The surrounding area does not have so many things to do in walking distance, but with five minutes and a car you can get from restaurants to markets and parks to spend time. Quiet and calm neighborhood to the extreme, as well as the kindness and receptivity of Patricia and her husband!

The property is well located, near the Iguatemi mall and with several dining options and supermarkets (Tauste, Carrefour). Parking included, very easy to use. Well-equipped apartment with a large smart TV and well-equipped kitchen, including a washer and dryer. I highly recommend the space.

Great property, but for those with a child I do not recommend it because it is on the 15th floor and there is no grid in the windows. No most recommend.

The apartment is great! The host was great, very attentive. The apartment is just like the pictures, there is a market, bakery and shops nearby. It has everything you need in the house. The only point to highlight would be to improve the cleanliness of the environment. The place was not "totally dirty" but the floor and some furniture were very dusty, as I suffer from rhinitis it was kind of complicated. But overall everything was well organized.
