The environment is safe, there is a supermarket and restaurants nearby and other activities for fun. The house is comfortable, the environment is beautiful. It has direct access to the lake in a very quiet area. The house is some years old, but it is well maintained.

The apartment is very well located, very close to the center of Pucón, the private beach is very comfortable. Patricia is always attentive to the phone, demonstrating her commitment. We had some issues with the access, but it seemed like it was a problem with the building in general as the app was not working. The rest is fine, the guards in the concierge very friendly.
