr. Luis was kind at all times, he gave us a flexible check-in which was very helpful for us because we arrived at 6am, he gave us a chocolate and water, he had complimentary coffee and tea which we enjoyed, the area is quiet, the security staff are friendly, I would definitely stay here again on my return to Arequipa. Recommended

Everythign was good. Great location - close to the center, but very quiet.
