We had a great stay. The house was even better than expected and the location is perfect with walkable distance to everything you’ll need. Highly recommend!

We loved Karen's & Tabatha's place. The communication was exceptional as was the compendium with recommendations of restaurants, fisheries, dog friendly beaches amongst many other picturesque locations. The location is central and overlooks the river with views through the trees and the caravan park.

Easy check in, gated and fenced as described so perfect for our pooch. A hot shower to wash off after the beach and epic beach frontage. A cute timber bench to sit on up on the dune front to watch the sunrise with a coffee. Plenty of space, seating and living areas. We adored the three living spaces and how much lounging was available. We lazed, read, napped and felt so relaxed there! We had two days of wild wind and weather and the washing machine/dryer was so handy. The downstairs is quirky and we found it hard to get fresh air with the bedroom windows facing the ocean as sand and wind blew straight in and they felt a little musty. But it all adds to the rustic beach house feel and stay! Lovely bathrooms and very functional kitchen, with the most amazing view. I even baked a cake while there just to hang in that spot a little longer! Loved our stay and grateful to be hosted by Sally, she made check in and the whole process and breeze.

5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An incredible stay! The location is unbeatable, with the beach right on the doorstep and the soothing sound of the ocean all day long. The beach shack is beautifully designed, well thought out, and spotlessly clean. We loved the outdoor shower, welcome hamper and all the little details that made our stay so comfortable. Danika and Brian were fantastic hosts—responsive and welcoming. We can’t wait to come back to this little slice of paradise.

We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to stay again soon. The home is perfect for families and was very comfortable for 2 families staying together. The house is only meters from the beach with really easy beach access and we fell asleep to the sound of crashing waves every night. Kitchen was well stocked, but bring your own knives if you want to cook anything

We had a fantastic stay at Olivia’s place. Great spot just a few mins walk to the beach. The kitchen was super well decked out which was awesome. Would say it’s a much bigger house than the photo show! Plenty of room for everyone

The team at Oceanstays were extremely helpful with clear communication and an early check in which was a bonus! The house is lovely with everything you need, super comfy beds and walking distance to beautiful Pippies beach and a flat 10 minute walk to town.

We had a wonderful stay in Yamba. The house was within walking distance to the beaches, rock pools, town and restaurants/pub. The house was spacious and we would definitely stay here again! LJ Hooker were super friendly and responsive so everything was so easy!

We felt relaxed from the moment we arrived. It’s a beautiful unit taking advantage of the amazing views. We spent a lot of time on the veranda overlooking the sea. The local beaches were wonderful and we loved the pool and spa in the complex as well. We were sad to leave!!!

The host was great communicating before and during our stay and the location is amazing, right at the beach. The kids loved hanging out in the pool and spa.

We had a fabulous stay at sea notes. It is such a great accommodation. The level of details and the quality of the house were amazing. We just loved the location so close to beach and the town centre. Listening to the waves crashing from upstairs was a highlight. We loved our stay and will return. Mate's Rest was a wonderful place for a peaceful, relaxing stay. Perfectly positioned for our needs and well - equipped for a very comfortable stay, the house was spacious and the air-conditioning was definitely a much welcome feature for the very hot summer weather we had! Geoff was a welcoming and very generous host and we can highly recommend Mate's Rest to all headed Broom's Head way.

Fantastic beachside location. Short walk across the road to the beach. Loved relaxing on the spacious front deck of an afternoon looking out at the ocean. Very quiet area which is exactly what we needed to relax. Would love to return!

The house is in a great location, close to shops, restaurants, and Whiting Beach. It was clean, well equipped and spacious and had a great backyard for our dog with a grassy area plus weather protection. We had a lovely holiday and would definitely come back to stay here again!

A dream beach house in a magical part of the world! We spent hours on the balcony just watching and listening to the waves! The hosts were responsive and flexible. Thank you for a wonderful stay - we’ll hopefully be back again next year!

Kat was a warm and generous host. The place was pleasant and light and very peaceful backing onto the national park and 5 minute walk to beach straight out in front. It was wonderful to look out on a garden, meet the well-behaved sweet dog and cook outside. We honestly were able to really relax here, so much so we extended our stay - the water was gorgeous and the beach pretty empty, though not great surf. No shops, few people, just nature. Nothing was a problem for Kat, it was like staying behind a kind friend's house.

Absolute beachfront magic just as described! We loved staying in this home, and that’s what it was, a home!! Cozy, and had everything we needed to bbq, cook and chill out. Perfect base for surfing, hanging on the river, getting to the pub and right next to a cute little café! Couldn’t have been a better holiday! Cheers, Helen.
