This was a nice and relaxing stay for our family. The house is clean and cozy. The pool exceeded our expectations. Our kids spent so much time splashing around. The owners were always responsive both before and during our stay. Highly recommend for a nice, quiet getaway!

Our stay was wonderful! The house is beautiful and spacious. We attended our son’s wedding which was 15 mins away and enjoyed spending time with our family in the huge great room. We will definitely stay again!

Everything was perfect, no complaints the hot tub was really nice to relax and the staff on the campgrounds were super friendly.

This beautiful retreat in the countryside felt like a blissful New England getaway in the middle of Ohio. The cottage was quaint and quiet and peaceful. Nan is the perfect host !

The Gray Goose Cottage is a beautiful place to stay. It was the most thoughtful place we have ever stayed in. It was very clean, wonderfully decorated, and the host was more than generous in the little things we might have needed “just in case” or “just because”. It was also very Kid-friendly! We will definitely be staying here again.

I have lived and traveled all over America. This is the most stunning home I have ever been in. The pictures don't do this home justice. It literally brought me to tears. Cassandra is an excellent hostess and check out was so easy. My daughter was getting married in the area and I rented this for our immediate family. Per person this was almost the same as paying for a hotel room. The best part was it was so large we were all able to visit in the same room. Our family came from several states and that time together was priceless. P.S. Visit Nickel and Bean Coffee Shop. It is AMAZING!

Alan's place was PERFECT for our family of 9 celebrating a milestone birthday for my husband! From the amount of sleeping space and number of beds in each room, to the available bathroom linens and beach towels for the hot tub, to the fully-supplied game closet and game-room, to an amply-stocked kitchen providing plates, silverware, drinkware, and plenty of pots/pans/spices/cleaning supplies and dish/dishwasher soap, ... this house made it EASY to immediately feel at home, at ease, and extremely comfortable for family fun. The home is spacious and accommodating with an amazing view of Apple Valley Lake! The hosts were super easy to communicate with and friendly and clear in their instructions. I highly recommend this home for large family groups or small group retreats. The large table for dinner seating was a plus, as were the large sofas, cozy blankets, and hot tub - a hit in the winter! Would love to come again in the summer and enjoy time on the water as well! Great experience!!

Such a beautiful place. Felt so cozy and homey for our girls night away. The large table was great for playing games and conversations. Jesse was a great communicator the entire time. Highly Recommend staying here!

Jessica’s house was so incredibly lovely! The place was absolutely spotless and very welcoming. The large dining room table was incredible as well as the super comfortable couch! We will definitely be back next year:)

Our stay was very comfortable and the property is beautiful. It was extremely cold outside, but the cabin stayed nice and warm. The beds are VERY comfortable. (Most of us did not choose to sleep in the loft, but it would be perfect for young people!) The hot tub was in good working order, and had a beautiful view. There is a big cleaning fee, but it means they take care of everything! They had plenty of towels and the kitchen is well stocked with plates, cups, etc.

Barb’s place was perfect for our family’s needs. We were in town to see our oldest son’s swim meet at Kenyon College. 10 minute drive away.

The accommodations were lovely and setting beautiful. Plenty to do if you want or perfect place to disconnect and unwind. We did both!

This is our second stay at the Bent Canoe Farm Guest House for our second Kenyon parents weekend and it was just as wonderful as the first. The house is so well stocked and in an incredibly beautiful setting (and very close to campus). We loved our stay and hope to be back a third time!
