Excellent stay apart from strict non-veg norms. Though she won’t be cross checking by frequent unwanted visits by caretaker, only thing she demands is no non-veg inside home. Caretaker Mr. Murugan is so polite and true professional to his job. Minimal calling and great response whenever we tried contacting. Flexible with check in and check out. Apartment is Well secured in very busy area by professional security guards. Ample Carl parking available within the compound. Reputed paediatricians and doctors available within walkable distance Just 50 mtrs walk from Thirivanmiyur Bus stand. Overall great stay

We had a comfortable stay at this place. It is very conveniently located with all amenities available at walking distance. Sumi was very responsive at all times and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The place is spacious with big rooms and everything was provided as per description. It has elevator access as well which was required for us, due to my mom’s surgery. We didn’t have any problem during our stay. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy comfortable.

Jude place is very comfortable for a short/long stay. He is very friendly and always responsive. His place has plenty of free space across the apartment and surrounding neighbourhood. Additionally hassle free parking space outside of the apartment and friendly neighbourhood. Easy to access all the shops from his place. I would highly recommend his place for either short or long term stay. I love to stay back in his place when I visit India again. Thanks for hosting us for a month in your place and we throughly enjoyed the stay at your place.

Host Xavier is very approachable! hassle-free check in check out! peaceful area for family As we arrived parking wasn't available but Xavier told a slot next to his compound. Rooms and bathroom were clean. Kitchen also had basic amenities ready only recommendation is to keep the linen more clean and fresh!

A Perfect Stay for a Wedding Celebration – Highly Recommended! We recently stayed at this wonderful 4-bedroom villa in Chennai for four days, and it exceeded all our expectations. We chose this villa because of its proximity to the wedding venue, and it turned out to be the perfect hub for the bride’s family, as we were traveling from Delhi. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the spacious rooms, beautiful backyard, and well-maintained lawns. The swimming pool, gazebo, and front and side lawns added to the charm, making it an ideal place for relaxation and celebration. We had a 7-year-old with us, and he was never bored—table tennis, swimming, Monopoly, and chess kept him entertained throughout. The villa comfortably accommodated 10 of us, and we even hosted the Haldi and Mehendi ceremonies here, with over 20 guests joining us. The space was perfect for these events, and everyone had a fantastic time. The host was excellent, and help was available on-site whenever need

Anand's place is best described as a ray of sunshine. Positive vibes all around from the moment you enter amidst the hustle and bustle of the city. Anand was very accomdative with both early check-in and late check-out, fully understanding our last moment changes with flight timings. The care taker of the house communicated very well and took care of every need. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting the city with a huge party of people. One small suggestion would be to allow to accommodate 7-8 people instead of 6. It's a huge house and there should be no problem to do the same.

Had wonderful stay at Ceann’s place. The house was neat and clean as shown in the pictures. My kids and parents loved the place. The host was kind and responsive.

The place is quite good and is located in a large, peaceful apartment complex on ECR. The recliner sofas and lounger are the USPs of this place. It was very relaxing to sit on the sofa and watch the TV.

Cema was very kind. She was caring and always asked about my family and wellbeing. She was very responsive and friendly.

this apartment was easy to find and convenient. Eashwar was a great host and always ready to help us and any service we needed ( cleaning or any extra things) the kids too loved the place and we felt right at home.

We were a family of 7 with different check in and check out dates. Our host was very accomodative to our requests. Communication was easy and prompt and the caretaker is reliable and helpful. The apartment was clean when we checked in. Maybe a bit more detail cleaning of the cupboards would have been nice. Otherwise all else was clean. We stayed 8 nights and so we used the washing machine a few times which was very convenient. Aircon and fans were good and the wifi was great. It was easy to order in food and the riders would deliver it to the doorstep. Our suggestion for your consideration is for long staying guests it would be nice to include a free cleaning of the place and a change of towels. We requested a cleaning and it was done promptly with a charge but maybe it should have been included. In conclusion I would say we have a good, comfortable and safe stay at the accommodation. It was a great pleasure to stay at this homestay. It felt like home away from home. Communication from the host is great with clear instructions. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a homestay close to Chennai International airport.

The stay was very pleasant and very comfortable. We had every household items to feel home. Every single room is equipped with air conditioning , wardrobes and private toilets.
