Great rental! My family and I (7 adults &1 toddler) really enjoyed staying here for the holidays. It had everything we needed and was close enough to the beach and town that we could easily make the trip, but avoided all the hassle of staying closer to historic St. Augustine. Overall, it was well worth it to stay here. 5/5, would recommend.

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Vacasa’s place. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Vacasa highly enough. We will definitely be back!

This was our second time staying here and we just love it! Beach access right across the street and very close to our favorite Kookaburra coffee shop. Doug and Brenda are very sweet and welcoming and have a very clean and spacious home. Whenever we get the chance, we will be booking again!

Our stay consisted of friends and family. It was a very easy and smooth check in. We really enjoyed having coffee outside and seeing dolphins right by our dock! Would highly recommend.

Very beautiful house, spacious and the best location, a 2 minute walk to the beach. Coffee/ tea and creamers were waiting for us which was a nice touch. Alina responded immediately to our questions. We highly recommend this house for a fun, restful getaway.

I rented both A& B unit for me & family it had plenty of room & close to beach & restaurants & shopping yard was nice & easy to find

The place was perfectly suited for our group of four. Plenty of space, beautiful surroundings. Easy to get all your stuff to the beach and back since it’s on the ground floor.

Definitely a case of even better than what I thought it would be. Absolutely idyllic setting with an ocean view and quiet space from the back to the ocean. The condo was so comfortable. We had five adults and cooked most of our meals there. The patio was an oasis, the pool just a few steps away and the private beach so close. And beautiful. We tried to book more time while we were there but most dates have been booked up. We want to return as soon as possible!!!

Great condo at a nice price. Cozy balcony to just sit and enjoy the shore view which had easy access. Comfortable to rest in and easy access to outside needs and amenities. Responsive management team. Would stay again.

Absolutely beautiful property!! The host is very responsive! The pictures of this property do not do it justice, especially the view from the balcony! From entering the Guard Gate, to check in and all the way to check out, it was great! This property is very clean and has everything you need and more! This trip was with my family, but I'm already trying to figure out dates for my next girls trip to stay at this very same location. Thank you again to the wonderful host for making your home feel like our home away from home!

Condo was great! Kitchen was well stocked. Living room area was spacious and comfortable. Everything was as described and views from deck and master bedroom were beautiful. Easy access to area attractions. Quiet beach.
