Overall, it was a good place to stay. The owner was responsive to all inquiries including when we needed more paper products. They needed to send maintenence over to check on something and when we requested assistance with something else he was friendly and quick to help. When our keypad stopped working in the evening a friendly lady called us back within 5 minutes and assisted us with another way to get into our unit. The pictures were accurate and the unit was exactly as described. The unit was clean and the kitchen was stocked with basic cooking tools. I would happily stay there again.

Wonderful beach stay. The place was clean and stocked with just what we needed! The beds were comfortable and the space was perfect for our group. The host did a great job of giving us instructions for checkin and checkout. The location was also perfect. Totally recommend!

Great price and location. The studio was actually quite large. Very clean and lots of extras available. She was quick to respond and help with any issues I had. I will definitely stay there again. Also pet friendly and dog approved!🫶🏼

Very happy with the location, close to the marina, restaurants and beach. The space was perfect for our small family. Everything was clean and tidy. We even saw dolphins from the dock on the property. Would stay there again!

The place was clean and close to the beach . I do wish they would have communicated when we booked about the pet deposit. But other than that the stay was very nice.

Perfect place for a couple to get away for a few days. Very comfortable bed. Whole condo very clean with several added touches. Good cooking pans and utensils. Bathroom clean. Smart TV easy to use. Communication quick. No issues with anything. Easy drive to Port Aransas for sight seeing. Would definitely stay again ♥️

A great little cottage to stay in with a fenced yard that is perfect for those traveling with dogs.

The place was very nice and clean. Lots of bath towels and everything you would need to whip up a good breakfast in the kitchen. Wi-Fi was very helpful, TV in every room. Couldn’t ask for a better Temporary living space. Thanks for sharing your home with me. I plan to be back.

Great house!! Lots of stairs so keep the grandparents on the bottom floor master. Very close to the beach and close to restaurants and gas stations!!

The condo was very cozy with a very comfortable king sized bed. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony observing our unobstructed gulf view while feeling the sea breeze. Our favorite restaurant, The Venetian Hot Plate, was in walking distance.

This was our second stay at this property. The rooftop hot tub is probably our favorite amenity but the entire space is perfect for my family. The owner leaves clear instructions for everything and very responsive touching base almost immediately after booking. We definitely look forward to future stays at this property.

Best view anytime. Victoria’s has the best spot , 1st floor looking directly out toward the long private . fishing port. Also pool and fab large well maintained hot tub is what exactly what I needed. Well appointed 1/1 Condo. Bring your utensils, plates extra for your snacks. The bed was a dream. No need to go to front desk, but pass thru toward the pool for hosts easy direct access to your stay. Don’t miss the Rockport Sunrise from the bed !
