The house is excellent! We went in 8 people and we were totally comfortable. There is comfortable space for two cars in the garage and the neighborhood is very quiet. I didn't know the city, but I thought it was good because in the nearby neighborhoods there are shops and restaurants that are open late at the weekend. Getting by car, it is approximately 15 minutes from the Sanctuary of Aparecida. Samanta was very helpful and his father, Claudio, was super attentive, helpful and concerned about our experience at all times. I highly recommend it, and hope to come back more often!

The hostess is helpful, responds quickly, perfect house, well ventilated, clean, several practical objects in the kitchen, close to the shops. It is extremely compensating, great for those who go with family, when we return to Aparecida we will return there for sure.

Great property, clean, well ventilated, exactly as in the photos, supermarket on the corner which made our needs much easier. Ventilated in all rooms, very well-equipped kitchen. Very quiet street, you had the option to leave it in the nearby parking lot, but our car did not fit so we left it on the street, which was no problem, there is an inn right in front, which made it more comfortable to leave our car at the door.

Great accommodation, especially when traveling with family, all as described, hosts requested, we'll be back for sure.

Local exactly as in the photos, everything super clean and impeccable, very complete kitchen and a mega barbecue area overlooking the pool all quiet and cozy. A true immersion in nature with singing birds and an unparalleled sunrise. The viscinal access road even by small car was very quiet to get there. The children liked very much did not want to return home. You can go without fear will be an amazing experience. The Host is always available at whatss for whatever you need. Satellite Internet functioning perfectly. We will return to another opportunity for sure.

the house is very good and cozy,Anfitrian Jennifer is very polite and helpful ,the house is missing some utensils such as tablecloths and dishcloths...but it was well worth it we spent a super quiet weekend.

We were in a large group and the house accommodated everyone in great comfort. Everyone loved it! Very well-equipped house, full kitchen, very good leisure area. We were late for the agreed check-in time and yet Rita was super flexible and friendly. A great place to go with young children and the family!

The house was impeccable, smelling, neatly tidy! with clean and smelling bedding! the very well-equipped kitchen, although we didn't even have time to use.. Clean bathrooms and smells... Details that enchanted me: selective garbage collection, and glass to put used oil... Anyway, we love the house and our stay! We'll be back!

Our stay at Bruno's apartment in Aparecida was simply excellent! The place is extremely well located, clean and very comfortable, ideal for those looking for tranquility and convenience. Also, Bruno was an impeccable host: always polite, courteous and responsive, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. From first contact until the end of the stay, he showed total concern for our well-being and was very attentive. I recommend it without hesitation and we will definitely return!

Very nice host and perfect property for our purpose. Everything with a lot of cleanliness and care. The place is busy, which generates a little noise until close to 10 p.m., but nothing that gets in the way. Very easy access to everything, especially the new and old Basilica. Privileged location.
