The perfect eh host's home, much better in person than the photos. It is cozy, airy, well ventilated, spacious, extremely clean and organized. The bedrooms with smelling bedding. The host was very kind, polite and attentive. Our family felt very welcoming and comfortably installed, everything was perfect. Valu every cent, I'll be back soon and I highly recommend it. Flávio is an excellent host, he greeted us and gave us instructions of the property, information about the region and locomotion, very attentive, from booking to check out. The house is very close to the Basilica of Aparecida, we did everything in the region walking. Cozy local and sure on a new visit to the city, we already know where to stay.

Very clean and comfortable house, showers were wonderful. Owner concerned about people who would sleep on site and open for conversation.

Impeccable cleaning, good pool, kitchen with microwave, fryer, water filter and everything we needed. In addition, the house has a humidifier, bedding and towels, 2 grills and wood stove. It was great to have stayed at Kayal site and we would like to come back again!

The wonderful house, more beautiful than in the pictures, super comfortable we feel at home, Mr. Marcus welcomed us very well, gave us tips, the house is well located and on the days we did not go out we enjoyed the pool, everything very clean, very full and cozy house, we will return for sure!

Our stay was very good. The house is large and well-equipped. It is located approximately 5 min by car from the basilica and 20 min on foot and is located near a supermarket and also the City of Romeiro. The rooms are clean, have bed linings (sheet, pillow, covers and towels), have 3 bedrooms in total, all with a fan, 2 of them with air conditioning, TV and bathroom. It has a very large and equipped gourmet area. We were able to take advantage of the pool that is small and not so deep, which makes it ideal and safe for children. Hosts are helpful and welcomed by us as well as giving us directions of places to eat and visit. In addition, it went well and I appreciate your stay!

We are truly delighted and grateful for so much welcome. Isabela and her godmother are wonderful. Of all the places we stayed was where we felt most welcomed as a family. House clean, organized. Very good hosting Careful location, close to the Basilica and the City of Romeiros , very spacious master bedroom, very good second floor, great shower on the second floor, shower in the outside area of the second floor, friendly and helpful hosts. It was all good indication of heart and if God will permit I will return soon.

I have been in aparecida several times but always staying in a hotel and it was my first experience in a private accommodation. I can say it was wonderful. Privacy and spectacular comfort. Indico and we will be back for sure.

very nice host and perfect property for our purpose. all with a lot of cleanliness and zeal. The place is busy, which generates a little noise until around 10pm, but nothing that gets in the way. Very easy access to everything, especially the new and old Basilica. Privileged location.
