Alfonso and Marcela were excellent in communication since the reservation will be the time to check out . The apartment is very well located just 5 min walk away is a supermarket, when leaving the building is a small shop and around there are smaller shops and pharmacy less than 5 min away . The points of greatest interest such as Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol and km 0 just 5-10 min . Great on about 15 minutes on foot . Nearby there is a great variety of local restaurants and also a metro station. The apartment is well equipped in its kitchen and super comfortable beds. Super recommended . To get to the apartment there is an elevator but you also have to go down stairs or climb , that was in the description of the apt too , everything was very well explained

The nicest hosts, the perfect home 🏡 and absolutely the best location. Easy access to the subway and local buses and close by easy parking for our car. I would stay here forever!

Pedro was very attentive and kind from the beginning, making sure that we had everything we needed and we did. As for the cleanliness, everything was spectacular, everything was very clean. The apartment's atmosphere is charming, cozy, and air-conditioned. All positive opinions, I would go back without thinking.

I enjoyed every minute of my stay! This was my second time in Madrid, and this apartment was absolutely perfect—beautiful, sunny, and spacious for my remote working situation. The location is amazing! Right in the heart of Malasana with lots of pubs, restaurants, coffee shops and few minutes walk from Grand Via. Everything was clean and well-equipped. The host was super friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better. I even got to meet Laura in person and we had a great conversation about AI - such a fun and unexpected bonus! I will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend!!!

Very cozy apartment, it has an equipped kitchen, there were ice cubes in the freezer, which was great for us, since that way we could enjoy the drink we brought. The rooms are very good and everything is very clean. The bathroom is small but very functional, it even has a hairdryer. The towels were impeccable and it has a small terrace ideal for going out for coffee in the morning... we thought it was great!!! Alejandro is a good host, he responded to my questions and needs almost instantly at all times!!!! I recommend it 100%. We will definitely be back next time.

Definitely looking forward to renting again. Beautiful apartment with plenty of space for everyone in our group. Down a quiet street, but close to all the fun shopping and restaurants! Couldn’t have asked for much more. Owners were extremely accommodating and helpful with everything we asked. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Mercedes's apartment in Madrid was a pleasant experience. For 13 nights, we enjoyed a cozy and well-equipped space that became our home away from home. The apartment's location was key to exploring Madrid. It is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood, with easy access to the center of Madrid. From there, we were able to visit multiple landmarks of the city, such as the Prado Museum, the Puerta del Sol, and the Retiro. It also allowed us to hike to nearby towns, such as Aranjuez, Avila and Salamanca. The apartment is well equipped and met our needs. The heating was an important detail, especially in March. The cost-benefit ratio was correct, considering the fee paid for 13 days. But what really made our stay special was the attention of Mercedes, an excellent host. Their dedication and kindness made us feel right at home. Highly recommended!

Everything went smoothly. The host gave us extremely detailed instructions making our check in very easy. The apartment was in great location just ten minutes from two metro lines in a very quiet neighbourhood. It smelled freshness and cleanliness. Very spacious for four people. The host was also kind enough to let us check in late without any extra fee. Thanks for a very comfortable day.

Santiago is an amazing host—kind, attentive, and always available when needed. He truly goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. The space is small, but cozy and inviting, with a warm, homely feel. All the pretty plants made it feel like a genuine home rather than one of those impersonal apartments with plastic decor. It’s also very clean and well-maintained. Oh and the bed is super comfy! If I could give him 6 stars, I would! Highly recommended 100%!

Nati was a great host. She met with us the morning that we arrived and covered all relevant/important information regarding the lodging facility, area, transportation options...etc. We enjoyed the location and learned quickly how to use the local transportation options (metro, bus service, taxi service...etc..). The location was quiet at night and we felt comfortable regarding all amenities provided in the apartment.

Good, modern appartment. Two smaller bedroom in first (entrance) floor, and another study + suite in lower floor. Lovely view to park. Big windows in living-room provide a spacious feeling. Kitchen fully equipped, as is all else. There is an appartment above, which does allow resonance when excessive movements/steps above. All is all, this appartment is an excellent choice when seeking a stay in Majadahonda or near Madrid (15 minutes away).

We had an amazing time staying at Valeria’s place in Majadahonda. The location for us was ideal to be near several family members, and also in walking distance of the C10 train into Madrid. My family was extremely grateful for the extra towels, spacious bedrooms, tankless water heater, fast WiFi, and ample kitchen amenities. The beds and linens were extremely comfortable and my children felt right at home. Thank you Valeria!!!
