The apartment is very well located just 5 min walk away is a supermarket, when leaving the building is a small shop and around there are smaller shops and pharmacy less than 5 min away . The points of greatest interest such as Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol and km 0 just 5-10 min . Great on about 15 minutes on foot . Nearby there is a great variety of local restaurants and also a metro station. The apartment is well equipped in its kitchen and super comfortable beds. Super recommended . To get to the apartment there is an elevator but you also have to go down stairs or climb , that was in the description of the apt too , everything was very well explained

This tiny house had everything we needed and we felt comfortable. It was fun exploring inside the house, as well as the neighborhood. There were problems with hot water time to time, but it was easy to fix after I talked with the owner/assistant. You need to stay upstairs if you need to use phone, since there was almost no wifi connection downstairs.

My stay at the cozy Airbnb studio was just amazing! Already upon arrival, we were welcomed by a lovingly decorated room that radiated a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Everything was clean and you could immediately see that the host attaches great importance to details. Perfectly equipped kitchen that had everything you need for a short or extended stay. I especially liked the little coffee corner. The host was extremely friendly and thoughtful. Even before I arrived, I had received all the important information and helpful tips about the surroundings.

Excellent Sergio! Very warm welcome and flexibility in entry, he was very empathetic about it, which I am very grateful for. The area is beautiful, a residential neighborhood close to everything. I was particularly for work at IFEMA which was very comfortable for me since Nuevos Ministerios is a 15-minute walk. The apartment was super clean and with hotel details: shampoo, soap and everything you expect more comb and shower net! Really excellent, I definitely recommend it.

The apartment (apartment in Spain because it has two rooms) is excellent. Very well cared for. It has the basic appliances needed for a pleasant stay. Public access is very good. Although it is not in the center, this one is easily and quickly accessed. There are bus stops in two ways in front of the building and a 4-5 minute walk away. Even walking that stretch was not difficult for my mother, who is very old. There is also access to a taxi stand at that place. At only 20-30 months there is a market of Alcampo, small but very well stocked. On Calle del Marqués de Corbera are several restaurants, cafes, clothing stores and vegetable shops. There is a pharmacy and even a dental office. Special chapter deserves the attention of Mercedes, excellent host, as well as the kindness of Sofía and her daughter Maria. Highly recommended.

Santiago is an amazing host—kind, attentive, and always available when needed. He truly goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. The space is small, but cozy and inviting, with a warm, homely feel. All the pretty plants made it feel like a genuine home rather than one of those impersonal apartments with plastic decor. It’s also very clean and well-maintained. Oh and the bed is super comfy! If I could give him 6 stars, I would! Highly recommended 100%!

A friend and I stayed at the flat for a month. It's conveniently located on the edge of the La Latina neighborhood and it's a great location. It's close to restaurants, tourist sites, metro and shopping. The living room is absolutely enormous for a 1-bdrm flat and is very comfortable. It has all the amenities to make your stay comfortable.

The apartment is spacious, clean and well located. Roberto and his assistant Marcela were always available for questions we had. They responded very quickly. A safe area is located, close to parks, close to a bus station, and a 10-minute walk to the Artilleros Metro station. In front of the building there is a small supermarket, a bazaar, an ice cream parlor, a cafe and other facilities. The building has soccer canchitas and children's games. The price was very good. Very happy with this stay.

The host, Javier, was exceptional—always attentive and ready to help with anything we needed, making our stay even better. I highly recommend this place. This was our second time staying at this apartment and we’ll definitely be back!
