House vacation rentals in Arch Cape

Beautiful surroundings, very peaceful, heated pool. Perfect getaway for our family. We usually stay at the Worldmark just because of the outdoor pool, but will definitely start staying here. It’s only a 5 min drive and you have the peace and quiet, a pool Pickleball court, and then a five minute drive to downtown if you want the town. Everything about this house was amazing ours kids said they will never forget this trip. The pool was a blast. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep beautiful back yard and view of the lake. So close to the beach. Plenty of towels.host was great. Bbq grill for use in the back and fire pit. Absolutely will book again.

Absolutely loved our stay here!! We didn’t realize we needed to use the elevator to get in (probably we didn’t read the instructions correctly). But we figured it out! Bridget was extremely responsive and helpful! Not one person in our group had anything negative to say about it, my nieces have now claimed it’s their “dream house” and they will purchase it when they grow up and we can all come visit them. (Too cute!). Highly recommend!

Our party of eight felt comfortable, had plenty of space and enjoyed our visit. There is a restaurant and a small convenience store located directly across the street. It's just a short stroll to the beach.... a bit of a walk on the promenade to downtown Seaside. Host is very accommodating. House has everything you would need... including a kitchen with all the things you need for cooking. If there's any room for improvement it would be to upgrade the main couch and dining chairs to be a bit more comfortable. We look forward to our next visit.

We fully enjoyed our stay at Serendipity. It easily accommodated 7 adults and one dog. We were pleasantly surprised the well appointed kitchen contained every utensil and appliance we needed to serve a holiday meal. The large living room has separate tv area and conversation area. Also there is a lovely corner with a game table, in our case perfect for a jigsaw puzzle. And the playable upright piano delighted the musicians in our group. The bedrooms are roomy enough and beds fairly comfortable. Two full bathrooms, clean with plenty of towels. Heading outside it's mere steps to shops and restaurants, and and an easy walk down the street to the beach. The home feels lived in but not shabby. We found it quite homey and comfortable. Check in was easy and Kim is a friendly, responsive host. Our one regret is winter chill prevented us from enjoying the awesome tiered private deck. Ah well, next time!

We found Emily’s place to be exactly what we needed. A quiet retreat with the sound of the ocean. Would definitely stay again. The beds were comfy, water pressure was good, and the hot tub was lovely.

We stayed at this location for about a month recently for a work trip. I’m so happy we found this specific place. Lovely is the best word to describe it. The house is lakeside and deer come through the yard pretty much daily. It’s very private and peaceful. I will absolutely return as I loved this house and experience so much. If you rent it, please drive carefully in the gated community, especially at night, to give the deer (and sometimes Elk!) the right of way. Thank you for an amazing stay. What a treat!

We had the absolute BEST time here! We’ve stayed at another one of Northon’s rentals in Pacific City and I’ve learned it truly is sometimes down to the host that makes all the difference between a nice stay and an amazing stay with the most wonderful memories made, which really is the best gift. My husband enjoyed his birthday weekend getaway, and I’m very grateful for the hospitality shown! The beach cabin is so adorable, peacefully cozy with breathtaking views, more than comfortable for the two of us and our little girls, a great kitchen with excellent knives and all we needed for some home cooked meals, a lovely living room and fun movie collection along with streaming services guests can use. My husband and I also had a ton of fun with the ping pong table downstairs! Northon provided some great suggestion for eating out through messages and in their welcome binder at the house. We heard Northon recently opened another Airbnb in Mexico and we cannot wait to check that one out too!

We landed at Erin's place for a couple of days of relaxation over the Thanksgiving holiday. We parked our car in the driveway on Wednesday evening and didn't get in again until Saturday when we left. We walked to the beach (and took long walks or runs on the beach), we walked to the movie theater, and we hung out. Just perfect and what we needed to get out of the routine for a few days!

Right across the street from the beach, tons of space to spread out. Loved that dogs were welcome. We had a beautiful birthday weekend with friends. Thank you.

Great spot for family holiday, short stroll to town and beach but quiet and private. Nice and clean on arrival, well laid-out with large bedroom suite on second floor and two bedrooms (queen and twin) on first. Large kitchen, a bit dated but well-equipped. Loads of games and puzzles kept everyone busy!

We spend Thanksgiving at this wonderful home. Lots of space and fun things to do for everyone. Just down the road is the beach, fun little store, and great food. The host was amazing and responsive. The holiday was amazing thanks to great weather and the perfect place to stay.

We had an amazing visit with our family of five. The house was immaculate with an amazing setting and view. Comfortable and beautifully decorated. Just minutes from Pacific City, beaches and hiking. The kitchen was well stocked - I was able to make a Thanksgiving dinner without needing to buy a single dish or gadget. We loved waking up every morning with our coffee watching the birds over the water. Can't wait to come back!

We had a good quiet week at the house. Everything was clean and as described. We were able to check in 30 min early. Very close to the beach and Midtown. You can see the top of Haystack Rock from the living room. Would stay here again.

We had a great time at Vanessa’s house. The location is very walkable- only a block to the beach, a few minutes to Sea Level Bakery, and a few minutes more to the Fresh Foods grocery store. You have an unobstructed view of the ocean from the living room and front porch. The house is well appointed and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the gas fireplace. Would definitely book again.
