Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Andaman Sea

Our stay at the villa was very very nice! The pool was clean, air conditioner worked well and the surroundings are extremely beautiful due to the golf course. Also because it is in a gated complex you feel very safe. The only small downside is that sometimes we had trouble explaining to taxi drivers how to get us from the villa but in the end all of them managed to. Also I recommend renting car/motorbikes as getting around is much easier that way as everything is a bit far away. Keep in mind that you will have to pay extra for the electricity you use. (it is in the listing but we looked it over). For 4 people for 1 week it amounted to ~1500 baht which is okay.

We had a great stay, perfect location for what we wanted, very private, great kitchen and laundry as we travelled with a baby. We enjoyed many mornings and afternoons in the pool. Pierre was extremely helpful and responsive.

Tim and Wit were always responsive, and answered our queries almost in a real time manner. I stayed with my girlfriend, and we had a medical issue that was potentially serious. Within minutes, they came to drive us to the local clinic. And Wit stayed by our side for hours in case, additional help was needed. Tim lived locally so he knew the best nearby restaurants, and so he informed us accordingly. In fact, within a short walking distance, there were several Thai places that provided delicious meals with courteous service. Tim's places all provided access to quiet, almost empty, beaches, and beautiful sunset views in the evening. We stayed for a full month, and enjoyed and appreciated Tim's place as well as his service. So much so that we booked another full month for the following year.

Me and my friends had an amazing time staying at Maxime’s. The accommodation, beach front location, cleanliness and Maxime’s hosting were all 5*. We loved being able to walk back along the beach and the outdoor seating area and sea views. I really hope I get to come back one day to this special place - thank you Maxime.

A quiet, happy place to stay. A nicely furnished one bed “little house” in beautiful surroundings. The bed was perfect for me, the furnishings modern and snug. Added bonus was free water which meant a lot. Jen was a wonderful host and a great communicator. I loved it here! Thanks Jen!

We had a wonderful stay at Monika’s. Awesome location and the complex had everything you needed right there. We loved using the pool and gym. Monika was super helpful and when we asked for a few things the kitchen required, she dropped them off the next day plus other useful items. Highly recommend staying here.

We stayed at the place for a few days. Due to an early arrival, the host gave us the opportunity to safely leave us luggage and helped us organize motorcycles. We were very grateful and satisfied. There are a few small drawbacks, the bathroom is a little small for 4 people, because the sockets are very limited in bedrooms and the lack of air conditioning in the living room is noticeable. Nothing that is very disturbing but may be important for others!

A very great, modern and bright apartment with great views in a complex consisting of several apartments. The apartment is well equipped, tidy and during our stay of 5 days an intermediate cleaning was included. We especially liked the large pool with a bar and great views. The path to the property is extremely steep, so a scooter is recommended. Not all taxis make their way to the top. The service and communication was also very good. Our local contact was always available and very helpful. We were also helped with arranging transfers. All in all, a really great apartment and an absolutely smooth process!

Great stay at Max's! Clean accommodation, quiet and very easy to access. Close to lots of activities, beaches, restaurants & bars. I recommend it!

What a perfect location with amazing facilities. I will say there’s a big hill to get to the apartment but we had no trouble with it. The apartment is perfect, very comfortable bed and secure with security at the entrance of the complex (although we had no issues/felt unsafe at all during our stay) The rooftop pools were incredible both during the day and night. I stayed in a 5 star hotel close to Violettas airbnb but honestly preferred this place! Lots of amazing local restaurants, bars and coffee shops near by and the beautiful Surin beach is less than a 10minute walk. We will definitely be rebooking when we’re back in Phuket!!!

Wonderful stay! This location was perfect - very close to all the shops and walkable distance to patong beach and all main attractions Host provided beach towels and other small essentials needed for the stay. Very clean space and wonderful views from the balcony

amazing apartments! I didn't want to leave. Next time I would be happy to rent these apartments for a month. Very beautiful view from the window and very spacious apartment. The only thing is that the air conditioner is noisy in the bedroom, but in the end this was not a problem for us) Thank you very much for such a wonderful accommodation!

We loved Mel. She thinks of everything (including Replacement batteries), is always responsive and helpful. The apartment is completely sufficient for four people. All electrical appliances worked properly. We did not find the sounds of the air conditioning disturbing. The Wi-Fi reception in the apartment was sufficient for us. The outdoor area is clean, the pools are very suitable for swimming. The equipment in the gym is fine. The other guests in the complex behaved quietly so that everyone could relax. The sandy beach and seawater are clean. There are no boat docks, so it is quiet on the beach. There were no dog breeds and no mosquitoes on the beach. Drinks and food at the beach bar are good, tasty and reasonably priced. There is a shuttle service to "Turtle Village" every 30 minutes, where there are shops. Taxis are available in front of the complex or use GRAB or BOLT. We'd love to come back!

Room was clean, check in ran smoothly. Great location for boat avenue, carpet diem maya beach etc. would recommend and would definitely stay again
