Really clean and convenient place, close to the bus station, the lake, and everything you need downtown. Hosts were very responsive, helpful and flexible. I would definitely stay again!

Nice small studio, very clean and neet, has everything needed for a few days stay, it is located on the top of a hill, so if you're on foot, its a 200-300m uphill walk to get there.

I have stayed in the same apartment before, which is why I preferred it again as long as I found it available. Central, comfortable for 1 to 2 people and generally what it says in its description applies.

I had a great stay experience and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place for their vacation. The house was exactly as described in the photos and information of the accommodation – beautifully decorated, clean and fully equipped with all the amenities we need for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, in a quiet and safe environment. This allowed us to easily explore the area without wasting much time getting around. The host was great and very friendly. He provided us with all the necessary information and was always available for any questions or help we needed.

The house is beautiful, just like in the photos. It's clean, has everything to offer a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It is located near the castle and the city center as well as restaurants and cafes without having to take the car. The Irini who welcomed us was very friendly and helpful giving us information about the city. I highly recommend it and we will choose it on our next visit to Ioannina.

This apartment was exactly like the photos—spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. It has three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with two single beds), a large and clean bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, and a lovely living room. The location is excellent, just a short walk from all the major attractions of the city, as well as plenty of restaurants and bars. Despite being so central, the apartment is very quiet, making it perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The host was fantastic—very friendly, happy to provide tips, and always quick to reply to any of our questions. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the heart of the city!

This Airbnb is very well located at the heart of Ioannina, you can walk all over the city center from there. Lots of good restaurants, café, and bars within 6min walk. The apartment is private, not much traffic so it's very quiet.

A spotless room that comfortably accommodates 2 people. The center and the lake only 2 min walk. Parking in the area, easy. The owner is helpful and always available to us.

Located in an older building, the apartment is about a leisurely 20-minute walk to the lakefront. It is apparent that the apartment itself has been totally renovated; it looks more like a boutique hotel suite than someone's home. If a hotel suite minus the daily cleaning is what you are looking for, look no further. Aside from occasional typical urban noise from the neighbors, the apartment is quiet. The overhead rain shower felt luxurious and the bed was very comfortable. One thing to note: while the wifi was adequate for checking emails, it proved challenging with video streaming. The owners are friendly, easy to communicate with, and helpful. This place is certainly worth considering for a return stay.

There was an absolute match of the photos and the location with the reality. Super clean!!! Mrs. Dimitra had made sure that all the necessities were in the house, even coffees and coffee makers!! Access to downtown was a fifteen minute walk. Generally for what we paid we didn't expect anything more.

Accommodation is exactly as pictured and host is super helpful and friendly. We would stay again when visiting.
