It was a great place for a weekend getaway! Everything looked just like the pictures in the listing

great awesome place. great response when you have any questions almost immediately. chatful awesome and good people. hot tubs are great.

My sister and I stayed over the weekend with 5 of our kids age ranges from 13 to 3. This cabin is amazing!It was by far the best stocked place I have ever stayed in! There is nothing you could think of that you couldnt find. From spices, to high chair, to oil(which we forgot to bring), pleanty of dishes, pots and pans., even essential oils😁. It was as if someone actually lives there full time and just let us borrow it. The kids loved the toys( sorry we didnt put them back in the basement), books appropriate for everyone, board games, a nitendo( that was impressive brought me back to my childhood), playstation, you name it Tim has already got it in there. Towels, blankets and everything smelled fresh! The outdoors was amazing, we got lucky and it snowed which was an extra bonus! We will deff be back in summer time to enjoy that pool too! I cant say enough how amazing the cabin and the surrounding was!! Thank you Tim for somehow being able to think of everything! We LOVED IT!

Kevin and Ashley were very helpful before arriving and attentive to our needs while we were there! The cabin was small and cozy, yet had the necessary amenities! The perfect retreat!

My husband and I loved our stay here. It was very peaceful and pretty close to local parks and things to do. Thank you all for letting us stay here!

We had another great stay at Christina’s cabin. She is great at communicating and ready to help with any questions you might have. Their baby goats were a fun surprise!! We will be back!

We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. The cabin was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfy as well! It was private and peaceful and just what we needed!

We’ve stayed at the Theos Properties several times now and already have our next visit booked. The location is perfect for us - close to family in the area. It’s always very clean & comfortable and has everything we need. The hosts are very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay! Our favorite part was the outdoor pavilion and fireplace.

Posey‘s Place was absolutely stunning. The pictures don’t do justice, as far as how much more beautiful it is in person! The family and I had a very fun and relaxing holiday weekend. If you were looking for something extremely cozy and secluded like a movie, look no further. We loved making s’mores around the fire pit next to their 3 acre pond. Although it was a holiday weekend, it was extremely quiet and peaceful, only noise was the sound of nature! 10 star recommend this beautiful property. We will definitely be back!

My daughter’s outdoor wedding was on the property, and the reception was at the lodge. The cabin was absolutely perfect for my daughter’s seven bridesmaids for the night before and night of the wedding. The cabin was spacious with multiple showers , individual beds, etc. Linda is a perfect host!

My wife, dog, and I stayed at the porch cottage for the long weekend. It was a perfect getaway, with nice hikes on property and others located very close by. We would come back in the summer months to enjoy the warmer weather!

The cabin was cute and cozy and decorated for Christmas. It suited our needs for our three night stay. Close to town for groceries and restaurants while the location itself is wooded and sits opposite pastureland. Several great hikes were a short drive away. Our host was friendly and responsive.

Tho place is amazing. It’s buggy as expected. It’s the second time visiting and it met expectations both times.

This was a lovely place to come back to after exploring the many state parks in the area. My dogs and I had a very nice and relaxing stay and I will definitely be back if I’m ever looking to stay in the area again. It was very easy to find and had everything we needed for a little get away.

This was a great find for us. It was a grandson trip so he thought the place was really awesome. We did too. It’s smaller but had all we needed. Perfect. Lots of great discounts coupons to local establishments. Hostess was always handy to check on us. And quick to respond with any questions. Would definitely stay again. 100% satisfied.
