Good place, clean and close transportation!! I’ll definitely comeback !!

Great place to stay for an extended period of time. The home was clean, appliances worked well, and the bed was comfortable. Other amenities in the home were great to have and the gym downstairs was a nice perk. Walkable food options and a quick walk to bus stations that will get you anywhere you need to go. Only downside is that you need to take a bus to any metro station.

The apartment was new, very clean and had everything that I needed. Overall, I was more than happy with my stay :)

This is the second time I've visited this accommodation~ They're always kind and try to respond to the needs of the guests. My family stayed the first time, and the second time my parents stayed, and there were a lot of elderly people who slept separately, so I was grateful for the thoughtful gesture of providing separate bedding. Always stay healthy and I hope to see you again next time as a good opportunity~

We were USA citizens staying in South Korea for 4 months. We enjoyed our stay. The unit is part of a large apartment complex. We occasionally had a few noisy neighbors at night, but the host was very responsive, and helped us resolve the situation. The heater worked well, and Internet/wifi was fast.

It was easy to find because it was near the station. Check-in was easy:) And I was touched by the quick and kind response.🥹 I rested comfortably thanks to you There was a convenience store in the officetel building, so it was completely comfortable. I want to use it again if I come to Seoul next time.

The perfect place to stay with the family, close to the subway to go to various places, many convenience stores and restaurants nearby.

Ernie was a great host, super friendly and always happy to help. We really enjoyed our trip thanks to him. Lots of places to drink and eat, highly recommend the Winter bars HP potion.

We stayed for a month in Korea in Dec / Jan. Emma's place was perfect for this trip! Not only was the place in a great location, but it was such a lovely home with lots of natural lighting. Emma is also a super responsive host. When I go back to Korea, I will definitely stay again at this place.

I stayed for a week or so. The location is very convenient, close to Kangnam Subway station and Yangjae station. The host was amazing. She was very communicative, friendly, and responsive. Kitchen and bathroom were large enough. The place has a washing machine, but also a dryer which is hard to find here. The only thing that was a bit uncomfortable was the bed space. It’s a loft setting and you can’t stand up anywhere near the bed as the ceiling is very low. I would recommend this place to others!

I stayed at Jake’s Airbnb for a month while recovering from jaw surgery, and it was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. It’s in a high-end apartment building with a doorman and is super quiet—perfect for rest and healing. The location in Gangnam was unbelievably convenient—just minutes from my clinic and many shops/restaurants. I chose this place for the long term because it had everything I needed for recovery: a full kitchen, washer and dryer, plenty of towels, and thoughtful amenities—so much better than a hotel. When I ordered takeout, it was quietly dropped off right at my door. The bed upstairs was great, but I appreciated the extra bed on the main floor, especially early on when I couldn’t go up and down stairs easily. The huge windows brought in beautiful daylight, and I loved working at the dining table with a view of the city. Jake also has a projector and sound bar, which made watching shows and movies during my stay a true highlight. Highly recommend!

The accommodation was very tidy:) It was nice to have a lot of restaurants and cafes near the accommodation! The property is very close to the convention center.It was also very good for local sightseeing and shopping, such as transportation, lakes, restaurants, and department stores. The interior was very well organized and tidy. There was an electric pad on the bed, so I was able to sleep warmly. However, I got a little lost looking for the entrance to the accommodation, but it would have been nice to have a more detailed guide using the terrain. It was a good rest area in the city center.

I am a foreigner who does not speak Korean language. So I was very appreciative that Zoe was friendly and responded fast via AirBnB messaging. The area around the building has an emart supermarket and restaurants. The building itself had a CU and some eateries too. So it was very convenient and comfortable for a 10 day stay for my business trip. thank you Zoe !
