Great place I was extremely well assisted I will definitely return with family ..

This is the second time that I have stayed at the farm, the first I went in the winter and took a cold period out of normal, I promised to return in the summer, and this time everything was even more wonderful, the farm is perfect, there is everything and a little, Dona Jacira leaves everything an earring, when you arrive you already feel a clean smell, all tidy, it is impeccable. We went into 3 families and enjoyed many, wonderful pool, quiet environment, we took our pets and stayed in peace, as the place is all closed. It was perfect days, my friends loved it, we already want to arrange a new stay. Dona Jacira and husband are to be congratulated, they left everything in the smallest detail prepared for our stay to be more than perfect. I intend to return soon, it's already one of my favourite places.

Sergio and his wife, Marcia, are very considerate people! We had absolutely no problem with the stay The house is the same as the pictures. The care that exists with the environment to make guests more comfortable and feeling at home is clear. The location is very quiet well wooded, close to a market that serves the region well. All clean, tidy and in good condition, everything works. Due to great hospitality I plan to return with my family soon for more days of peace and rest.

Last weekend,I was with my family in Vale do Sol,and we only have compliments to do,as it was a blessed and wonderful weekend, everything was perfect... Mr. Genuine welcomed us very well,with all sympathy and education, his wife Nanci and daughter Carolina,also gave us all the support... The House was impeccable, clean,organized, and like the photos, left nothing to be desired...the house is complete, it has all the utensils you need,has sheets,pillows, basic hygiene products...in the photos you see how beautiful the house and the place is,but only in person, it is possible to get an idea of how wonderful the place is, the view is simply beautiful and charming If you want a place to rest, feel peace,happiness and comfort....choose this cup! Ahhhhh and the photos will be amazing! We simply love it!

We enjoyed our stay at Andrea’s place. The house is in a good and central location of the town. The house was well presented and clean, and equipped with all the appliances and kitchen utensils necessary for our daily use. Our host was very kind and accommodating and prompt to communicate. I highly recommend this place especially for families with children.

Nice and beautiful place with a game table and plenty of space. Great rooms and enough bathrooms. Equipped kitchen and barbecue and wood oven. To improve, you can leave bed items there (you must carry a blanket, pillow, etc.) The swimming pool has solar heating but it does not work. Domingo was a full day of strong sun, but the water coming out of ice... the swimming pool did not bother to come to see what the problem would be.

An ideal option for those looking for a basic house, with tranquility and convenience in a strategic location in the city of Socorro (easy access to everything). Great option also for those with children, as it has large backyard and various toys. The super clean, equipped and ventilated house. Super pleasant quintal. Super clear, flexible and friendly host.

Impeccable! The space was extremely clean, organized and smelling. The location is perfect, in the central part of the city. The host was totally attentive and kind, making our stay very quiet. The apartment perfectly met our expectations, with super comfortable beds, clean and new clothing, the kitchen with everything we could possibly need, plus a delicious shower. We feel very comfortable and very well served. We hope to return to this same home again and again. Thank you Anderson!

Márcio e Jú always helping us and responding quickly through the zap, left several pamphlets of restaurant/delivery suggestions within the apartment and also recommended us coffee brands and cool tours to do. The apartment was extremely clean, when we opened the door for the first time it was even smelling, well organized, a comfortable bed, a ceiling fan and a sensational view of the mountains and the replica of the Christ with the cable car ride. The city stopped the light due to a strong storm and Márcio helped us by calling the CPFL and in 40 minutes the light came back, we were extremely grateful for the kindness. The apt is 5 minutes away from the tourist /cultural center/shops/restaurants if you are by car, and 25 minutes if you are on foot. We can't wait to rent again!! Wonderful and apt hosts, amazing views. After this trip I can say that my fiancé and I want to live in Serra Negra.

Roberto always very helpful, helped with the change of the reservation due to problems with time, always responded quickly! The house is exactly the one described in the listing, it was very clean and the photos are what you can expect from the location! I highly recommend, the environment has a good ventilation and is very quiet.

My 35-day stay was quite practical and comfortable. The apartment is simple but well-equipped, offering everything I needed for everyday life. The freedom I had was a great differential. However, I had some problems with ants, which could be a point of attention for future hosting. Also, I cooked only once and had difficulties with the pans, which could be more practical. The host was exceptional! Always very kind, attentive and agile. Anytime I pointed out something, it solved quickly, making my stay quieter. Overall, it was a good experience.

Located in a quiet area and easy access to great bars and restaurants, the property has a cozy and cozy decor to relax in addition to being well equipped with appliances and 2 bathrooms. Undoubtedly, an ideal place for those looking for a quiet and comfortable experience in Campinas. Our 2 month long stay was perfect before and I definitely moved to the city.

Rita's apartment served us very well. The building is very safe. 24h gate, laundry, gym, very close to the bus station. The apartment is extremely well taken care of. All well identified house utensils. A good table with study chairs. In addition, it has a beautiful view of the sunrise. I 100% recommended
