Alfonso and Marcela were excellent in communication since the reservation will be the time to check out . The apartment is very well located just 5 min walk away is a supermarket, when leaving the building is a small shop and around there are smaller shops and pharmacy less than 5 min away . The points of greatest interest such as Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol and km 0 just 5-10 min . Great on about 15 minutes on foot . Nearby there is a great variety of local restaurants and also a metro station. The apartment is well equipped in its kitchen and super comfortable beds. Super recommended . To get to the apartment there is an elevator but you also have to go down stairs or climb , that was in the description of the apt too , everything was very well explained

The nicest hosts, the perfect home 🏡 and absolutely the best location. Easy access to the subway and local buses and close by easy parking for our car. I would stay here forever!

This was a great stay, loved the place.

Marta's place is very convenient and cozy. It has everything you need. The bed is very comfortable and the shower has hot water all the time. There is plenty of storage for two people with carryon luggage and perhaps more! I really liked the kitchen appliances and everything worked great including the washing machine. The building is very quiet and perfectly located. There are great hole in the walls in the area of Lavapiés and close to nice coffee. Right next to Reina Sofia, El Prado, El Retiro, Atocha and Plaza Mayór! We stayed for 10 nights and had a great stay - I would recommend letting some air in during the day if you're using the heater because it can make the air a little coarse and that way it recycles - but maybe I'm just sensitive.

Staying at Daniels place was a great experience. He and Laura are very welcoming and the place is well equipped. Daniel is also very helpful I got sick at the end of the stay and he supplied pain killers and helped me a lot to have a smooth departure. All in all very clean super friendly, I can recommend their place 100%!

Our stay was very comfortable and the location was very convenient. Walking distance to the Venta Metro Station, a grocery, laundry mat and nice restaurant. I look forward to staying here again in the very near future!!

Madrid is one of our favorite cities and this is the perfect location if you want to be a walk away from almost anything. It was also perfect for a small friend group with 3 bedrooms and bathrooms, and well equipment kitchen and a comfy living room to relax and reset for the next day. Highly recommend. We’ll be back!

The place is conveniently located and very nice and comfortable. Ruth was attentive the whole time and helped us a lot with the questions we had. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Madrid.

We are very happy with our stay! Mercedes was very responsive and well organized especially when we had to lengthen our stay then find a hotel nearby! We enjoyed the donuts for our son. The apartment was clean, the linen smelled good. Kitchen was well equipped. Just there is no iron so take yours. There is a nice park a 10min walk from the apartment, an ElCampo store just downstairs (too convenient). It's a 30min walk from downtown if you like to walk. We recommend 100%.

Santiago is an amazing host—kind, attentive, and always available when needed. He truly goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. The space is small, but cozy and inviting, with a warm, homely feel. All the pretty plants made it feel like a genuine home rather than one of those impersonal apartments with plastic decor. It’s also very clean and well-maintained. Oh and the bed is super comfy! If I could give him 6 stars, I would! Highly recommended 100%!

Excellent! The apartment is very bright and the rooms are spacious. The rooms are very comfortable and large and has 3 full bathrooms something that is not so easy to find. It is equipped with absolutely everything you might need. We received it immaculate from cleanliness to bed and bath clothes. The complex where it is located is modern and is 50m from a small shopping center with a supermarket, pharmacies, cafes and restaurants. In addition, the location is highly recommended to rest and be close to Madrid, a few meters away is a bus stop that takes you to Moncloa (from where you can take different metro lines) in less than 20 minutes. Super recommended!

Plus, the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a perfect night’s sleep. The location was also ideal, close to everything we needed, yet in a quiet area where we could unwind. The host, Javier, was exceptional—always attentive and ready to help with anything we needed, making our stay even better. I highly recommend this place. This was our second time staying at this apartment and we’ll definitely be back!
