Vacation rentals with beach access in Amoreira

This is a very cute and well stocked apartment. The location is great and is literally 1 minute from the beautiful beach. The ONLY drawback is that it can be loud because the noise echoes off the buildings which isn’t the apartment’s fault and that was on the weekends. It was very quiet during the week. I felt very safe and the Air B&B staff was very nice and responsive. There are restaurants, bars, stores, and grocery stores very close. The seafood is amazing and very fresh and healthy. I was not there during tourist season which is June-August. August is when a lot of Europeans take their holiday. FYI

The apartment was very nice and super close to some fun waves. Thais is a great host and whenever I needed anything she was super responsive and helped us anytime to make our stay amazing. She also recommended restaurants and surf spots. The check in and check out process was also super easy!

It is a stunning apartment with exceptional views. It is really comfortable and peaceful. The street has everything you might need! The owners were very accommodating. I relaxed and watched the waves, it was wonderful. highly recommend and hope to be back.

Emanuel’s apartment was perfect! Spacious and clean, with an incredible location across the street from the dunes that lead to the beach. Plenty of parking around the building and a short walk to the centre of town.

The stay was perfect. An apartment with fabulous views, clean, cozy and with everything you need. It is very rewarding to find places to spend the night with our faithful (and well educated) compañeros, where they are treated and catered as they deserve. It was absolutely AMAZING. Great location and superbe view of the ocean. You have an amazing beach less than one minute from the appartment and plenty of parking close buy. Nuno is a great host and very responsive. We went during the holidays and it was very peaceful and the weather was great for us (we are Canadian) and they have heaters to keep you warm at night !! Thank you for evreything Nuno, it was amazing !

One of my favorite places to stay so far. Perfect location, close to the beach, responsive host, and a kitchen which had the appropriate utensils to be able to cook with both the stove top and the oven. This is lacking in so many places, and it was much appreciated! She also provided essentials such as salt and pepper, and my personal favorite; a press pot for coffee. So many places now have different types of coffee makers that you have to buy specific coffee for, it was nice to be able to just use regular coffee in a press pot.

The house is very well located, for those looking for a quiet stay and in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for hiking, bike riding or water sports. The house is very well taken care of and has everything it takes for a great stay. We will return for sure.

Amazing stay. Just walk right out and surf. Beginners to the left (Prainha = protected beach break), more advanced in the middle (Lagide = A frame), and intermediate to the right (Gigi = good for long boarding). The views from the 2nd floor terrace allowed you to do a quick wave check before heading out. The house is designed for the surfer in mind with racks, outdoor shower/rinse hose and rentals. I rented a nearly new longboard for about $15 euros/day. There was plenty of free parking nearby and the unit served its purpose. We were able to cook, rest, walk the beach and surf. The WiFi was also very stable and fast (300-400mbps). Highly recommend.

Awesome house which is just perfect in every detail. High class! Never saw such a clean place, just perfection. And the hosts are great people too. Thank you for all! We had a great time! Highly recommended!

I passed 4 days here. Less than 2 blocks to the beach. Despite a lot of weekend visitors, I felt separated from their nonsense. Otilia Is easy going and friendly. I will be back and I can only hope to stay here again.

Very nice accommodation with the owner right next door. In front of the beach, you can walk endlessly. Quiet place……. Perfect. Very well-equipped kitchen...

I was with my dog in March 2025 for 7 days in this great apartment, which is probably one of the most beautifully located you can find. It is located on the edge of a small village near Nazaré directly on the Atlantic Ocean and has a huge terrace. The view of the Atlantic Ocean from the WZ and the terrace is breathtaking. To the beach about 50 m below, a path leads through forest and dunes and you have the huge sea directly below/in front of you! The apartment itself is nicely furnished, the beds and everything else good and functioning, including the heating (air conditioning as almost everywhere in the south) works and has warmed well. Parking is available at the house. In the lower half of the house, there is a smaller apartment. Ideal for families with kids, but also for laptop workers (like me), to be able to work here with great views of the roaring Atlantic! Jose is very helpful & always available. His father is very sweet and shows you everything on arrival! I'd love to come back, thanks José!

We had a one-week stay at Nuno's apartment. Nuno is a great host, was always available and he gave us many good tips during our stay. The apartment is very nice, clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Despite the bad weather, we had a nice stay and would be happy to come back. Full 5 stars from us. Great studio to visit peniche and surroundings. We stayed 6 days during the world surf stop and it was super comfortable for the location it has. Also for surfing on the beach next to Baleal

Great apartment with an amazing view and 3 swimming pools. We loved it and would love to come back sometime when the weather is better!

So happy with this stay! At the quieter end of town, but still easy walking distance to everything in lower part of city. We had a rental car and would drive up to Sitio and to the point to see Praia de Norte. Easy parking on the street beside the building, and also secure parking in garage. Great view of Nazare beach right from the terrace— i loved sipping my coffee and watching the people on the boardwalk and listening to the waves crashing on the shore each morning. Sunsets were spectacular! Very secure, private and clean, and we had everything we needed.
