House vacation rentals in Apalachicola

From my original first ever Airbnb booking in June to my stay in December/January Laura was very communicative and had super fast responses to all my inquiries. The home was all it’s advertised to be and more!! My family was very comfortable in the space and everything we could need was there. The area is very peaceful with all the action just down the road. She’s not kidding when she says the kitchen is a chefs dream!! It has everything you could possibly need and it’s all of great quality as well!! We thoroughly enjoyed preparing meals on the damp days and just hanging out together in the beautiful space! The kids enjoyed the heated pool and the close beach access is perfect!! I would give Laura 10 stars if I could!! She’s fantastic!!

This place was beautiful. My family and myself had a great time here. It was cozy and comfortable and we were able to even check in earlier than expected. Ee would definitely stay here again.

Great place. We had everything we needed a short drive from the beach and parks. And having the dog being allowed was the best. The whole family gets to play!

We loved this house. It had everything we could hope for- and a pool too! The house is set back from the beach the perfect distance, and it was so comfortable for our family. I know I’ll be coming back with more family next time. The kitchen had everything you could hope for, there were lots of pool/beach toys and chairs, and there were tons of board games available for our party. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was incredible in the shower.

It’s been one of our favorite places to stay at so far. If you’re a tourist, they have great recommendations such as restaurants, family friendly activities, night life, etc. We also took our fur babies and they had such a great time playing in the backyard. House was super clean and spacious. Check in was easy. Overall, great house, experience, and hostesses.

The house was just as described!!! Perfect for large family. My husband and I took our 3 grown children, their spouses and our 20 month old grand baby. There was plenty of room for all of us to feel like we had privacy and space. We enjoyed the pool in the backyard and the community pool. There is a walkway/bikeway/scooter way to get to the beach that is just down the street from the house. But with the toddler, we found it easier to drive to the public beach access that’s just a short drive away. The walk was shorter since there’s just so much to pack to the beach with a toddler!! The house was well equipped with beach chairs, beach umbrella, a wagon, and beach toys. We did purchase a cheap plastic baby pool that we found very convenient at the beach to keep the toddler contained and in the shade of an umbrella. We left it in the garage for others to use. Just pour a few buckets of ocean water and some toys in it!! The kitchen was well equipped. There was even a bottle of wine!!

Evacuated from idalia after learning we would not have power for weeks. We found refuge there last minute and the time between booking and checkin was within hours of each other. Very responsive very kind. The home was perfect. Lots of room. The separate pool house was ideal for our teenagers. I was so grateful just for power but this home far exceeded that.

Great house, pool house was a great amenity, comfortable and clean. Plenty of space for a large family. Loved the pool, and great outdoor space. Beautiful park only 1 mile away, with boat launch and swimming area with a small beach and nice playground. 5 star.

We had a wonderful time. Jamie was so easy and nice to work with. We loved being able to bring the pups and a fenced in backyard was outstanding for them. The beach was literally across the street and the neighbors were fantastic. Highly recommend.

The good everything. The needs addressed, lighting on the stairs in front and back. The bad, nothing. I would defiantly recommend for families, good layout for two families to share. Even has a separate living room for the kids to hang out. Very nice location.

Neil’s place was absolutely everything we wanted for a quick getaway and more. The home is so cozy with wonderful amenities. The location is great with delicious restaurants within walking distance. Stopping by to see Sam at the Sunrise Cafe is a must. From the breakfast sandwiches to the delicious coffee assortments - an absolute delight. Bruno’s Pizza buffet is a great price for some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. The beach is so close with other picturesque beaches nearby for fishing and beachcombing. Port St Joe Main Street has so much to offer in the way of great food and fun little shops. This home was a perfect location for our retreat and Neil was so accommodating and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend going to Windmark Beach and highly recommend renting through Neil as he is a dream come true when planning a family vacation.

We went for a quick weekend trip for my husband’s birthday and it was great! We would’ve stayed a whole week there if we could have! Cozy, peaceful, clean, cold a/c, and a quick walk away from the beach even with little ones! It was just right! Easy check in! Let us checkout late for no fee (which was HUGE to us as we wanted every minute we could have here)! Would definitely recommend this home and would love to visit again! The community pool was not clean although it was “cleaned that morning”. However that is not the home owners fault and we preferred the beach anyways! Just wanted to clarify for any who HAVE to have a nice pool for your stay!

I travel a lot with my kids and our 2 80 pound dogs I’ve never been more impressed with a home like this one it’s very simple but very homey pictures do not do it justice the area is amazing right by a college which makes u feel extremely safe water is everywhere I look it’s so beautiful words do not describe !!!I will definitely put this on our list of places to revisit !!!Thank u Mr.Chuck for allowing our little family to enjoy your amazing home

Responded very quickly to any issues we had. The house was very nice and worked great for us. The view was beautiful could sit on the porch and look out on the ocean. Would recommend to everyone

We PCSed to Panama City and stayed at this air B& B. We felt right at home and extremely comfortable. The hosts are very responsive with anything we asked or needed. They had a lot of items for their guests to use like bikes and beach chair unfortunately we didn’t use them because we were busy and the weather was not beach weather. Great place and great hosts. We left a little Puerto Rico trinket on the guest table with the guess book and Map. 😁

Beautiful house with a unique and private location. Well equipped kitchen and lots of places to hang out and enjoy the expansive views.

Great place as a launch point to anything you need to do in Panama City. Clean, quiet and spacious.

Me and my family loved staying here! It’s a super quick walk to the beach and we loved that we were able to use the beach chairs provided by the host. We stayed for thanksgiving and decided to do a non-traditional dinner and used to grill for burgers. Gas was provided for the grill and there was also a fire pit which was great when it got chilly at night. This host definitely went above and beyond at this property which was amazing. We were also able to bring our pups and loved that they had their own amenities! Lourdes is so great and responsive. Definitely would recommend staying here!

The home was absolutely amazing and, while we didn't get to use them, the beach items were a fantastic perk to know about. It is in a brand new neighborhood that GPS had some issues with but it was not hard to find at all. Ashleigh was very responsive and allowed us to check in early.

The owners of the home were unbelievable help in multiple area of our stay. I talked to them a few times that first and second day of the stay. The home was beautiful and we all loved the location and convince of it location. could not recommend it more for those looking for peace and quite.

What a wonderful place to create lifelong memories with family and friends! The home was very spacious and was furnished with almost everything you need for your stay! Our family throughly enjoyed our time!

We had a great time! The house was located in a private area with beach access, and also had great accessibility to other parts of the island and the big bend. Mara was great and was responsive and provided excellent recommendations for the area. Would highly recommend Mara and this property for anyone looking for a getaway to St. George Island.
