Very nice house! High, ventilated and clear right foot. Excellent swimming pool, water although not being air-conditioned was warm. Kitchen has what you need with 2 refrigerators and a great stove. Everything is great in the stay. I spent with my family the Réveillon of 2025. The house was in perfect condition and comfortably accommodated 11 adults and 2 children. All rooms with air conditioning and some also with a fan. 5 comfortable bedrooms, 1 of them suite, two large bathrooms and the very spacious kitchen and living room. The atmosphere is very cool. in the upper part, a large gourmet area and a swimming pool with very good sunbathing area. Anyway, the space of the house is extremely pleasant. It's all well clean and organized. Ricardo is an excellent host, was flexible at check-in and allowed our entrance a little early so we could get out of traffic. Also, it gave all the necessary assists and responded very quickly. Very considerate. Finally, the property's location is excellent. Mercados, pharmacies very close, it is possible to walk, the beach is also very close, 1 block and the building has service on the beach with chairs and umbrellas. I highly recommend it!

the apartameto is very spacious and well decorated, with air-conditioning in all rooms. we had a small issue with the refrigerator on the first day (it wasn't freezing), but the host soon made herself available to resolve the issue. the location is good, with nearby markets and bakeries.

The house is excellent, well-equipped and well cared for. Even though we spent a rainy weekend, we were able to enjoy a lot of the pool (which was clean) and the barbecue area.
