Vacation rentals with a patio in Amity

Very happy with the location and communication

From start to finish the entire trip went seamlessly. Nicola has created a beautiful, modern self contained mini apartment which is close to everything you could ever wish for on a holiday for 2! Walking distance to an impressive harbour, community markets, cafes, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, easy public transport and more! We stayed for a week and I slept like a rose in the large comfy bed with nice fluffy pillows. The room had great airco, TV and kitchen loaded with essentials like coffee, fresh milk and biscuits. I especially liked that there was also a washing machine inclusive detergent - it was nice to be able to refresh our clothes! The locals in Manly are very friendly, I felt safe and happy. Nicola was a great host we would highly recommend you stay with her!

We had a lovely girls weekend here. The accomodation was just perfect, particularly the ability to socialise comfortably on the super comfy lounge and the outdoor patio with a great view. The place was spotless and the residents in the complex were all so lovely. Pool was a bonus too. 100% recommend!

From the moment Finn and I arrived at Mark and Geraldine's beautiful home, we are welcomed in like family. The unit is awesome, I felt very at home there. They are so kind, responsive and so generous. They had a beautiful hamper waiting for us on arrival, and I could not have been better looked after from the time I arrived to check out. I loved staying with them! Thank you Mark and Geraldine for everything, and for being so kind to my beautiful puppy Finn, when I was at work❤️ we miss you already! xx

Great little spot close to shops and was exactly what I needed.

Tanya was very friendly and helpful answering my questions, and accommodated my request for flexible check in/out times. The unit had stunning views of the bay and was in walking distance to numerous restaurants, local markets and a great icecreamery. The on-site staff were also very welcoming and friendly. The unit was clean and tidy and had a well-equipped kitchen. We came up for a show at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre, and it was an easy commute. My family of 5 adults never felt cramped in the open spaces. I’d stay here again if I was coming to Brisbane again.

Well equiped property which was perfect for our group gathering.

David, was a brilliant host. Very responsive and easy to communicate with. The property is in a great quiet location and perfect for families. There was no noise in the area and the neighbours all seemed great. Very few bugs/mosquitos in the area even with it being so close to bushland

House is clean and tidy , beds are very comfy . Ideal position close by to sports club . Would definitely stay again .

Fantastic stay in Springwood and would highly recommend to anyone visiting South Brisbane. Yong was a fantastic host, extremely helpful and responsive.

What a beautiful spot to spend a few days with family. Gorgeous views of the ocean, well equipped with everything you could think of including games and toys for the kids. Books, snacks and a well equipped kitchen. Great communication and instructions from Ashlea.

Such a pretty spot to stay, lots of bird life. There were many complimentary items to make my stay more pleasant. Roger and Jenny were easy to deal with and up for a chat, whilst respecting my privacy as I was staying for work. Would definitely go back as I have stayed at others. This was my favourite.

Wow!!! We had the most lovely stay at Manida’s guesthouse. Firstly, it’s huge (more like a house than a guesthouse) lots of open space & very comfortable and well furnished. The property and surroundings are beautiful, we unfortunately didn’t get to enjoy the offered tennis, golf & pool as it was a business trip but will definitely be back and hopefully get to enjoy the offerings. We work away 90% of the time so we have stayed in many many AirBNB’s and this would have to be on the top of the list, very good value for money, home made bread, breakfast and more. Thank you for having us.

Beautifully decorated house set in a gorgeous location. Would loved to have spent more time there. Great place to unwind.
