Paulo was extremely attentive and helpful throughout the stay, with quick and clear answers. The teacara is amazing: everything worked perfectly and we were able to enjoy unforgettable moments of leisure and rest. The swimming pool and the whole house were impeccably clean, the air conditioners made all the difference. The leisure area is large and very well taken care of, perfect for relaxing or having fun with the family. I highly recommend it!

About the check in, Marcelo welcomed us with love, with a wonderful welcome coffee! About the property: EVERYTHING IMPECCABLE. Imovel hyper comfortable, all very well equipped, and extremely clean and organized. The exuberant outdoor area. Excellent pool with lukewarm water, as it gets sun all day, and an excellent leisure area, with beautiful views of the backyard. Sergio and his wife, Marcia, are very considerate people! We had absolutely no problem with the stay The house is the same as the pictures. The care that exists with the environment to make guests more comfortable and feeling at home is clear. The location is very quiet well wooded, close to a market that serves the region well. All clean, tidy and in good condition, everything works. Due to great hospitality I plan to return with my family soon for more days of peace and rest.

My family spent 1 month in the house. Spacious ,cozy house with large rooms, fully equipped kitchen, excellent laundry, a large and pleasant office. Quiet neighborhood,near the Iguatemi mall, gas station,market. Andrea and Daniel were excellent hosts, always willing to help with all the questions we had. We recommend 100% this house we hope one day we can return:)

All impeccable about the accommodation, I would stay again. The water pressure in the listing was a bit weak but it must have been a one-time issue of the day I stayed and it wasn't something that hindered the stay

We very much like our lodging at the apê de Waltencir, it fulfilled everything we need on this trip. The check-in and check-out rules perfectly covered what we needed. Nice location, quiet place. There are some restaurants and bakery nearby, for those who need to go out close to eat is good. Beyond is close to bus stops and downtown which allows cheap and fast uber trips. For sure when I return to Campinas, I will stay in the same place!

I quite liked the apartment. Well tidy, quiet and comfortable. Having a mini market in the building is excellent, as it saves in times of tightening.
