We opted for that apartment to spend a night on our way from Vigo to Barcelona. We were able to walk a little in Madrid first and then we went to sleep in the apartment about 30min from the center. The location is perfect since the other day we were already 10min from taking the A2 towards Barcelona. The apartment meets expectations. Clean and tidy. We felt very comfortable. The village is chico, but there are several supermarkets where we could buy things for dinner and breakfast. Highly recommended

The house se Chiara is beautiful, very comfortable and with all the needs to spend a few days. We felt at home. Chiara was very kind and attentive at all times to how we were. We fell in love with the fireplace and the garden. If you are looking for tranquility, it is a good place to disconnect.

We rented to the house for work, a shame that I could not take advantage of more quiet time, but the time I could be on site, I was great, it is a comfortable house, it has everything, super clean and warm in winter! I will definitely repeat if I need to be in the area.

We stay in this apartment for 11 days and it seemed like a super apartment/casita. In the Tetuán neighborhood with all the services by hand and direct transport to the center and points of interest of Madrid. Flora and her son are super friendly, flexible with your needs and they will move for anything you need also always with a smile and heart. Regarding the apartment it is very well equipped, everything you need in the kitchen as if it were your house. A small but super functional bathroom and a fairly good shower with pressure, good hot water and different water exit modes. It has a very practical patio and very comfortable to enjoy the sun, tend clothes, eat outside ... It has a large closet and everything you need to hang clothes, ironing, cleaning, towels and sheets to spare... Spacious living room with different very comfortable seats. You won't get cold or hot thanks to the heating you can manage yourself. We recommend it 100%

We had a great time staying in this apartment in Madrid. It is very specious, centrally located, walking distance from majority of the places that we wanted to visit. There is a supermarket and lot of bars and restaurants in the neighborhood. Metro station is 2-minutes walk from the apartment, the famous Gran Via 5-minutes walk and beautiful Park El Retiro just 10 minutes away. We enjoyed are stay and definitely would come back to this apartment the next time we come to Madrid.

I don't give it more stars because it's impossible but the absolute 10. The apartment could say a 9.5 since it could use a renovation to certain things but super well located, quiet, comfortable... I will try to stay there every time I go. Host not a 10, it's an 11. Always pending, willing to help. I use this service biweekly in madrid and for me it has been a top 3 certainly. Want to repeat

Cozy studio near the airport. Elena welcomed us and is super kind and friendly. Wonderful hosts, super attentive and communicative. They have a kitten called Colaloca which is of the most affectionate and beautiful thing we have seen❤️ In general highly recommended!

I recommend Jaime's home 100%,the house is great,we were a Family of 6 and our pets. We feel at all times as in our own home,the views are wonderful to the Sierra de Guadarrama. The super complete and very well cared for development, it has everything to enjoy,pools,restaurant, tennis courts,padel..And Jaime was available at all times..Thank you very much for having had a wonderful vacation in your home..Repeat Seguro.

Detached house with bathroom and parking. The neighborhood was quiet and half an hour from Toledo. It had a nice garden, but for the weather (November) we couldn't enjoy it. The owner is maja and responded quickly, a pleasure ☺️

Apartment as pictured , clean and in a condominium. Very nice private parking! Moderately well located , 50 meters from Suanzes metro station on line 5 which takes you to the heart of the old town in 25 minutes ( gran via) . Only downside , although very quiet and protected from outside noise the apartment is quite poorly soundproofed for noises coming from the apartments around. That didn't stop us from enjoying our stay in this place.

It was a really super nice place, very cozy and everything was there. There was nothing missing and Fran always responded extremely quickly. Highly recommend !

The house is very nice to get together with friends. There are no houses around and you can be quiet. Great views. The beds and the house are great. Nos missing shower gel (it was included in the specifications of the amenities of the accommodation). Everything else was perfect✨

Very clean accommodation, responsive host and left us thoughtful touches. It's also easy to park on the street. The neighborhood itself does not have much tourist interest but the accommodation has the luxury of being 3 minutes from the Metro and we arrive in madrid center very easily. On the other hand, the accommodation is more suitable for a group of 4 than 5 because the 5th place is just a mattress and depending on the age it can be very limited.

It is a very beautiful and cozy place, with everything you need for a good stay (short or long) and details full of culture and sensitivity. Fatima's attention can't be better, you feel your hospitality from the first moment. The area is very quiet and conducive to walking, with all services nearby and well connected to the center and the airport.

Excellent location and with all you need for a stay in Madrid. The one close to everything is a great resource. I felt pretty good from the start, and the one that includes breakfast was very helpful. I would choose it again. :)
