The place is a hidden gem! Very cosy and beautiful details. Just in case you are allergic it’s worth mentioning that there are lots of kittens in the garden by the pool. We didn’t have a rental car so you need a taxi to get around. The hist was super friendly and responsive and gave us great reccos for the Junkanoo.

More than an airbnb rental, this was a highly personalized concierge service for a last minute trip. We were so fortunate to have found Sandi and Terrelle to make our trip a success. They even provided airport pickup and drop off as well as location recommendations and ticket purchases. Best client services ever!!!

First and foremost the place was great. Toilet area a little tight,but clean.The A.C. Unit was incredible.Troit your going to need to throw a couple of warmer fuzzy blankets in the room..Thank you Troit.God bless

My family and I loved staying at Spacious Haven. It was clean and had all the amenities listed. We would stay here again if we ever returned to our favorite vacation spot. The simple things that made you feel at home were there.

This place is beautiful inside, looks just like the pictures. It was clean, felt comfortable and was right at home. The host is very nice and responsive. A couple of things to be cautious about, the water pressure is really low which is sometimes normal for the island. Also, the neighborhood is a bit far out from the city so there’s minimal activity within walking distance of the neighborhood. Otherwise, great place to stay. Would recommend it.

Fantastic Location for anyone visiting Nassau esp. for Junkanoo. Incredible walkable to Embassy, Taxis, Food, Straw Market, Museums anything you can think of. Yet the apartment was tucked away on a quiet street. Peter was friendly, responsive, and had a comprehensive guide. When I had a personal matter that needed his attention, he was flexible and easy to work with. Further plus that's rare in Airbnbs NO INSANE CHECK OUT RULES. Truly a stress free stay; would book again.

We had a great time in Nassau Bahamas. The apartment was as stated, clean and uncluttered a new unit in walking distance of the beach, the food store and restaurants. We had no issues with the rental. the area was well lit and safe to walk about at night. overall we enjoy our time there.

Very clean- which was great for my 9 month old to crawl everywhere. Great location- 7 min walk to Atlantis, Cabbage Beach & boat taxi. The pool is right out the front door & hammock was great. Very quiet place to rent.

Our stay at Alexis property rental was fantastic. The entire apartment was very clean and welcoming. Alexis was very responsive and eager to listen to any concerns we had. Downtown area is about 25 mins from the air bnb. Alexis also suggested transportation incase we needed help. She also sent Things to do in the area incase you needed guidance. The pool area was a plus for relaxing and a quick dip to cool off. grills and firepit was available. solar lights as well. We will be booking again for future reference. Thank you Alexis

This place was the perfect choice for my group of 13 and affordable. Very spacious and clean. Our host also helped us sort out transportation to and from the airport as well as around town. The beach and many food places are walkable and this was overall a great place to stay.

Finding Alvan & Ashley's home was amazing and I had to book it, everything about the home ticked every box we had on our list. From the location, to the actual home and the amenities, to the responsiveness of Alvan and Ashley's communication about their property. Its truly a home away from home. They are truly gems in this Airbnb market and their home is a must stay when looking for an amenity packed vacation.

This is a great place if you want a quiet beautiful getaway. Walking distance from the airport and bikes to go to town on. We rented a car from fishing guide Captain Patterson at PB's car rental on some windy days to explore the island. The house is not fancy but well equipped. Air-conditioned and comfortable. The front yard is steps away from the beach and we spent most of our time looking out or swimming in the bebeautiful water. Scott, the host, has thought of everything and is very knowlegdable about the area. There's 2 blue holes and a boat wreck within swimming distance of the house that are alive with tropical fish and lobster. I would suggest hiring a guide early to take you out fishing and snorkling so you can fill the frig with fresh seafood. You can also buy lobster for a great rate at Jolly's market in town. If you love the water and wildlife this is the place for you. Miles and miles of waist deep, crystal clear water with white sand. Heaven on earth.

The place totally met our expectations. When we arrived he was in excellent condition, the host was always attentive to our needs. Although at night the area is a little dark, during the day its location is very good for touring

We truly enjoyed our stay at Seas The Day! It is located in a quiet neighborhood and we spent most of our time outdoors. The outside furniture was comfortable and very beautiful and adequate. And the privacy added to the serenity. Everything was clean and comfortable. and instructions were clear. The host, Roquelle, was very responsive. I recommend having the coordinates to the directions of the Airbnb, as we got lost trying to find it, but besides that, I totally recommend this place!

This property is tucked away in a peaceful area on the east side of the island, making it the perfect spot for those seeking a relaxing and safe retreat. Elvira was incredibly accommodating and remained easily accessible from the moment we booked, always ready to assist with any questions. One thing to keep in mind is that the Airbnb is about a 45-50-minute drive from the airport and around 20-25 minutes from downtown Nassau, so be sure to factor that into your travel plans. However, Elvira was fantastic in recommending reliable transportation options. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

Worth every penny. It was a home away from home. Perfectly clean, private and peaceful. Beautifully furnished with quality furniture and linens. Design choices promote a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Heather is very thoughtful. The guest room closet is full of beach accessories, including snorkel gear, that makes beach days seamless. The primary closet has lots of bath and beach towels which is awesome. The kitchen has all of the kitchen basics and loads of tools. There are basic spices in the cabinet next to the fridge and a drawer full of specialty spices next to the dishwasher. We cooked a full Christmas dinner and we cooked breakfast everyday. This was a plus. The location is amazing. Right next door to the grocery and liquor store and close to resorts and downtown. The pool is serene. Be sure to eat at Social House for sushi and Oh Andros for Bahamian cuisine. I can't wait to book again for 2025.

Great location! Walk one way you're at the beach, another way and you're at every awesome local fish fry available and the other way is all the typical tourist wants.(Straw Market, Tour options and restaurants with American fare) Very quiet location at night with a comfy bed, we slept well every night. Carina went above and beyond as a helpful hostess. Very knowledgeable and happy to give recommendations and advice. Would definitely recommend to someone who wants to really experience Nassau! 👍😁

Very charming neighborhood and unit. Excellent security, close to the beach, several restaurants, and shops. A little sparse on the kitchen utensils but you will have the basics there. Adding access to the washer and dryer would be a nice touch especially for family rentals. Unit is fairly new, very clean, well furnished and spacious. Nice patio area in back as well.
