Ideal for 12 students aged 22/23 before starting a year at the university again. Without neighbors, access to common areas (foosball, badminton/volleyball net, pool...), charcoal barbecue, pizza oven, dishwasher (which was much appreciated during the stay), 2 large outdoor tables with 2 umbrellas... Very well received, we would highly recommend this place to rest or meet with friends.

We had a lovely stay at Lolita and Julien's. The amenities are certainly rustic and a little dated, which is a little problem if you want to stay all day inside, but the beautiful terrace and the exceptional setting of the cottage encourage you to spend your time on the terrace or go for a walk. Lolita was very responsive by message to answer our questions. She gave us a warm welcome and helped us carry our luggage on the way to the cottage. The cottage keeps its promises: an intimate place despite the presence of Lolita and Julien's place just behind, far from everything, with a great view. A great plus for the possibility of making a fire in the stove. We enjoyed it! We recommend!

The cottage, the 3 accomplices is really very pleasant with all comforts. The materials (wood and earth) give a warm atmosphere and a soothing atmosphere. The separate rooms in the common area allow you to live with different schedules without disturbing each other. The terrace with its living room is very welcoming. The place is beautiful, we are in nature, awake with birds singing, a beautiful break to disconnect. Etienne is very good advice for walks or walks in the surroundings that are sublime. We had a great time in Ardèche! The Villa was large, old 200 year old building, we loved the mix between old and modern. Same as the photos, there were no surprises. I read some reviews saying there was no oven but this is false, there is a microwave that also makes an oven🙂. The hosts were always available, very friendly, thank you to them by the way! If I just had to recommend something, it would be to put two-person duvets instead of a small duvet per person for the double beds. Other than that, nothing to complain about, the villa is close to lots of pretty villages and activities. It felt like home, it was great! I recommend it without hesitating ☺️
