Stay was amazing. Been with a big family of 7 and the stay was spacious and perfect. Everyone had their private space as well. Host was responsive, friendly and made sure we were okay each time. Best place to stay with family if you don’t like squeezing in hotels

Piligrims Coming to Tirupathi for Tirumala Sri Vaari Darshanam with family and elders would definetly love this place , peacefull surroundings and location. i bet they cant get a better stay than this in whole Tirupathi. tourists who prefer not to stay in busy traffic road facing continous Honkings into their rooms from traffic would truely love this Amazing place just 10/15mins away from main tirupathi Bustand. kameshwari garu Siva Kumar Sir and Laxmi aunty Treat us like their family. They exactly know what we would be needing. they never over charged[Keeping All Drinks and etc on MRP is] 🫡 Items are Kept for only our Convenience. looking Forward To Kalpatharu Every other time visiting Tirupathi ❤️ lastly and most important is I have been to many serviced apartments where they only have ac's in bedrooms, but here in kalpatharu They Have a Good 2Ton ac in hall [Total 4Acs in this Duplex 3bhk Flat] . for this location which is a must to have in a hall.

the host is very responsive, the place had been kept very clean and tidy, easy to operate digital lock, had a pleasent stay here

It's a 2bhk unit with ample space to accomodate a large family. Even extra mattresses were already kept in wardrobe without asking for them. So, price wise this place is better value for money than a budget hotel. Both the rooms had functional ACs. All necessary amenities were available. However, water stains are quite noticable in washrooms and kitchen. It doesn't look pleasing. Rest everything is fine.

We are staying in this place for the second time. The place is away from the hustle and bustle of the Temple Town. It is a quiet place with a peaceful neighborhood. The host is a very responsive and made us at home, when we stayed at her place. She gives clear instructions and she is also available to give clarifications when needed. The Self Check in, had been always smooth and hazzle free. The place is also well served by Swigy and Zomato and we didn't find any difficulty to get food of our choice. All the amenities were in a good working condition and the furniture and fixtures were well maintained and functional. On the whole we had a pleasant and comfortable stay and will make this place as our "Go to" place whenever we visit Tirupati in the future. And we strongly recommend this place to anyone who have plans to visit the Temple Town.

Likitesh is a positive host with timely guidance and approachable behaviour. First of all, we felt very safe here. Secondly it’s in a good location and easy to find. Good Restaurants nearby and Park opposite to location. Really enjoyed staying here. Support staff were good and cordial. Thanks for a good host.
