Amazing weekend getaway . Perfect location next to the beach. Walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants. The home was spotless and very cozy. Would highly recommend for anyone staying in the area.

Anthony was a GREAT host. Very responsive and quick to return calls when he wasn’t immediately available. We came to town with our jet-ski on a trailer and he accommodated us with extra parking and allowed us to tie up on his dock no problem. The house was exactly as described. We didn’t spend much time there but the back deck was beautiful, tons of jumping fish anytime we were out there. The house was decorated so cute and the master bed was so comfortably soft! Great after long days on the water. We didn’t use the 2nd room but there was a nice twin bunkbed with plenty of space if you bring more than 2 people. We had an awesome stay at Anthonys and are already talking about booking there again for next year’s trip! Thank you! FYSA; nothing to do with host but if you plan to bring a watercraft study the local waters. During low tide it is VERY low in the immediate area around this location and Sutherland Bayou Boat Ramp. We nearly ran aground on the first trip out, haha!

We enjoyed our stay at Rick's Airbnb! It had a small porch that looked out onto the Manatee River and I enjoyed seeing different birds each day during sunrise! Rick provided plenty of towels, toiletries, and cold water for our arrival. It was a very cozy place to stay with large, comfortable beds and nice bed linens. Would not hesitate to book another stay there!

We loved staying on Siesta Key! The host was very accommodating in helping us rebook to a larger unit when we needed more beds. The unit has been remodeled with a great kitchen and furnishings. As others have said, it felt very private even though there are several units! Check in was easy and the location felt very safe and secure. We took the trolley all over Siesta Key and used the Frog Hop one evening to get back to the house. We will definitely stay here again if it’s available! Note: If you have mobility issues, beware of some dips in the flooring under the new LVP. One bathroom door has two knobs and you need to turn both to open the door.

We had a wonderful time at Tom’s place. Easy access to the beach and lots of room.

We had a January stay for about ten days as a "working getaway". The unit was exactly as described and with excellent internet service. It was well-stocked for indoor eating and hot beverages. Two restaurants are within easy walking distance. It was fun to watch the cargo and cruise ships come and go. We had a quiet and relaxing stay would definitely return. Thanks, Staci!

We had an amazing stay. The house was very spacious and had a beautiful view. Incredible sunsets at the beach just a short walk away. Perfect place to relax and have a restorative vacation full of natural beauty. Very close to restaurants, museums, and other fun attractions for the whole family. Chris was very responsive to all our questions and friendly. He made us feel right at home!

I only had to reach out to Heather one time and she responded quickly. It was pretty neat to see the dolphins swimming in the canal in the mornings. Home is starting to show its age a little but was a great place for the money.

Our family had a wonderful time at this place! There was plenty of room for everyone. The pool and hot tub were great and very nicely heated Definitely worth the money 😊

We had a great stay! Place was bigger than the pictures. It was clean and centrally located for us. A few things could’ve been better, the coffee machine had issues making single cups, some bedroom door handles were loose and door hinges were loose and stripped out so I was unable to tighten. Overall it was a great stay and would def. stay there again!

We loved our time at the Lay Low and in Apollo Beach. The house is in a convenient location and pretty quiet in early January. The game room was great & we enjoyed fishing from the dock & kayaking as well.

This was not our first visit to Juan’s place and we’ll certainly be back! The place continues to be perfectly kept, quiet, safe, and comfortable. Juan is responsive and easy to interact with and remains one of the best hosts!

We had a fabulous stay at the house, which looks exactly like the pictures! There were eight of us (4 adults and 4 teens) staying in the house and there was plenty of space for everyone. The rooms were comfortable and everything was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed playing family games in the large kitchen and living room, swimming in the pool, kayaking and paddle boarding off the dock, and playing corn hole and pool. We were even able to see the New Year's Eve fireworks from the street in front of the house. The hosts were wonderful, very responsive and happy to help with anything. The house is also in a great location and we were able to walk everywhere, including the beach. I would certainly stay here again if we visit Clearwater!

We stayed at Chris’ place for a long weekend in January. His unit on the third floor has amazing views. The condo is quiet, clean, fully stocked (even extra towels!). The table and chairs are a great addition that we hadn’t seen in other units in the resort. Last year, we stayed in a DIFFERENT unit with a different owner, and that unit was dirty and the owner was extremely rude. As a result we were nervous to stay at the resort again. We are so glad we did! Highly recommend this unit and Chris!

Condo is fantastic. Stocked with everything you could possibly need. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and always plenty of parking. As the pictures show, it is close to busy street so there is some road noise especially during busy “traffic time” but I didn’t really notice it after a day or two and I couldn’t hear it in bedroom. The view and being able to walk to Doc Ford’s restaurant more than made up for it :-) I would definitely stay here again !

The condo was very beautiful and clean. We were in walking distance to the beach and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Clearwater.

The condo was as what we expected, cozy and comfortable. The community felt safe and well cared for. David was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Overall, our experience was great, and we would stay again.

We were a group of 5 women, we had a fabulous time! Plenty of amenities for 5 people except for beach chairs which were available to rent on the beach. We had an issue with the dryer not working so we weren't able to do any laundry which was a small issue. I reported it to Franca and she replied right away that she was going to schedule someone to come look at it but never heard anything back from her after that. To get to the beach from the condo you need to go through a gate that is locked at the pool and then through another gate to get to the beach. Otherwise you have to walk around the front and down the public beach access. There were only 2 keys so that was an issue, maybe a lock with a code would be more helpful? All in all the condo was everything that was advertised. Thank you Franca for sharing your home!

when we were impacted from Hurricane Helene we needed a place to stay since our home was not accessible. Valarie and her husband Stu went over and above to accommodate us. I can't say enough about them and their hospitality, compassion, and amazing support. There are good people out there and we had the pleasure at such a difficult time meeting them. We would highly recommend their beautiful waterfront condo.

Perfect place for a relaxing vacation. Loved it being so close to John’s Pass and the Cantina. The balcony over looking the harbor was a great place to watch fish and we even spotted some dolphins!

David's place was absolutely amazing! We have never stayed in an AirBNB before, but the next one will definitely have big shoes to fill. David has everything you could want and more. The pictures matched exactly what we got. He had beach toys, beach towels, coolers. wagon, beach chairs. umbrella, and many other things. Kitchen had everything you would have at home. The only thing you will need to bring is clothes. Every time I contacted David before our vacation, he responded usually within a few hours. While we were there he answered almost immediately. I can't say enough good things about David's condo and him as an owner. Highly recommend! Watching the dolphins during breakfast was a plus! Thank you for everything David!
