Condo vacation rentals in Annapolis

We found the location of this air bnb to downtown great! We walked everywhere! The apartment was quiet and felt nice and bright and spacious. We loved the garage parking and the ease of getting in and out of the property. We did have an issue when we arrived to the apartment. It took about 45 mins to get ahold of the bnb contact but when they did respond they addressed the issue as quickly as was possible. While it wasn’t the best start of our trip, they went out of their way to compensate us for our lost time spent the first day which we really appreciated. We understand things happen and the way they handled the issue would make me comfortable to use their bnb again. Overall a great place to stay in Annapolis!

I cannot recommend Ian's apartment too highly! The apartment is beautiful and was spotless. The kitchen is very well stocked with eveything you need. The location is terrific. There is a view of the Capitol Dome from the living room. There are many excellent restaurants near by and it is very easy to get down to the museums. Ian is a very responsive host and sent clear instructions for check-in.

10/10 Beautiful home, parked & explore everything was in walking distance. Ricky was very responsive & accommodating will definitely stay again !

We really enjoyed our stay - nice neighborhood, just down the street from a park, very walkable to sites near the capitol and east end of the mall, and the kitchen was well equipped. There weren’t many restaurants close by, but that was the only drawback.

Coming from the country side where there is literally a cornfield in my backyard, this location gave me lots of ease being close to the bus stops and shops nearby. The place was absolutely gorgeous like something you would see in a magazine! And the host was very responsive. Planning a trip back to DC in the spring and I will definitely book here again !

Nice, clean place. Looks just like the photos. It had more than enough of everything we needed including hand towel, salt, black pepper, pots/pans etc. However, I wish the place was a bit warmer when I arrived because it did take a while to warm up after adjusting the temperature. But overall it was a wonderful stay and I would definitely stay again.

Having stayed at this property before, the most as usual was great and very responsive and respectful to our needs. The host was very warm and accommodating to our last minute changes. We will definitely will be booking this property again due to amenities and warmth of the host to make our stay enjoyable. Thank you for such a great stay.

Ellen’s place was clean, quiet , comfortable and very well appointed . It felt like home away from home . Ellen was extremely responsive and helpful during the entire booking time. Would definitely recommend this lovely home and hope to come back again soon .

Great place for the price. It was obviously well loved. The location is not in the best part of town, we did walk from nearby restaurants and weren't vey comfortable the entire time. The place is nice and I would recommend.

Allans place is a 10/10 stay in the Shaw DC area. Clean and comfortable, the host was always responsive and understanding with everything I asked him. The parking is also very convenient and accessible if you have a vehicle. Easy to understand lock and spacious apartment indeed. Very pleased!

Great stay! The apartment was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Parking was convenient, and Damon was very friendly and communicative. Super pet-friendly too; there’s a small grassy area adjacent to the building that was perfect for walks. Would definitely stay again!

My stay here was awesome the hosts are very responsive and helpful. This is also the perfect location if you are seeking to do activities within g the DC area. There are also other stores/restaurants that’s walking distance from the location. I enjoyed my stay here.

Our family of five really enjoyed our time in DC- George’s place was close to all the things we wanted to do and we were able to get around by car, on foot and by subway. The condo is finished and decorated to a high standard, and very clean. A week of vacation with your family can mean lots of togetherness, but this condo was spacious and we were all able to find our own space when we needed it. Lots of thoughtful amenities for things that might be forgotten, left behind or needed in a pinch.

Very nice house just block from the busy strip of places on 14th street. But also 10-15 min walk from DuPont, Adams Morgan, and other spots. Nice home with a lot of clever touches. Murphy beds were comfortable. Edward left some nice welcome gifts too which were appreciated. The kitchen is well stocked with all could need for any cooking endeavor. It was nice to be in a place that someone actually lives in like the origin of airbnb vs the cold empty places that now permeate strictly for renting out.. highly recommend this spot!

I cannot express enough about this wonderful place! Chris was absolutely incredible with everything and was so flexible with our needs as well as very generous with his time when needed. His welcome book was full of great recommendations for food and things to do! I definitely recommend staying here and will most definitely be staying again next time I spend a weekend in DC!!

Great place, super close to Gaylord where our conference was held. Lots of places to shop and eat within walking distance!

Great spot for our one night stay for a concert in Baltimore. Host responded and was helpful when we had a question about the lock. They set up a crib for us in one of the bedrooms because they saw we were bringing an infant which was very much appreciated!

Stayed with a collegue for a work event and we are so happy we were here instead of a hotel. This property has all the perks of a hotel plus so much more! Beds were very comfortable, HUGE bathtub to soak away work stress, walking distance to everything, amazing amenities, fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer in unit... 10/10 would book again in a heartbeat.

The house look just like the pictures wonder view from the roof, and it was relatively clean… I have no complaints. It’s a nice place if you wanna stay near Baltimore Harbor. A+

It was a great place to stay for a conference at the Gaylord. Very quick walk, maybe 4 minutes from the convention center. I also was upgraded to a 3 bedroom suite with a balcony. Very cool and spacious.
