Waterfront vacation rentals in Anavyssos

One of the best AirBnb’s I have ever stayed at! Clean, spacious, quiet, and with a responsive and gracious host. We have family in the neighborhood and needed a nearby place to stay while visiting them, and this was absolutely perfect. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others. PS. For those visiting in the winter, there is central heating in the apartment that you control (compared to many other apartments in Athens, where the heating is turned on and off at times designated by the building management), which is a huge luxury.

We needed a place to stay completely last minute for the Athens Marathon. Alexandra’s place was not only available, but reasonably priced, near the beach and some nice restaurants, but not in an area with a lot of night life (perfect for us since we wanted a good nights sleep) The apartment is in a very quiet neighborhood. There is a very cute shopping center with great restaurants within walking distance, and Plaka (shopping district near landmarks) is only a 30 minute Uber ride away. We were mostly in Athens for the Marathon, but this apartment was a very cozy home base, and we really enjoyed our time there. It’s simple and homey, just what we were looking for. We highly recommend it!

Great view to the sea. Tidy small apartmant excellent for even longer stays. A 30 minutes walk to the M3 Metro line, that takes you directly to the airport, there are buses if you don't want to walk. Michail provided plenty of useful information. The traffic under the windows could be quieter. We could hear the neighbours, a great way to get an impression on Greek society. I highly recommend this place if I ever travel to Athens again, I would happily stay there.

The apartment was beautifully finished and spacious for three people. It is right on the beach, gorgeous views. I really enjoyed the sunlight in all rooms at all times of the day. I could watch the sun set over the water from the balcony every night and it was beautiful. Something to keep in mind is the noise from the street behind the apartment. The bedroom windows face the street and it is quite noisy. Of course this has nothing to do with our host or the quality of the apartment, so I am still giving five stars. However if you are sensitive to noise please be aware, it is something to keep in mind. One other thing to note is that the showers don't have doors so the bathroom gets quite wet everytime we shower...but the water was hot and water pressure was great. This is a very busy part of Glyfada, there are many shops and restaurants in walking distance. We didn't use our car much at all. We cooked quite a bit in the kitchen and it is well equipped. We were very grateful for our stay. We were able to book last minute and Konstantinos was very accommodating. The area was good for walking around and had all necessary amenities. Would recommend!

Beautiful house with great balcony with sea view. Peaceful and worm like your own home. Cosy place for two families with children. Anna is a great host, very kind and caring, always at your disposal.

We had a lovely relaxing time at the villa. Despina was an excellent host. We found great local restaurants and bakeries in Legrena and the excellent restaurants in Lavrion (The Port Restaurant was especially good). Plenty of amenities in the house and plenty of room to move.

We only spent a short night but Mike was very responsive when we had trouble finding the location. Great place just above the sea with the possibility of swimming 2 minutes away. Magical! Only small downside it was quite hot inside, and the adult room does not have a large bed but 2 twin beds, with bedding limited enough for a slightly fragile back. We found fresh water bottles and beers on arrival, so nice! Thanks Mike! great address, we would have stayed!!

We had a wonderful stay at John and Bills apartment. From the moment we booked our stay their team were responsive and helpful. The apartment was beautiful and clean and in a perfect location. Walking distance to the Main Street in glyfada and only a one minute walk from the tram. We will definitely be returning. Thank you

Our host was so very helpful. He arranged pick up at the airport and transportation back. He set up a dining reservation at a great restaurant.

I loved staying in this gorgeous apartment. Stavroula is delightful and so incredibly kind and thoughtful. Absolutely everything was perfect. Breathtaking views over the marina and beyond. The private roof terrace was fabulous and so peaceful way above the busy street below. The bed was comfortable. The shower was excellent. The towels were soft and fluffy. The location is superb and Stavroula recommended lots of things to do and restaurants to try.

Everything was perfect, lovely airbnb in the centre within walkable distance to all the sights, super clean place with amazing jacuzzi. Host was extremely friendly and responsive thank you very much 😊

This was a lovely stay close to the water and the communication with Cosima was very easy and clear.

Me and my mom really enjoyed staying here. The flat is lovely, clean and we had everything to close basic needs. Host was helpful and friendly and helped to replace the kettle when it wasn't working. The place is really nice, sea line is so close, bus stops are close and nice restaurants are around. it's a bit loud sometimes, but it didn't bother us. The value is great!

The apartment is exactly as described and pictured in the photos. A kitchen with seating area, a great bathroom and one bedroom incl. Balcony overlooking the sea. In the immediate vicinity there are plenty of restaurants and you can walk in 5 minutes to the sea. We were unlucky in terms of weather that it was very cold even for January. So that we are still chubby warm in the apartment, Tom & Jerry even got us an extra heater. In combination with the air conditioning (which can also heat) it worked perfectly. The communication and the exchange with the two was always very quick and extremely nice. In short, we felt completely comfortable and would love to come back.
