Family-friendly vacation rentals in Annandale

This townhouse was truly a wonderful find, gorgeously finished, well lit and so cozy and homey. The views were epic, especially from the hot tub on the roof, where I got to soak several nights, looking at the stars and seeing the Capitol in the distance. The fireplace is so toasty, and the finishes, especially the large soaking tub, are well thought out, and wonderful. Liza was super responsive, kind and a wonderful host, and I look forward to coming back!

Eric was an excellent host. He was very responsive to inquiries from the beginning of our reservations to after the time had lapsed. He was very accessible. The property was as advertised and we very much enjoyed the surprisingly quiet setting with good access to both the town and metro. The rental space was spotless and the grounds were very nice. The hot tub was a nice way to end a day of sight-seeing. Would definitely seek out his accommodations should we be doing anything in the D.C. area in the future.

The place was clean, beautifully decorated, spacious, and was in a prime location! We loved our stay at Club Wyndham ❤️ We will definitely be back!

Such perfect spot for a little getaway. Tucked away in this little home away from home! The hosts were SO helpful and ready to be there for any of our needs! Our fur baby felt snuggled in and at home! Super short drive to DC with plenty of walks and restaurants in the area. We will definitely be revisiting!

My husband and I wanted to do a relaxing getaway in a place with a jacuzzi... This was perfect. Its in the middle of National Harbor, so its right next to all sorts of restaurants etc. The suite is great, featuring a kitchen, living room, master bedroom and bath with jacuzzi, and 2nd bedroom and bathroom. We could eat out or eat in, since there is a CVS within walking distance.

We had a very nice stay here over New Year's. Convenient quiet location in a very good suburban neighborhood. Gale was a very responsive host. We would stay here again.

Ben’s place was perfect for our quick trip. We really appreciated how spacious and well appointed it was and being able to use his parking pass was a godsend. Would gladly stay again!

Miguel's place was perfect for our needs. It was near friends that we were visiting and near coffee, restaurants, a farmers market and was very walkable. We were a 15 minute walk from the Metro so we were able to travel downtown for museums, etc. Miguel made sure to communicate with us about his dogs and it was exactly as presented. You could hear them moving about upstairs during the day but not an issue for us. Everything was quiet during the time that they committed to. We had a great nights sleep both nights. The bed was firm. I loved that part. My wife prefers the bed softer but we both slept well so not a problem in the end. Everything was clean with snacks provided. We will definitely stay here again when visiting in the future.

Monica and Tracey were amazing hosts, always worried about our well being, always honest and flexible. Prior our arrival they let us know about the snow storm that was coming and offer to change the reservation, helped us to arrange another one for the extra days we wanted to stay in DC and even offered longer free parking. The apartment was clean, everything was looking like brand new and we hadeverything we need. For sure I will come back to DC and stay here again. I super recommend their place 🩷

It was a great stay! We were out most of the time but the sleep was great that once I rested I was ready for the next day! I will say if you are not use to the apartment lifestyle you will have a problem with the noise coming from upstairs but they do provide earplugs so there's that. We didn't mind any of it though. :D 10/10 would stay again!

Worked out great great for me and my dog. Capital Hill is very walkable and metro able. Lincoln park is a great dog park around 5pm. I took myself out of my suburban element and loved everything about the neighborhood. The apartment was spectacular as well. It also helped that I had a month of great weather

Great stay! Good safe area that’s really easy to get into the city.

I loved my stay at this little flat. It was very clean, and there was a french press and electric tea kettle, which was very nice to have as a person who cherishes my coffee made to order. There were little snacks available, coffee, tea, and sweetners. Cari was very responsive and made sure that I was comfortable, yet was not intrusive at all. I felt safe in the neighborhood and was able to walk downtown to the convention center very easily. It was a quick 10 min bus ride back to the flat. I could park my car next to the flat and walk or ride where ever I needed to go. Even an Uber was only like $15 to get to downtown. There is a lovely little eatery called Laos with very good prices and fast service that is only a quick walk away. I would highly recommend this spot. You will love it and feel very comfortable.

The location and unit were amazing. The amenities in the building, as well as the walkability to restaurants and the National mall, made this a fantastic location for our long weekend. If you want to stay in this area, you’ll either be in a corporate apartment or hotel, so having the space and amenities of an apartment was important for our family including in unit laundry and the pool. The only downside was the communication. Being a corporate apartment, I realized we’d be corresponding with different people throughout, but it seems no one put notes about our arrival time or check out requests in the file as we were asked 4-5 times what time we’d be arriving (including being asked how check in went hours before the arrival time we’d previously communicated on 3 separate occasions). There was also conflicting info given about check in (whether someone would be at the front desk or special arrangements needed to be made due to arrival time) and check out depending on who answered.

I frequently stay in the area and this was among the best spots I’ve visited. Super view and convenient to restaurants, grocery, and transportation. The host’s description of the apartment and the instructions provided were both accurate. I highly recommend this location.

If we could give Nathan (and his home) 10 stars, we wound! Nathan was a fantastic, communicative, kind, helpful, and fun host! He offered to overnight anything we needed for our Thanksgiving holiday which was a lovely gesture. Nathan’s home is clean, cozy, and was comfortable for our family of five. He had everything you’d need to cook, play games, and spend time your friends and family! We would certainly stay here again. You won’t regret booking with Nathan.
