Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Andover

I really enjoyed my stay here. It’s a very cozy home and conveniently located. I was able to walk to the coffee shop and many other small businesses ie. Bookstore, bakery, restaurants, that are right on Main Street. We also went cross country skiing (a 5 min. drive) Random note: They had a Keurig with lots of coffee choices. I didn’t have to buy coffee. That was a very thoughtful touch., especially considering the extremely cold weather this week. I also didn’t have to do much before leaving. Ex. I ran the dishwasher, but instructions said no need to empty and didn’t have to strip the beds either. The place was pristine and it was very relaxing not to have to do much on check out day. I felt right at home from the moment I walked in. If you like small town charm with little shops, great restaurants and outdoor activities this is definitely a great place to stay. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

Jason and Kurt never disappoint. The carriage house always makes me feel as if I’m coming home. Absolutely love coming here it is comparable to a 5 star accommodation. They always welcome me and my dogs with no reservations. My dogs love to have their NH play dates with their gang. Look forward to return very soon 💕💕

Nice property, clean and quiet. There were quite a few, very detailed rules to follow regarding noise, cleanliness, cleaning up, etc which came across as aggressive in the initial emails. I can understand the sentiment behind them but as a quiet, clean, and respectful couple, it was a little intimidating. We had some trouble accessing the property but the host answered his phone when I called and was able to get us right in, that was very much appreciated.

We thoroughly enjoyed the apartment! Location was ideal for us! The only downside was the beds were small. Other than that, a great place to stay. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Mark's Airbnb. The condo was beautifully furnished and had all necessities in the kitchen and bathroom. The hot tub was clean and a perfect way to relax after a day at Sunday River. 10/10 would stay here again!

The Carriage House was very clean and comfortable! We really appreciated how tidy and easy to find everything was. The kitchen stocking was somewhat minimal, but we had everything we needed. We didn't realize how close to the main house the carriage house was, and the doors have windows that aren't covered so it didn't feel entirely private, but we weren't disturbed in any way and overall, it was a lovely stay!

Great place and great hosts. Being really close to the base of Sunday River is extremely convenient. Cozy and well equipped home with all the niceties needed on a ski trip. They were also very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely consider it again on a future visit to Sunday River.

Tim was a great host and the house was exactly as described. We had a great stay and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, and the hot tub was a great way to relax between holidays. Will be back for sure!

We loved our stay here! The house was beautiful and clean. It had everything we needed and was the perfect size for 6 adults. The house is very private, with wonderful mountain views and even better stargazing at night! It's close to a few swimming areas (recommended by Rachel) that were way better than all the crowded popular places in the area. We definitely would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was perfect for Storyland and Saco River. The hosts responded so quickly and it was clean and beautiful especially the back yard. We loved the Scandinavian design inside and out.

Wish we planned to stay longer than 2 days. Love this place and the view is just so wonderful. We had a big group(12) and the kids love it nobody wanted to leave :). This place is so worth it. It’s very close to the ski resort and places to eat. Overall wonderful place to just relax and take in the view.

Rented Joseph's house to attend a local atv event. The house was located right on an atv accessible road which was very convenient. The house itself was clean, the entertaining area was spacious and was inviting. The fenced in yard was perfect for our small dog. Joseph was responsive and willing to answer any questions I had. Definately a place I would come back to and stay at any time in Berlin.

Responsive, friendly host. The fenced back yard is great if you have kids or a pet. We certainly felt comfortable as if we had be lived there for a while. There our young child was in to the toys within minutes of arriving, ending with some excitement to a long drive he endured. Only criticism was being on a fast section of Rte 16 - gets your nerves going a bit when you have small children and a dog, given the short driveway so just be aware if you hope to let your children ride bikes in the driveway.

Beautiful one bedroom condo. We enjoyed staying here as our base for skiing in the area. The condo was perfect. We loved the pools and hot tubs as well. Directions were great and check in check out was very easy. Would love to come back soon.

This was a perfect get away treat in the mountains! The location could not have been better and I felt right at home. The luxuries In the club house really made this Airbnb stand out from the other places I've stayed. There is nothing like watching the snow fall while you swim. I would definitely stay again and I highly recommend using this resort for a family reunion.

Girls weekend, relax and unwind. We had a ball. did some shopping. Everything was exactly how was said. very spacious and plenty of room. great view

Great location for cross country skiing. The condo was comfortable and well stocked in all rooms. The heating system was very efficient and provided a steady heat that wasn’t drying to the skin. Having a gas fireplace and jacuzzi tub were greatly appreciated after a day on the trails. The access roads to the resort are kept well plowed and sanded in the winter.

We had a great day! The place was perfect for our small group, and very convenient to the mountains for skiing. The condo had all the little things needed. And it was very comfortable. I would definitely book again.

Thanks, Mark for letting us stay in your wonderful condo at the seasons. The place was nice and clean and quiet. Easy drive to the ski resorts as well as all of the attractions in North Conway. The Seasons Resort is great for kids as it has the clubhouse with the pool, video games, pool table. I really enjoyed the hot tub but I got my butt kicked at ping pong by one of my Kids. Great time had by all!

This was our second time staying at Stephanie’s place and it was great once again. Perfect for our family of four. The kids loved the Legos, games, and especially the Nintendo in the bunk room. Can’t wait to come back again!
