Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Arden-Arcade

The home was clean and quiet and had everything we needed! It's in an established neighborhood but close to the highway and attractions! The beds were comfortable and having two living roooms and two bathrooms was definitely a plus!

We had a very comfortable stay in Ashley's place. The house is even nicer in person than the pictures. We didn't spend much time in the house due to our busy schedule and limited time in Sacramento on this trip, but it seemed that the house had everything we could need. We would definitely stay here again on another trip to Sacramento, and hopefully have more time to enjoy the home's amenities.

This was our second extended stay at the Heritage House while in Sacramento on family business. Robert was a great host and was very responsive to our questions. We continue to be very satisfied with the accommodations and very happy to see some of the updates including bedroom curtains, additional kitchen appliances, Mrs Meyers hand soap and Native toiletries. We enjoyed having the space to spread out and sufficient bathrooms for our group. We made good use of the kitchen, dishwasher and laundry facilities. And it was great to relax in the living room with the big screen TV after long days of physical and emotional labor. While we hope to not need many more family business trips to Sacramento, we will definitely stay here again when in town!

Eddy is an awesome guy. His apartment is really nice and has all the amenities very very clean there’s a pool there there’s a gym it’s close to lots of great stuff in Folsom and it’s very safe there’s a gate and there’s lots of nice neighbors… I also like the way Eddy does business he’s not excessive with rules we communicate on things and he’s flexible and to me that’s really important and having a host… I would definitely come back there again and look forward to it thanks for the great stay Eddy!

This location in Fair Oaks is beautiful, serene and peaceful. There is an aviary with quite a few birds, but the noise did not bother us. Very friendly and responsive hosts!!!

Great place to stay for a week. Excellent trails very close by for walking hiking biking. Space was clean and comfortable.

We stayed here for almost a month while we did a trial in downtown Sacramento. The location is great: quick, easy route to downtown and just a block away from the shipping mall and several good restaurants. The apartment is comfortable with all amenities. Traci was very easy to work with and was responsive to my emails. There is also a designated covered parking place for the unit.

Comfortable house right in the downtown area. Walkable to a lot of spots. I was concerned about street parking since we had multiple vehicles but it was never an issue. The house is surprisingly large, except for the kitchen. Cooking large meals would be difficult. Otherwise very spacious. Some road noise from being right in the middle of the city.

I love staying here and would definitely stay again. It was a perfect location to my friends in the Midtown and Curtis Park area. Also great location down from temple coffee shop great walking area!

Property conveniently located close to shopping. Nice quiet neighborhood. Very nice floor plan. Appreciated being able to park in the garage which was helpful during the rain. Host quickly responded to our communication and resolved all issues.

AMAZING! We could not have asked for a better host/owners and jumping off point to visit all that Sacramento has to offer. The property exceeded all our expectations. If you love the country life, look no further. The property has is all. Looking forward to coming back soon!

Worth what I paid for, very comfortable, and it’s just felt like home, a quiet neighborhood not far from the stores, would rent it again if travel again with my family

We - my wife, son and his wife and 16 month old daughter, along with my daughter and three boys shared this beautiful home. As written in the description, Michael's listing was very accurate, well supplied, and met the needs of our family during a very intensely hot week. The pool was the star attraction. The kitchen was well supplied and we were encouraged to use all of the amenities to enjoy our stay. It was very clean. The loft was roomy enough for two adolescent boys. We had some challenges with adjusting AC system temperature, but Michael was accessible when we needed assistance. He responded to other inquiries in a timely manner. Perhaps our only complaint was that the beds in all three bedrooms were not very comfortable. Usable closet space would have helpful as we traveled for a large wedding venue. I booked this home a group of our law students that were there attending a competition. They said the place was beautiful and very roomy. It was also super convenient to their competition location. The host was extremely proactive and provided clear instructions upfront, and ahead of time. She was always responsive to our guest if they had a question as well. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely stay at this location again.

Looks exactly as pictured and Steve was always nearby if we needed help figuring anything out with the house. It is a very large home with a beautiful view. Used the hot tub and pellet stove almost every night. It was the perfect escape for the holidays with our family. Enough space that family could rest while sharing the home with an infant.

If you’re looking for an incredible “experience stay” this is the place! Built to entertain family and friends, all who walked through the door felt immediately at home and in awe of this property. We didn’t want to leave!!! Some family genuinely wished it was for sale! While the photos are stunning it still doesn’t do the incredible scale and comfort of this property and home justice. No detail was missed! I hope we get the opportunity to stay here again in the summer but it did make an ideal luxury rental for Thanksgiving. Thank you Kolesar family!
