Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Anchor Bay

We had a wonderful stay! Lots of thoughtful touches throughout the house that made us feel at home during our stay. The bottle of wine and chocolates waiting for us when we arrived was a nice surprise! Would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

What a perfect place for a weekend getaway. We were 8 women celebrating a birthday. While it rained the entire visit, it was the perfect place to be snuggled in together. Some managed a walk among the redwoods in the neighborhood, others rested on the spacious couch, and others made art at the dining table and chatted with the folks cooking in the kitchen. The two bathrooms worked for sharing among us at unplanned and staggered times. The kitchen was largely well-appointed and a pleasure to cook in (no crockpot, salad tongs, batter spatula, pie server); cupboards and drawers were well-labeled and a selection of coffee, tea, spices were available (no olive or cooking oil when we were there). We didn't use the back deck but it looks like great fun for a sunny weekend to BBQ, play darts, and hang out. Beds were reportedly firm but not uncomfortably so. Water pressure was great (at least in shower in primary bathroom). Plenty of games and warm touches. We'll be back.

We just came back from a great stay an Hila's place. Above all: She is very fast, precise and polite in her communication. Also the checkin process was very flexible and the instructions are very clear. The house itself has a great layout and is very cozy. We loved the spacey kitchen and the additional room, which was very light. We came here to visit winetastings and vineyards so that was also easily doable from that address. We had an amazing stay at Adrian’s two-room bungalow! The privacy was unbeatable, surrounded by huge redwoods, with great decks and a great private hot tub. The Frank Lloyd Wright-style design added a unique touch, and the container pool was really cool—would’ve loved to try a cold plunge. Perfect location near Bodega Bay and wine country. Adrian was a fantastic communicator, and everything was well thought out. It was Valentine’s weekend very romantic, and we would definitely come back!

We were lucky enough to be able to book the place on Christmas Eve and it was perfect for my small family and two dogs! Everything is as described on the website, the house was super clean and stocked with everything that we needed. Marguerite was also responsive to all messages that were sent. My family of 5 adults had a wonderful, peaceful stay. A few of us rarely left - it was so nice. Others enjoyed nearby hikes. We all cooked a lot so the well stocked kitchen was great. The home had every pot, pan, utensil we could possibly want, and Surf Market and Gualala Market had everything we needed (including Duck Fat!). The house was warm and cozy (great fireplace, lots of wood, excellent heat) despite all the amazing windows and skylights that looked out on the dripping redwood forest. The hot tub was used repeatedly. Furniture was comfy for readers and we all had a good time binging on favorite shows in the evening. lots of cozy blankets, towels and comfy beds/bedding. When we come again (and we will!), we might throw a few table top task lights in the car (or perhaps they are readily available had we asked) b/c we could have used brighter light for cooking in the kitchen, and activities at the dining room table. All in all, a winner for us!

What an absolute dream of a house and location. After driving through torrential rain and getting a bit turned around, we found the place — quite tucked away! — and were grateful to have a fire soon crackling in the fireplace and settle in to cook dinner in the well-appointed kitchen. The hot tub was marvelous once we cranked up the temperature, which I’d recommend doing immediately upon arrival as it takes a while to heat up. Views of the bay and the hills beyond were just stupendous, the surrounding gardens were lovely for rambling in, and the local birds are delightful! We’re already dreaming of a return trip.

A beautiful location with amazing views of the coast and sunsets. You can walk to the beach or a 10 min drive to Bodega Bay. Very convenient. The house is modern and easy to live in for a few days. We will return for another visit!

Christopher was extremely responsive and helped us make proper arrangements after we had screw up our reservation by a day. He was always polite, communicative, and friendly. The best!

Great place for our extended family. Enough nooks and crannies so peace and quiet was attainable for those who needed it. Some bedrooms are near the main area and some are remote and quiet.. A masseuse we retained used one of the bedrooms near the hot tub every day and it worked perfectly. Our family was able to really relax because the decor is modest and not new. It is very clean, and quite eclectic and interesting. We have stayed in B&Bs which were so fancy and pristine we were constantly on our guard. We were very comfortable here. The kitchen is very well stocked and the dining area is very large with seating for more than 12 people. The pool table was a hit! The road up takes a bit of getting used to, but no one found it too difficult. We had as many as 8 cars ( from a Prius to a 4 wheel drive Suburban) going up and down the road with no problems. Ample parking - four spaces right out front and 4 or more behind the house. We all had a great time and will be back.

Frank was very easy to work with and was extremely responsive. Penngrove is such a quaint town. Franks place feels like a treehouse! So beautiful inside and out.

Absolutely perfect place to stay in Napa valley! Staying in the middle of a vineyard was magical and the place had so much charm and warmth! Zero complaints other than wishing we could have stayed longer!

Ray’s place is such a gem! The house is beautiful with great amenities, and the huge terrace with mountain views. It’s also very close to wineries. The place was really clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, and hot tub was very relaxing. Definitely worth the extra steps to rent!

Ideal lake house. We chose this house for our two families (7 people total with adult children) because it has so much to offer in all weather. It ended up being nice out, so we used the kayaks and the hot tub and then watched movies inside and enjoyed the area. Well-stocked kitchen, well laid-out home, beautiful views. Will be coming back in warmer weather to enjoy the outdoor kitchen and more!

Rancho Feliz was the perfect accommodation for our family this past Thanksgiving. It gave us all a beautiful home with ample space and amenities to truly enjoy our visit. The kitchen was an absolute dream to cook in and the kids loved the hot tub during the chilly nights!

Shane and Craig have a beautiful cozy cabin nestled in a private setting. They went above and beyond with local recommendations and tips for a wonderful stay! The cabin is well stocked, with good dishes and silverware, really feels like you are in your own vacation home. They will remind you to bring firewood as there is no central heating in the cabin, you’ll want to do that in the winter! Overall a wonderful place and would love to return.

Bob has a beautiful home that really made our trip to Russian River fun. His place is cozy, well designed, and very comfortable. Bob was very responsive, answered all my questions with diligence and care.

It's a lovely home. Very charming, very peaceful. Good privacy. The hosts were very responsive, helpful, and all the instructions were easy to follow. The fireplace, hot tub, koi pond, floor plan, and overall peaceful quality are the highlights here. The critiques I have for this place are: 1. the bed in the master bedroom is a queen at largest and the mattress was too firm for our liking. 2. The kitchen appliances and utensils had not been cleaned very well and I hate to say that because I know a cleaning crew had been there before our stay (I would give them the benefit of the doubt on this topic though, because that was not reflective of the rest of the house which was very nicely set up and clean for our stay). Overall, we had a great stay.

This house was tucked up into the trees, it was peaceful and felt like we were in a little nest on a mountain side. Just be prepared for a narrow road in and out and that the parking spot is on a steep hill which makes parking and turning around a little challenging. Not undoable but definitely something you have to work a little for. Another thing to note is that the second bedroom is only accessible via stairs outside the house. It’s separate from the upstairs unit. It was a great house with a hot tub in the trees that was perfect for our girls weekend ❤️

Way nicer than expected. My family owns a cabin in the same area just a mile down the river but this cabin was so much nicer and had amazing accommodations, one night here was cheaper than what my aunt makes us pay to have the family cabin cleaned after staying there one night. Overall 10/10 stay

Awesome clean and cozy space. Jacuzzi in the woods and the wood burning stove really made it very special.

Great little spot on a secluded area of the creek! Good for dogs.
