Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Arabian Ranches

We loved our stay here as a family. There's a supermarket next door, lots of playgrounds for the little ones, a lovely walk into the creek for restaurants. The host was superhelpfu and quick in his response. We'd definitely stay here again when we come back to Dubai.

The apartment was clean and spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind after a long day exploring Dubai. The interior was thoughtfully designed, equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay, including a fully stocked kitchen, reliable Wi-Fi, and ample storage space. The hosts had truly gone the extra mile to ensure comfort. The linens were crisp and fresh, and both bath and beach towels were provided, which was a thoughtful touch, especially given the proximity to the beach. Easy communication channel established with very quick response. Great experience from start to finish.

Had an amazing stay at Hassan's place! The apartment felt like home and Hassan is a super host. The location is perfect too - a short walk to the beach, Marina Walk, and metro. Would definetly stay here again!

I was hesitant to book in the beginning because the accommodation was new/had few reviews, still booked based on the other good reviews and fortunately I can also confirm it. The property is clean and matches the text/photos. We were there with 2 full-wets + a baby. Teute was very pleasant, she had arranged everything for the baby and responded quickly if we had any questions. The location is very close to JBR (10 min walk), with plenty of supermarkets nearby and places to eat/shop. I would definitely recommend this apartment!

We booked the place few months in advance and it was a great deal. The apartment was on the 18th floor and had 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom was quite spacious. The only downside was the other two rooms were a little smaller. But don't let that discourage you, the living room was huge and well decorated. The sofas was very comfortable and the attached kitchen was easy to cook in. The master bedroom has an attached washroom with bathtub (washroom was huge). The other two bedrooms had a common washroom which was spacious enough too. There was another washroom near the kitchen albeit without a shower. The best part was all the washrooms were squeaky clean and spotless. However, the best part of the apartment is the view. Mesmerizing view of the Burj Khalifa along with Dubai Mall gives you every bang of the buck. You could easily see the Fountain Show right from your balcony if you're lazy enough to walk for 5 mins. If that's not all, the host is super helpful and responsive.

It was a great place to spend with my family. However, the limitation if access card was a bit annoying. But overall the stay was amazing, the location is great with full burj khalifa view. The amentities was also nice. I loved that the shower head had filter. Will definitley recommand the place to family and friends.

An exceptional stay! The apartment is not in a better location, with easy access to the pool, the beach, and the JBR boardwalk. A lively and peaceful neighborhood. The view from the apartment is splendid. The host is very accommodating and available at any request. We'll be happy to go back!

It's a great place, we loved the environment and the surroundings. It was very peaceful and at the same time have opportunities for lot of outdoor activities . Place has lot of amenities and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a staycation or in Dubai for a wonderful vacation

Bonjour, My friend and I spent 10 nights in this hotel. Upon arrival, an orange juice was offered to us, they picked up our luggage as soon as they left the taxi, then get into the room after check-in in fact. Everything was perfect. The staff are always polite, attentive and attentive. The room was cleaned every day on request, they also changed towels as well as bedding, even if we hadn't requested it. Bedroom equipped with a washer-dryer, microwave, hob, kettle and a fridge. Convenient when you don't want to go out and eat out. Plates/cutlery/stove everything has been provided in the apartment. We needed a stretcher and a second plug adapter, they provided us with no problem. Pleasant pool, a little warm, but given the heat they can't do much there. The only small downside is the lack of umbrella in the deckchairs. The geographical location was perfect. Close to everything. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property! We traveled with two friends, our two children, and our baby, and everything was perfect. The home was spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped to accommodate our group. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to help us with any issues that arose during our stay. It was clear that they genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. I would highly recommend this place to families traveling with children or just even a group of adults – it was an ideal spot for both relaxation and fun. We’ll definitely be returning in the future. As a Family of 4 who used to live in Dubai, this place was perfect, everything was as described and Roxanne and Aziz were unbelievably helpful and responsive from booking onwards and while we were staying there. We hired a car as we know our way around and the location was perfect, 15 mins away from almost everything. We really appreciated how easy it was to find the place and easy to get in and out. So I got lucky to get the best stay in Marina drive with the most beautiful view and the best host who never made me feel I was away from home at the best price. I'm coming here again and I recommend this place :) and special thanks to the host Nazmy again.

Great place with a wonderful location. The views from the terrace were breathtaking. Jbr walk is right there with all the amazing restaurants. I really loved spending my evenings with my friend and family at the terrace. The rooms were nice and clean. Just a little drawback was that only one of the rooms had an attached bathroom but which was not a big problem. Overall a great place would love to stay there again. Highly recommended. 👍🏻❤️

The apartment itself is great. It is on the 35th floor, nice views from the balcony. A bit noisy as construction works (buildings nearby) never stops in Dubai, but not disappointed. Very clean, very comfortable, beds are great, kitchen is fully equipped. Dragos was always responsive. The only negative moment is reception and security of the building. I have lived permanently in Dubai for more than a year, visited many buildings and have never seen such ridiculous security system. Everybody is allowed to enter the building only when they show access card. We were a group of 3 persons and had only 1 access card. That was super uncomfortable. I witnessed multiple conflicts at the reception from the owners who own the apartments not being able to pass through the lifts (not talking about guests who rent). However they collect everybody’s passports with photo and then they say it is not enough, only access cards matter :))) Ok, anyway - the apartment itself is great

Our stay at Juan’s apartment was perfect! The location is close to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa and is walkable. Juan was very responsive to any questions and requests that we had, and clearly explained everything we needed to know. I will love to return to stay here on my next Dubai trip!

Had a great time at Sandra’s place. It’s very close to the beach and has a great view. The house is luxuriously done up and is a perfect spot for nice break. The outdoor sit out area is very cool and gives an expansive view of jbr beach and dubai eye. We stayed in the apartment in jan-feb, so it was windy and cold on the deck outside (yes, dubai can also get cold sometimes !!) but warm and welcoming indoors. If you have the budget, you should have a stay at this property at least once.
