Zaki was a very responsive and accommodating host. He installed black out curtains for us within 2 days of requesting them which was amazing. Zaki and his team were always on hand to help with any request. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. The building amenities- The play area next to the pool is great for kids- there’s a small slide and playhouse, table tennis and a pool table. The building has a gym however with only a fan and would benefit from air conditioning. Would recommend!

My family of four stayed in Ahmad's apartment for three days and we were very comfortable there. The apartment is clean, spacious, and close to everything we needed for a nice stay in Amman. Ahmad is a very friendly host, and he spent a lot of time with us on our first night and showed us all of the nearby grocery stores and restaurants and he even drove us around downtown so we could check out the city. If you are coming to Amman, I highly recommend that you stay at this wonderful apartment. Thank you Ahmad!

The flat was absolutely the highlight of our stay. Such a big flat! My toddler loved it so much and we enjoyed sitting at the child protected balcony. The location of the flat is prime and very close to Almadinah street and many many shops and restaurants. The flat was clean and has got everything you might need. There was some fruits in the kitchen when we arrived, which was very sweet. The area is very nice and neighbours are helpful. Rasem was very responsive everytime we contacted him. We would love to come back. Highly recommend 👌

Check-in - Very easy with keys in a lockbox. Location- Great! With restaurants in the same building and other amenities, like small markets nearby. Apartment- Small but cozy. Great Wifi. I was able to stream on my laptop with no interruption. Large smart TV with easy to navigate channels. Tiny kitchen with stove & all the utensils needed. Easy-to-use washer. The area can be busy some nights, with some traffice noise and music. It wasn't bothersome, but I mention it nonetheless. Cleanliness- Bathroom, shower, linens were clean and the mattress (yes, I checked) was spotless. Smelled great too! Host - Ramzi was an outstanding! Quick to respond, provided clear directions and contact info. He set the heater before our arrival, making the place warm and cozy. Outstanding hospitality! -While the apartment might be priced higher than others it the vicinity, the hospitality, comfort, and location make it well worth it. Thank you Ramzi for welcoming us into your lovely home!

The apartment is beautifully designed, with every detail thoughtfully arranged, and it had everything we needed. The location is excellent and easy to reach, with a beautiful neighborhood and lovely views from the apartment. Jihad was exceptionally friendly and responsive—when I requested a hair dryer, it was delivered within minutes.

Simple, very spacious apartment, big comfortable beds, a charming balcony with seating, tv with channels. Water pressure could be better. Overall it’s a great space and great value. The area is excellent , a very quite and safe, respectable neighbourhood. It’s easy to take Careem/Uber to anywhere in Amman and there is also a bank and supermarket with 3 mins walk. Mohammad is a great host, attentive friendly and flexible. Recommend.

This is a beautiful place! My friends and I came here for the night and we had a wonderful time! The house had every amenity you could ask for, the pool was pristine, and Jawad was an amazing host. The view at sunset is also breathtaking. I recommend everyone to come here!

Omar is incredible he was very accommodating and very quick to respond for questions, he is also flexible with check in and check out time, which was extremely helpful, the place was very clean and had all of the necessities for a few night stay, briefly this is definitely the perfect place to stay at Amman.

I was impressed at how close it was to my in laws but it was a one minute walk to a store and a very well known bakery and restaurant and petrol stations also a 8 min ride to the suk very nice apartment quite and I felt very safe . Look forward to staying again !!!

I stayed here for 2 months, and it felt like home. First of all, it was spotless when I arrived ‎and had everything I needed – fully-stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, good size ‎bedroom with large dresser, bathroom with towels, international TV stations, internet, ‎washing machine, vacuum, hair dryer, iron, gym access, etc. There was a comment before ‎about no microwave but since that review, Sallam has provided a full-scale one. The ‎garbage chute is just down the hall and getting into the apartment requires the entry of a ‎code, so I never worried about forgetting my key. ‎ It’s right across from Abdali Mall and just inside, there are coffee shops and a reasonably-‎priced supermarket. A short walk further and you at the bustling “Boulevard”, which is ‎something to see before you leave. ‎ By the way, Sallam provided very explicit instructions before I arrived and was very quick to ‎get back to me when I asked a few questions later on. ‎ I would definitely stay here again.‎
