On our houseboat we have a beautiful guesthouse with an adjacent garden and a 2-person electric box spring. For an additional charge you can enjoy (Jacuzzi from March 1 to November 1), sauna, canoe, and bicycles can also be rented. Close to the Braassemermeer and Westeinderplassen. You can take beautiful bike rides around Leimuiden, and in the spring you can enjoy the bulb fields in and around Lisse and Hillegom. The beach is approximately a 25-minute drive. Ams. Haarlem, Leiden 25 min with car.

You have a private parking spot right next to the apt, as well as a private terrace with dining table and comfy beach chairs. Your dog is very welcome, we allow only 1 dog.

The cities of Amsterdam, Haarlem and Alkmaar are within half an hour's journey. The beach is 8 km away. Pets are welcome in consultation.

Park the cars in front of the house (private). The sea is a 15 second walk (4 seconds running). Slightly more when the tide is low. Don’t worry about anything. We got you covered with a fully equipped kitchen, two huge beds, a private green garden, warm outdoor shower, fresh breakfast, cappuccino’s, speedy landline wifi, star roofed bathroom, hanging chair and ‘bolderkar’ for the kids. Good news for all animal lovers: well-behaved dogs are allowed during the winter months (nov - feb).

Zwiethouse is located on Klein Landgoed (1), next to Soestdijk Palace and Drakensteyn. From the forest house (located in privacy), beautiful views into the nature! Many birds, also owls, squirrels and you can see regularly deer! Walk/bike (for rent) through the Baarn woods, light a fire at Zwiethouse, to the Soesterduinen, eat pancakes in Lage Vuursche, by bike boat to Spakenburg or shopping in Amsterdam, Amersfoort or Utrecht. Baarnse woods bath and mini golf within walking distance.

Beautiful spacious stay for 2 people, there is also a sofa bed for possibly 4 people. Private parking space on the drivewayway. Cozy outside seat , where the sun is out from the early afternoon. French doors to the enclosed garden on the south 5x7 L-shaped room with open kitchen ( kitchenette) Available: Refrigerator with freezer compartment. Dishwasher. Kettle. Oven. Airfryer. 2 ring induction hob. Nespresso coffee machine. Pleasant beds and pleasant (rain) shower sink with storage drawers. ATTENTION! The upper floor / sleeping area has no staircase fence and we recommend not to let small children stay here.
